Hello EVO family, the time has come to take my bodybuilding journey to the next level. I will keep a personal journal with me for every workout. Every rep, every set, the amount of weights used, what type of equipment free or machine ( 90 percent will be free weights ).
Everything I eat will be whole meats from the butcher, all vegetables will be fresh from produce markets, carbohydrates will only come from Thailand Jasmine rice. All meals will be prepared by my wife at home, only oils used will be cold pressed coconut and extra virgin olive oils. Every meal will be weighed, the proteins and carbohydrates. Every macro will be accounted for. All anabolics will be purchased and used solely from our EVO family site.

Thanks brother, yes everything so expensive now, I was lucky I picked up most of it at the very beginning of COVID, since then everything seems to have more than tripled in cost 💰💴
700lbs / 317.5 kilos of plates and dumbbells start at 10lbs / 4.54kilos up to 200lb / 90.72kilos dumbbells, I am missing some in between dumbbells, but the one all the way to the right in back are plated dumbbells I use them for the ones I’m missing…

Thanks brother, upping the protein and cutting all carbs except what’s absolutely necessary for my energy expenditure to fuel my workout, I have gotten fat during my hiatus for the past 9 months and need to shed off the body fat .. then I will incorporate gear and start to up the carbs for growth. If it isn’t the optimal approach please advise 💪🏻

No I had organ failure, my gall bladder died on me and caused the rest of my organs to go into shock… they rushed me to emergency surgery immediately… blood pressure was 200 over 168 and cardiac arrest began…

Yes brothers, I was having severe heartburn for several years, it would come and go, in the beginning it would last a day or two, then it gradually got worse sometimes a week then as the years went by it would come in cycles that lasted several weeks then at the end about a year out it was an everyday thing , I started buying Prevacid heartburn medication over the counter 20mg pills, it would help somewhat as long as I took it every morning, then got to a point I was taking it all through the day, towards the last month it did nothing anymore to alleviate the pain, I would burp digestive fluids into my throat and mouth, sometimes in the middle of the night I would choke on my own digestive fluids, would wake up choking, that last week my body was dying and I didn’t realize it, doctors said if I hadn’t come in to the hospital that day, I would of been dead by morning… I still get emotional thinking about those events… but that’s the short version, hope it will help others, to not be the fool I was!! GO GET YOUR CHECK UPS REGULARLY… don’t be that DEAD tough guy !!!

Yes brother, trying to keep protein around 3gms per kilo weight , carbs trying to keep moderate, just enough to keep glycogen stores full for next workout session, but not too much so I can lean out without losing muscle… fat is kept to a minimum, trying to lose a 1/2 kilogram to 1 kilogram a week, around midsection… so far I’ve gone from 198lbs / 89.81kilos to today 182lbs/82.55 kilograms in 7 weeks

Yes brothers, I was having severe heartburn for several years, it would come and go, in the beginning it would last a day or two, then it gradually got worse sometimes a week then as the years went by it would come in cycles that lasted several weeks then at the end about a year out it was an everyday thing , I started buying Prevacid heartburn medication over the counter 20mg pills, it would help somewhat as long as I took it every morning, then got to a point I was taking it all through the day, towards the last month it did nothing anymore to alleviate the pain, I would burp digestive fluids into my throat and mouth, sometimes in the middle of the night I would choke on my own digestive fluids, would wake up choking, that last week my body was dying and I didn’t realize it, doctors said if I hadn’t come in to the hospital that day, I would of been dead by morning… I still get emotional thinking about those events… but that’s the short version, hope it will help others, to not be the fool I was!! GO GET YOUR CHECK UPS REGULARLY… don’t be that DEAD tough guy !!!
what caused this in the first place? you were on a good diet right?
 
No my diet was not good I was all over the place…Dr’s says some people get it through there diet some hereditary some luck of the draw… no one really know’s why it happens that’s why yearly exams are so important…

Hello Evo family, there has been a request by some of EVO family’s big brothers for me to recap the events of my bodybuilding journey from a couple of my previous logs.
I will attempt to post progress pictures and include my setbacks from surgery until present… please bear with me for it is a span of 5 years so the months may not be exact but it will be within that year’s timeframe….
 
2024 ( 2 Days before my hospitalization and emergency surgery, if you can see my face is looking rather ill, body begins to degrade and organ death was beginning )

2024 My Gall Bladder dies and causes all other organs to become severely distressed, starting with my pancreas, organs beginning to shut down… heart was going into cardiac arrest, was given nitroglycerin twice that morning to keep me alive.

OCTOBER 2024 - JULY 2025 Off all anabolics no gym not even taking vitamins by Doctor’s demands. Liver was not adjusting and was not functioning properly… in and out of hospital for nearly 8 months. It is now 9 months later and all health markers are performing perfectly, liver is strong and all other organs strong and healthy.
This is this week’s resent picture,

AND MY JOURNEY STARTS AGAIN FROM THE ASHES ( will start training again but will remain natty for 4-6 more weeks, then reintroduce gear )

I want to sincerely thank all my EVO family for all the support and love I have been given throughout this journey, I could not have done it without God and family and all my extended EVO family. With much love and respect from your little brother ❤️💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻
