sometimes the scale isn't the best gauge

I used to be a coach lol. I do body fat tests aswell as photos lol. What i was meaning was thats the last time i had a really lean waist.
 
Update.

Started 24 hour fasting last Sunday, it turned into 31 hours as didn't feel like eating lol . Didn't really notice much struggle.

Weight has been fluctuating up and down a lot. I was 110 then it would go up during the week then back down.

I will see how it looks on Tuesday morning weighing in fasted. Still doing the same 4 day push, pull, legs, upper hypertrophy split with atleast 2x hitt cardio stationary bike sessions 30 on 90 off 8 rounds.

Current front physique look taken last night practicing jiujitsu.

Fasting will definitely help long term
 
When i do this 3 day fast. How many times am i meant to take that powder? Is it once a day? Also when is the best time to take it?
You should drink electrolyte powders ED, around 2 grams sodium 2 grams potassium 800mgs magnesium. @Flyingandrei

Couldn't get just the powders Aus is shit unlike American pharmacys/chemists. So this was the next best thing.

I will be 8100 calories in reserve 2700 x 3days from this fast anyway so im not worried.

1g minus. It said it wouldn't affect fasting. There was nowhere else that had anything. It was all online.

If its not good its ok as I will still be in a 8100 calorie deficit and ill know for next time. All ive been having is sips of it.
Its disgusting and tastes so salty lol

Thats not a problem if no sugar, you can use it fasting. @Flyingandrei
There is no such thing as a 8100 calorie deficit lol :P calories dont matter at all, your body uses your fat for energy.

No what im meaning is. If we wernt fasting and i didnt eat i would be in a 8100 deficit lol well 8080 because this electrolyte has 20 calories lol

13 hours left of this 3 day fast lol. My kids and their mum brought home a whole pack of kfc and i wasnt even bothered 😂

Nice try guys.
DO NOT eat KFC after fast lol :P you can get sick. Get some soup and bone broth with eggs. @Flyingandrei

Ok cause i didnt take any supps/vita just electrolytes and had plain ice black coffee nothing else lol. I could see a huge difference this morning. Even yesterday I went to work my uniform was loose 😂

Broke the fast with a lean beef and egg burger (homeade)

Checked weight before 3 day fast was 109 then 110 (didnt weight daily and take the average)

Yesterday it was 108kg

If he's taking gear still, why would you not take health supplements too (other than to avoid GI issues)?

Maybe its for tissue healing benefits also? I was deadset against fasting thought id loose muscle galore.

I like it. I get a rest from obsessing over calories and food and my body feels a lot better.

I wouldn't do the 3 day fasts weekly though. Maybe every second week lol

@Flyingandrei huge results, you're really tightening up :D congratulations on the 72 hour fast! this will be something you can do every few weeks along with your normal routine.

Hell yeah lev! I like it alot! 🔥🔥🔥 was fully against anything more than intermittent fasting.

The myth that you need food to train on etc is bull crap. I know I'm preaching to the choir here but i still got pumped up, i still maintained strength so i can debunk that myth!

I like to add new tools when i cut and i will keep this fasting tool going!!!!

What about black coffee? No sugar just plain old black coffee and water? I read it was allowed or tea?

I would have thought that coffee or tea would have had more of a calorie impact than some health supplements, but I haven't done enough research to know either way. Will take your word for it!

Tea is fine, I don't suggest coffee but some some cant quit. @hypogaeum

Ill try iced tea next week when i do another 3 day fast lol. I don't really like the coffee its just a good alternative to water or electrolytes.

108 to 106 is a good drop, but you're saying 3 days you ate nothing? no diet soda either? @Flyingandrei

Nope nothing. I Dont lie. Why would i lie and fast for 3 days. Ill test body fat tomorrow and im going to compare with next fortnights fast and i bet i would have dropped body fat definitely.

I can see it lol and my work uniform couldn't fit today at all i had to wear a belt 😂😂😂

I would suggest you start a GLP1 peptide like retatrutide micro dose it ed and we start modding your diet to a higher protein mod carbs mod fat with high fiber. @Flyingandrei

I just had a look. Reta is pretty expensive here bro in oz . Its like the price of 2 test vials lol.

Im going to say on this occasion im going to pass up on it and add additional fasted cardio days

Get semaglutide, cheaper option.
 
That's fine, I don't have personal preference as I don't know the Aussie suppliers. @Flyingandrei but @UGL OZ is Platinum which means he has high trust in our EVO family. :D

Thats my go to guy. He has given me 2 alternatives. So i can trust his word.
 
I was actually talking about Ret in general, its a game changer of a drug that I use everyday myself.

UGloz is a reputable source and I'm sure you will have no problems with their stuff. I also have been selling Ret for a while now and have had no complaints.
