Approved Log Mass cycle - Test E, EQ, HGH - with UGL OZ

can tell you did some cupping on your back. @Asianvaper you got to place for that or you do it at home? i have a kit not sure if i mentioned it before
I go to a physio clinic man. Been looking at the home kits and wondering if there just as the same. If they are I’d probably try doing it myself, how do you find it?

Hey man sorry been super busy with work, building my own business so haven't been super attentive lately with replying. But with my macros they're in my check in. eating above 3k now on training and non training days

Had a much needed deload and non training weekend. Was able to relax, unwind and work on the business and time with the missus without being so tired. Now that we’re back into the push up, the goal is to add another 5-6kg in the next few weeks before a health phase and appetite reset.

But your non training days you need fiber at least 30-40 grams same for training days, add psyllium husk.
