Approved Log Retatrutide Journey for Life Change

@3xCharm nice man. Fasting is an amazing thing. It also is a great way to reboot your body. It's amazing what it can do for you so feel free to fast if you're not hungry. It's good.
Yes but I ate like 6 slices of Peppeoni Pizza last night and half a box of Frozen Yoghurts and went to the gym this morning and had soooo much more energy so I am looking for to eating more on the bulk

Bros, retatrutide is one of the best. You are getting some good results on it. It might be something you stay on going forward. @3xCharm
Yeah its great but I am interested to see how my bulk will go not being hungry at all and forcing the food in

Day 16 on Reta

Hey EVO Fam,

Everything is going great on Reta, I am pretty much at the stage were eating is optional, I have some hunger pains around 6pm (from not eating all day) but I could probably power through it if I really wanted to, this week due to some personal circumstancees was a bit unproductive, no boxing at all and only 3 or 4 days of gym but I hope to fire up on monday plus I reached my goal so PEDs and Bulking here I come!
@3xCharm that Reta will definitely get you lean. It will kill all hunger.

@3xCharm glad to see that you're still doing good, man. I believe in you. I think a year from now, you'll look back and be amazed at your progression.

Always good to hear that you're doing so well. I really enjoy you on the podcast. I'm not sure if I already complimented you, but you did great on it. @3xCharm

Bros, this is going to be a good one. I'm looking forward to it.

probiotics digestive enzymes and psyllium husk :D
I'll send him pics of it... I remember when you suggested it to me last year having to look it up LOL. But @3xCharm it makes a huge difference especially on a bulk we'll want digestion to be in full force.

Hey EVO Fam,

I have started the next leg of the Journey, my plan has been formulated with the guidance of @HarleyGuy

Once a week I am taking the following which I started on Sunday Night (25th of January 2026)

Sust - 250mg Vial - 1ml Dose = 250mg - https://ugloz.is/product/platinum-sustabol-sustanon-250-250mg-ml/
Deca - 200mg Vial - 0.75 Dose = 150mg - https://ugloz.is/product/platinum-durabol-nandrolone-decanoate-200mg-ml/
Eq - 200mg Viat - 075 Dose = 150mg - https://ugloz.is/product/platinum-equibol-boldenone-undecylenate-200mg-ml/

My Diet is attached, its cheap, its easy to do since I dont cook, unimaginative but once again I dont cook, it hits the macros and its easy enough to eat and 'assemble'

Context for what I have achieved since December 9th 2025 to Monday 26th of January 2026
Starting Weight: 93kg (205lbs) / Current Weight 85.1kg (187lbs)
Seated Leg Press: 62.5kg (137lbs) / 107.5kg (236lbs)
Bicep Curl: 15kg (33lbs) / 20kg (44lbs)
Bench Press: 50kg (110lbs / 62.5kg (137lbs) (I have now moved to Dumbbell bench press so its around 30kg per Dumbbell)
Tricep Pull Down: 32kg (70lbs) / 42kg (92lbs)
Dumbell Shoulder Press: 20kg (44lbs) / 28kg (61lbs)
Lateral Pull Down: 55kg (121lbs) / 69kg (152lbs)

(I do more sets of different exercises than this but I think this is adequate enough to gauge what has improved, please let me know if this isnt enough information)

Obviously I still am on Reta and will continue to do so, the eating side of things will be interesting.

I will train and eat 6 days a week and on the 7th day I will eat whatever I feel like and at whatever frequency mind you I dont really eat junk food or do crazy things like pig out on large pizza.

Cardio for me is just my Boxing and Mauy Thai Boxing classes as they are both Cardio intensive.

Critique away fam :)

Live long and Prosper!

Nothing to critique brother. Whole training program, PEDs regime and food plan looks fabulous as I would expect with @HarleyGuy in your corner. Looking forward to following this next stage of the journey bro. You have travelled so far and done it so well to date, this next stage will be epic i am certain 🩵

Damn brother! @3xCharm after speaking today I promised to come check this before bed and man I didn't expect THIS! I didn't know you had it in you bro this is fantastic. Very well laid out and I love the links for other members to get @UGL OZ gear from @UGL OZ Support Rep well thought out!

