yeah i hated clen for sure. most i ran was up to 120mcg and it was brutal. i much prefer the GLP'1's

@Lilbrods big size in the picture :D and training is straight fire session and in and out in under 30 is how it’s done when you’re dialed in. Arms must’ve been pumped to the ceiling with all that volume and supersets. That opening pushdown and 21s combo sets the tone and it didn’t let up from there.

Cable work and dumbbell pairings were smart for fatigue management while still pushing full reps. Post workout meal hit the mark too solid mix of quick carbs and fats to hold you over. Though I would add a big protein shake (bigger) on top.

Tuesday was back morning and arms afternoon . Did a little reassessment of peds so have dropped the winnie until closer to comp so prob hold off until 4 weeks out so another 3 weeks, not getting any benefits running 40mg a day so will post pone until closer and run a higher dose. Adding in 50mg anavar and t3 to get things moving, think my old receptors still unfresh from the short off season. Even running the 750mg test n 300 tren e just aren’t feeling that manliness lol still very blah
Should see something significant adding in the anavar anyway
