How long to stay at TRT levels before next cycle

I've recently run a cycle for 11 weeks before stopping to resume TRT in time to get accurate blood work results and continue my TRT script.

My bloodwork came back all good, better than before i started TRT. What's the general consensus on how long is "appropriate" to wait between cycles when you are on TRT?

I think you can start a cycle around 4 weeks after you bridge if you wish, and it all depends on the cycle. If you're trying to push in 4000mgs its a different story than lets say going to bodybuilding TRT+ which is 400mgs of test with some anavar, not bad at all and wouldn't be too harsh.

Even if you're on trt, time on equals time off. Its important to maintain homeostasis for a while befpre jumping on another cycle or you just short your gains

you won't go wrong with listening to your bloods. but also pay attention to your bp and HR too !

between cycles you can wait 12-20 weeks ... as long as the cycle was under 12 weeks

@rustle you're GTG you can jump back on a full cycle IMO your bloods are fine, better than I would imagine in this situation.