Some notes and praise for you brother:

Once a week I am taking the following which I started on Sunday Night (25th of January 2026)
Very well laid out with ml doses including the mg as well. Continue pinning the way you did Sunday nice layout.

Awesome! And you should let the EVO family know you're a superset monster and are in and out of the gym in around 45 mins and don't mess around; taking zero rest in between different exercises from one to another is another cardio sesh for you along with the hypertrophy.

Obviously I still am on Reta and will continue to do so, the eating side of things will be interesting.
Post dose here ideally with each log update so those following along see it each time and are reminded. Don't forget the funny story about your first reconstitution too ya wanker! :p

Diet and cycle and sobriety: Engage, make it so!

Urrrrgghhhh my Left lat 😔
See this is how body dysmorphic we are because I had to stare at it to see what you're talking about. You're good bro just don't favour the left lat and give it the same work as the right.

With your early recovery too a once a week 'refeed' and 'psychological break' from a strict diet will be good for the mind.

Nothing to critique brother well done and you came through as promised and on time. Love it!

I got an old blood test from the doctor showing my natural test level, I was way off on the number but still it falls under the meme position “test levels of an 70 to 80 year old” and then obviously the dropping level from 18 to 13 meaning I am still ‘coming down’ from the junk I took 6 weeks ago

And BOOM look at you! Testosterone like Picard off TNG but that liver has come back and is alive and kicking brother! Creatinine too is great... all bloods look great. Let's hit that cycle and get you sauced up (no orals! LOL) and lifting heavy!

Congratulations bro, recovery if freedom. I'd post this in your recovery journal too as a victory for 49 days sober and a liver function win! Your journal should display this loud and proud too!

Nice looking cycle mate. Food looks good as well with 300g protein.

Awesome job losing 8kg and gaining strength.

Photos as of today
Looking good mate. I hear you on the lat difference. I have the same thing but it's a fair bit better now. I wonder if like me that part of it is due to shoulder position. Notice in the back double bi it's not really an issue.

You might be on to something because I was starting to think I might have something like scoliosis but I have been to Physios and Chiropractors in the past and none of them have mentioned feeling it?

Is there somehow a way to practise not having a shoulder higher than the other? When I do Lat exercises it cetainly doesnt feel like one side is weaker than the other?

Bent over dumbbell rows and give this side a couple extra sets. You can also ask for an Xray and a Chiropractor can tell you if misalignment is presenting here.

I do have scoliosis. Have had an x-ray to confirm. Was seeing a chiro to try and fix it. Not sure if it helped.

Looking at your front relaxed photo I can't see anything noticeable.

When taking photos from the back, try and play around with the positioning of the shoulder with the smaller lat. See if you can make the lat on that side bigger.

I have tried moving my shoulders and posture around and I am pretty convinced it is a much smaller left lat however I do have a slightly crooked posture which doesnt help, anybody have any idea how I have done this? (1 lat bigger than the other?)

Day 20 on Reta

Hey EVO Fam!

It took me 3 days for my stomach to be able to sit comfortably with that much food in it, I have gone from shitting every 3 days to shitting 2-3 times day, I havnt found it hard to eat at all, obviously I am not hungry when I do and I have had to split up my 2 x Rice meals and eat them in 4 sittings which is fine, I just plow through it, its not about enjoying it, just another chore like going to the gym.

Everything's going great and I dont really think I am putting on the weight in the mid section and I have better energy to work out!

Sorry EVO Fam,

I thought my intial post listing what I am taking was enough and I really dont have much more to say because I have noticed nothing, no increase in strengh or size, I just thought I would have to build up for a few weeks to see any changes, admittedly and I am sure @HarleyGuy will find it amusing; I though about having another dose this week (before the actual dose this Sunday) but I didnt.

Hahaha this is what I was checking in on. Once a week only you animal!

