Is it important to take grass fed whey? Or Isolate or just 100% whey/? What do you think is the best for us as human being.
 
Grass fed is better, but also more expensive.

If budget allows for it - then yes get a grass fed whey
 
the best for us human being as you put it would be not drinking fart powders

drink WATER. it is what humans have always drank. no animal on earth drinks whey protein or dairy. last i checked i don't see animals in the wild milking each other

Animals in the wild and our caveman ancestors also did inject PED’s into themselves and train hours each week with weights.

There are marginal differences between the various forms of whey protein out there. Pick one that doesn’t make you sick to your stomach and stick with it.

they also didn't sleep on 4 figure mattresses, have slab homes to protect us from the elements, have ceiling fans, A/C etc. we have luxuries today where we can rest and recover our ancestors did not have. you don't recover from fart powders, you recover from rest.

my point is supp companies have done a great job convincing people they need fart powders. if i gave you a choice between a steak powder and a real steak which would you choose? of course you would take the steak. but for some reason people are convinced that any special powder a supplement company markets with a meathead on the label is going to be a good idea. Joe Weider RIP was a conman who did not really care about people, just $$$$ .. the bigger the LIE the more convincing it is

I don’t believe the lies. But i do believe that if I can get all my protein needs from food each day, then a good protein supplement is acceptable.

And why do you call them fart powders. Lmao. I’ve never gotten farts from the protein drinks J use.
