8am chest delts
Db press 3x sets 30kg 30 reps
Incline bench 3x sets 60kg 30 reps
Machine flys 4x sets 50 kg 30 reps
Front delt raises db 20kg 20 reps 3 x sets
Supersetted rear delt flys 20kg 20 reps 3 sets
Smith machine overhead press 60kg 3 x sets 30 reps
Enter sick kids between trying to get training in lol
5 pm back
Hands facing each other pulldown attachment
100kg @ 15 reps 3 sets
Close grip rows @ 80kg 12 reps 3 sets
ISO rows machine alternate 100kg each side 12 reps 3 sets
T bar rows 60kg @ 10 reps 3 x sets
Db rows 50kg 15 reps 3x sets
Sleep minimum think we all got about 3 hours most lol but one thing we know is hard times never last so push through till it’s done

Supersetted with bicep flat car curls
@ 40 kg 3x sets 15 reps
( all my arm workouts are no rest except for changing exercises or when absolutely necessary no more than 20 seconds)
Dips @ 120kg 20 reps 3 sets
Db curls alternate @ 25kg 10 reps 3 sets
Overhead rope extensions @ 50kg focused on holding full contraction 3 sets 20 reps
Overhand ez bar curls @ 30kg 20 reps 3 sets