Day 25 on Reta

I have noticed something interesting in the journey, I can eat the necessary amounts of food to reach my macros but If I eat for 'pleasure' it doesnt happen, I have noticed a few times now If I skip a planned meal and eat something else (say I eat my mum's cooking which I love or McDonalds) I dont have the will to finish it but if its a huge amount of Race and Tuna (bulking meal) yeah its a bit of work to eat but I can get it down and do.

Unsure if anyone else has experienced this?

My progress has been shitty the last 2 weeks, my mother has been away on a cruise and my wife works nights so I havnt been able to get to things I have wanted to, I am getting to the gym but not as much as I want and I havnt been boxing in almost 2 weeks, I have a bit of personal turmoil happening in the background as well, Still sober thankfully.

I have been doing a lot of more research in to different exercises for different muscles (or parts of muscles) that I have been adding on to my workouts which have been interesting, I find Mike Mentzers insights very interesting and of course listening to the normal Legends (Cutler etc)

I currently have the flu which is rich with aches and pains so I am hoping to get back to boxing Saturday and get right back in to everything on Monday.

Better updates to come!

Thanks very much to @ZenithHealth ongoing support, he has been very generous.

Now you are dealing with the everyday issues of life, no matter how annoying or shit they are without alcohol. That should be, and is, congratulated.
Always great to look at the various lifters and adapt some of their training principles. I use both bits of Arnold's and Dorian's training in mine, along side a healthy bit of Wendlers 5,3,1 and Westside. That is why this lifestyle is so much fun. So many different ways to do things 🩵

Great update brother I'm glad you took the time to write this up while I know a little more about what you're up against. EVO support and love to you bro you're doing great.

Still sober thankfully
This is all I needed to read and that others need to hear too. Let life happen around you and let your sobriety be the eye of the storm.

but If I eat for 'pleasure' it doesnt happen
Reta takes the pleasure out of 'emotional eating'. A lot of people anecdotally report quitting smoking and curbing their drinking (or even stopping) with the help of Reta.

You can cut and paste the part about being sober in your recovery journal as well. Let's keep that going. Two sentences as recovery is a KISS principle, we keep it simple.

Your experiences on Reta are exactly the same as what I feel, there is just no food motivation or food happiness, don't get me wrong I can still enjoy the taste of food, but there are no cravings or strong desire associated with it anymore, its more just a necessary part of my life.

Thats the beauty of Retatrutide, you can eat more if you want to, but you don't feel like overindulging, if that makes sense.

Sorry to hear things haven't been going well for you brother, its in these difficult times we have to stay grounded and level headed, which sounds exactly like what you're doing

Thanks for your kind words!

Yeah on Sema it was complete food restriction like If you bought a large Big Mac Meal you'd get through half the Burger (Sandwich for our American Friends) and half the Chips (Fries :ROFLMAO:) and couldnt eat anymore wherein Reta If I miss a meal or cant get to it; I will get 3 Maccas Hamburgers and chow them down with relative ease but if I set out to eat 3 Maccas Hamburgers for 'Fun' Id probably lose interest a 1.5

Pretty cool!

Keep the faith and consistency brother and the rest will follow! I am proud that you haven't turned to the drink even amongst the recent adversity, that in itself is a Win! 💪

Hope you get well soon brother. Plenty of rest and stay hydrated.

On your comments re Reta, I am experiencing the same symptoms, like I would always be keen to get ice cream together with the kids, but the last few times that we have been to get some, I've not had to think twice about not getting myself any.

yes the food pleasure is gone we call that food noise thats the beauty of retatrutide :D @3xCharm same way it helps addictions.

Your training, you should do home training as well, 100 push ups 100 squats 100 sit ups pull ups if you have the bar and planks on days you cant box.

@3xCharm sounds like the food noise is being eliminated, so you're noticing that those junky foods aren't something that you're tempted to eat, and you'll get satiated quicker eating junk food if that makes sense.

