When did you email them?
What email provider are you using? Sometimes this alone causes issues...
We assure you are certainly getting our emails ALL of them if you use the approved email hosts (If you registered Your account on our website) Even then sometimes our emails can go to your SPAM folder , so always check there.

Log on to your water account and check in your order history you may have updates and a message you will see a green tab highlighted that means you have a incoming message waiting..
