Post cycle depression

Does anyone else have this? I know for a few months I worry myself with what goes on in my head afterwards.. Any advice or anything?

Are you experiencing depression during your PCT? Clomid can cause major emotional side effects if you use too high of a dosage. I personally don't recommend ever using a clomid dosage higher then 50mg/day under any circumstances.

I had this very bad, was taking a normal dose of clomid, switched to nolvadex and didn't help. Obviously there are other pct drugs out there but I just made the choice to cruise on 125mg of test-c per week. Made it alot easier, and I could stay on that dose all year without blasting if I wanted to. May not be right for you, just wanted to share my personal experience.

clomid and nolvadex block estrogen blah blah blah.. i'm not going to write out the science but low estrogen is going to cause depression

you need to ease up on your SERM's and always stack in hcgenerate ES.. don't do a lazy pct

That will still moderately suppress your natural T production and prolong the recovery...according to all the broscientists out there. I think it's best to avoid all hormones during the PCT phase.
That is debatable. More users say it's not suppressive at all comparing to those who believe it is suppressive. Vision from PSL said he's got his blood labs to prove it isn't suppressive.
It was a norm in the past to run it in PCT, not sure what's changed now. It beautifully bridges from when exogenous androgens leave the body to when the body starts making their own.

The materials I've reviewed claim it's suppresses natural T by 10-15%...not much. But if it improves ones mood, energy level, labido in those that are struggling then perhaps it's worth using it.

Lately I've decided to shun all orals to keep any possible additional stresses off my liver. I know proviron is pretty mild when it comes to liver tox but I am trying to stay as clean as possible.

While all of these feelings are very common. Hormones fluctuations can cause depression, fatigue, sleep issues etc etc etc. there are ways to make it less harsh but honestly coming off and your time off is only for the mentally strong. I never understood this until I used injectable steriods myself. My very first primo cycle- I was like “whoa this is how the guys are feeling post cycle”. Not easy. But I find that training harder and pushing myself helps immensely.

Mind over matter, and the proverbial mind-muscle connection is so important. Sometimes you have to just mentally trick yourself into pushing hard...just as hard as you pushed when on-cycle. Instead of thinking about how much better/stronger you'd feel on the cycle...focus on the moment at hand. It works for me at least! LOL