Yeah your not wrong, Muay Thai and Boxing has plenty of that (half of the classes is just conditioning alone) which is a good spot for an anecdote; I have suffered from lower back pain for the good part of 15 years and since leaving the Phillipines and doing all that core work there my back doesnt play up at all anymore, every time I would have to got the physio when the pain got too much they would say they could feel a partial herniation in a disc so my guess is my core is keeping it in check now!

What you're experiencing is what you're experiencing and that's just the reality of things. You're noticing some changes to the way you approach food and that's really a good sign. @3xCharm

Whatever habitual or addictive food things that you have connected to you, that's what these products get rid of. @3xCharm it's basically called food noise and food triggers.

@3xCharm that's great that you are updating us on this log and the things that you're going through. It will help others that plan on using retatrutide understand how it affects them the same way.

Bros, my cousin does MMA. It is a good workout. He invited me one time and we did it together. That stuff is no joke, good cardio for sure. That's a good hobby, you into? @3xCharm

I am not opposed to it, I dont know if I gave greater detail how the boxing started; as per mentioned when I was in rehab I was doing a 'Boxing Fit' class every morning so every morning we all got in a Spastic bus and were driven out to a gym which admittedly I didnt really enjoy because I wasnt fit, I threw up a lot from it but bit by bit that stopped and bit by bit it got easier so when I got out I kept going to a 'Boxing Fit' class everyday as in my mind I just thought keep behaving the same way you did in rehab.

I couldnt find anything like this when I went to the Phillipines so I just found a boxing gym that was walking distance and it was 10x better than a Boxing fit class, 1) it was more physically intensive because my coach was basically giving me a snap shot of what a fighter has to do pre big fight as in the 6 months (3 months minimum) getting ready for a fight and 2) It was the first time I had ever been introduced to the 'art' of boxing as in the Technique and this is the part I fell in love with, for a fairly young 'Martial Art' boxing is an amazing well thought out type of fighting, which I could start going on about the history and how we got to modern boxing but like I said I was hooked (lol hooked on something)

For fiscal reasons, proximity and just session times I joined a gym who's owner is a Muay Thai fighter but it has Boxing technique classes as well but only 3 nights a week and I wanted to go everyday so I started doing Muay Thai as well because that had sessions everyday.

As I said I am not opposed to MMA, its probably the self defence king (besides a firearm) I might add it in later, I am not sure what the conditioning is like as their fights dont go for very long but In boxing obviously you train for 12 rounds (still fuckin blows my mind they can do this, try having your arms up for that long, my shoulders would be on fire)

(wow I didnt intend for that to be a longish story)

Go throw your # of days sober in your recovery journal too, waiting for an update there my brother.

Day 32 on Reta

I have just sat through a pretty bad Flu for 7 days, I havnt worked out in 7 days, I havnt been boxing in almost 3 weeks due to my mum being on a cruise so I havnt been able to dump the kids on her so I really feel like I have been spinning my wheels for almost a month, I have also been somewhat angry at the world full of resentment (poor old @HarleyGuy has been on the losing end of this)

I am 100% convinced Reta has kept me sober, I have zero desire to drink, I havnt been to a meeting in 10 or so days, I have barely been annoying @HarleyGuy for well over a week, I have quite a bit of personal turmoil happening in the background and yet I can quite easily say to myself "what would drinking do to help?" to even not thinking about drinking at all and I can only believe that its because of Reta, for me to put soooo little effort in to my sobriety this early in the process and stay sober is impossible.

I wish I had access to 10 drunks and put them on Reta to confirm my belief; of course I sat there thinking about it rationally in relation to using a peptide to treat addiction which I certainly do not advise (meaning dont read this and think you will experience what I am experiencing, still go through the 'suggested steps') but for people that have to wait out the their Hedonic Levels to come back to normal which normally takes 12-18 months this could be a game changer!

It worried me at first thinking 'Yeah but your not dealing with the root cause' but long absences from using is still days/months/years in the bank so what I am probably surmising here is: Getting sober doesnt have to be so hard, do everything you should, attend meets, get a sponsor, do the steps but instead of physically/mentally struggling through it you can have Reta as well to get through it more easily.

Has anyone else experienced what I have experienced?

