I have yet to run a cycle with Deca. *I'm mostly concerned with the Deca D. *It's all I read about. *I understand the concept of running more test to Deca to prevent it, but am curious if it really is that bad. *I actually don't even understand exactly what it is. *

I've ran deca once and just vit b6 was all i needed to combat prolactin(deca d). However i only ran 300mg/wk too.
Deca is a nandralone and they are bad to spike prolactin which causes the deca d. But if u keep it in check with b6(for low doses) or somethin like cabergoline(always have just in case) you should be fine. Also, you can get prolactin induced gyno as well. So ALWAYS ALWAYS keep a caber or some anti prolactin on hand just in case even runnin low doses.
Listen to what others have to add as well cause im sure i missed plenty. AI for estrogen goes w/o sayin too.

I didnt either and b6 was just precaution after a month or so. I did pull out after 12 wks(16 planned) cause i was just run down feeling. No Dr, or bloods(i know i know) for the reason i felt that way but i bounced back fine.

Deca with Proviron because of deca bind DHT receptor that is why you need androgen balance and also caber to combat prolactin issue a good deca cycle would be 400mg deca with 300mg test with exmestance /anastrozole both Ai I prefer 1st

This is one of my favourite cycles. I have run anavar at the end of it and had some good results.

this is exactly.. someone is listening ... nandrolones bind to DHT receptors, so use proviron

It - "Deca dick" - is the result of the fact that Deca is a Nor19 steroid. And Nor19 steroids tend to increase levels of a hormone known as prolactin which, along with it being responsible for the production of breast milk, is also that which retards sexual desire in the wake of an orgasm (think of it as nature's human population regulator). Therfore, if excessive levels of prolactin are left untreated by way of the aforementioned cabergoline, then "Deca dick" is often the result.
So, too, can a high level of Deca-induded prolactin cause a man to man to lactate.