(THIS IS A DISCUSSION, NOT MEDICAL ADVICE, IF YOU ARE CURRENTLY IN ACTIVE RECOVERY DO NOT USE RETA ALONE AND THINK YOU ARE 'CURED')

This is a great update brother. This is not unlike going to meetings at first when you "fake it til you make it" to that proverbial end of the rainbow where you make yourself hop on EVO and let out your thoughts honestly.

You definitely might be on to something with the Reta being our new travel companion during the hard times. I don't doubt that it might tease the receptors responsible for addiction and help us feel satiated and agree that working the 12-steps is still the recipe to remove the problem for good at its root.

poor old @HarleyGuy has been on the losing end of this
It was a win! You barking at me and being a big ol' crankpot the other night was a win bro you need someone to be able to do that with.

I have barely been annoying @HarleyGuy for well over a week
Ummm, nope, no, you 'annoyed' me two nights ago (your morning LOL). :ROFLMAO::p

Sorry, I got to this late brother, but yes I have really noticed this lately. I will often drink socially on weekends and since being on Reta I have gradually had less and less until about 3 weeks ago I just stopped and didn't any more.
My comparison is Zyban with smoking. I could not quit on my own, with patches, gum you name it. I went on Zyban a couple of times and it always worked in the same way. Last time was 14 years ago, haven't had one since then. 🩵

Great to hear @3xCharm
Still have to put the hard yards in every day but to have it helping is great news!

Nice update mate. I think even if reta is doing some heavy hitting you are still achieving a lot by time passing with relapsing. That will then make it easier to deal with any root cause issues in the future without the physical desires.

Well said brother.

Time for one of my looong self important rants.....

Obviously I have no data to go off but being addict means you have a mental obsession, I was almost free of that obsession the last time I got sober but he was still doing push ups, still doing lunges, still doing jumping jacks in the darkness in my head, he may slip further into the darkness and seem further away where I cant hear his voice but he was waiting for me to come back and I did not do the 'suggested things' to stay weary of that demon until he managed to yell loud enough for me to hear and I followed him!

It is still soooo early for me yet I have not being doing the 'suggested things' and he is near silent in my head and when I manage to hear him and I very quickly say to him "What would drinking do to help the situation, what will it achieve" so I am basically saying "what would joining you do to help me?" as I mentioned this in my experince is near impossible to achieve normally, I fully believe it is the Reta.

If I was honest with how I felt about the world and the trajectory or my life a lot of people might say "yeah climb back into the bottle" but I dont want to and more importantly I dont FEEL the need to.

Sorry if all this sounds nuts but its the best way for me to describe it

Day 36 on Reta

First day back at the gym, pretty much hadnt been for 2 weeks, I am finally clear of being ill (holy fuck did it hang around) I think I looked pretty good today, I am around 86kg (189.59lbs) I think my chest is looking less titty tastic, I think my left lat is starting to look a bit better and my legs are coming along too (remember I did no leg work when I went to gym in my 20s so I have no muscle memory there)

Its hard to judge on the strength side of things because due to finanical constraints I have had to change gyms (unemployed at the moment) and the equipment is different. It always amazed me I can go to one gym and be 28kg on a lat pulldown but then in this gym the weight says 50kg? (I am sure someone is going to point out the obvious reason for this and I will look incredibly stupid) but another example is at the other gym I was doing Seated leg press for at 109kg but in this one I could only manage 82kg, the resistance on this machine is a lot stronger.

Happy with my results considering I was crook in bed all that time, got all my eating done today too for the first time in while

Special thanks to everyone for their love and support, @HarleyGuy never gives up on me no matter how much I push him away, I need to make the effort to talk dirty to him with homoerotic jokes

Big thanks to @ZenithHealth as always, putting me on Reta has been great and has created a happy accident!!!!

LIVE LONG AND PROSPER GUYS!!!

Hey EVO fam,

Consulting Dr ChatGPT, anybody else get itchy histamine type response when working out/sweating, the AI says it’s common with the stack I’m taking, just seeing if it’s common with the community? Can I take an antihistamine?

Very annoying
