Since I've been chatting with him, he has been guiding me which I'm fortunate for

I've decided I'll be stepping on stage next year in september in classic physique for 3rd time

Log Journal Sun 24/8

Current weight: 81kg

Diet: Training day

Meal 1
1 cup rice (50g carbs, 4g protein)
133g beef (40g protein, 13g fat)
1tbsp sauerkraut

Meal 2
1 cup rice (50g carbs, 4g protein)
133g beef (40g protein, 13g fat)
2tbsp maple syrup (30g carbs x 2 = 60g c)
1tbsp sauerkraut
1 serving of beef/veg lasagne (10g carbs, 22g protein, 10g fat)

Meal 3
2 cups rice (100g carbs, 8g protein)
116g chicken (34g protein, 8g fat)
1tbsp sauerkraut

Meal 4 - post workout
1/2 cup rice (25g carbs, 2g protein)
116g chicken (34g protein, 8g fat)

Meal 5
3 cups rice (150g carbs, 12g protein)
133g beef (40g protein, 13g fat)
1tbsp sauerkraut
2tbsp maple syrup (60g c)

Carbs 505 = 2020
Protein 240 = 960
Fat 65 = 585
Total = 3565

This wasn't easy for me as I've been eating 3-4 meals a day. Prior to Sunday on training days I only have carbs pre and post and on rest days I only have carbs with my last meal
But I thought to myself if I'm going to make the best use of these next 9 months to grow well I got to start eating
I need to develop the habit of doing this each & every day. If I had of started my day earlier i would of been able to hit 6 meals but I know I need to stay chill & not stress as I believe this needs to be sort of like a monk lifestyle if Im being honest with myself..might sound weird to most but it's what I feel I need to do & when I place my feet on stage I want to know within myself I dedicated myself to this & I put in the energy with my heart & I feel that's the best approach I can do
Rest days will lower carbs by 30-40%

Training
3 x week - sun, tues, fri
Legs
Back & Arms
Chest & Delts

Training - Legs (Sun 24/8)
Squat: 80kg - 20
Adductor machine: 18kg - 25
Leg press: 160kg - 21
Calf press: 130kg - 16
(For calves when hit failure wait 10 secs & go again til failure & at the end stay in the stretched position til my calves almost rip)

I see the hard part of bodybuilding is the diet & training is the easy part the fun part
Last leg session I hit squats 20 reps for 70kg
This session I did the same reps for 80kg & if I was to have a gentle push I feel I can hit a couple more reps..I felt I also had better mind-muscle connection throughout the workout too compared to the previous sesh

My training style is 2-3 warm-up sets for each exercise with minimal fatigue
I then do 1 set to failure

Cardio
Heart health - HIIT on stationary bike
3mins slow pace, 45secs flat out, repeat
5 rounds
3 x week

Digestion
I don't drink fluids 15min before or 15min after meals (digestion is almost flawless)

Gut health
sauerkraut (pre & probiotics)

Supps
1tbsp psyllium husk in 200ml water
&
100ml coconut water with:
Astragalus root 1320mg
Dandelion root 270mg
1tbsp raw apple cider vinegar (RACV)
2 drops oil wild oregano
150mg Ubiquonol

Gear
For next 2 week block (Started Sun 24th)
(Was on 350 test, 200 primo)

600mg test (phoenix pharma)
300mg primo (switch to phoenix mast soon)
4iu gh 3 x week pre-bed (training nights)
1.5iu pre-bed (rest nights) (phoenix pharma)

I pinned 200mg phoenix pharma test pre workout with 0 PIP
Pinned 4iu gh pre bed and slept well too
I've been taking 1.5iu gh pre-bed for a few days prior to last night and I look fuller and sleep has improved
Have been off gh prior to this for a few months

Next 2 week block (all phoenix pharma)
750 test
375 mast
8iu gh 3 x week pre-bed (training nights) 1.5iu gh 4 x week pre-bed (rest night)

2 weeks thereafter
Will run long term and try to keep health markers in range (all phoenix pharma)
750 test
375 mast
10iu gh 3 x week pre-bed (training) 3.75iu gh 4 x week pre-bed (rest)

Reflections
I look at this path in life as somewhat of a dream in my reality because I truly am privileged to walk this path & wake up each & every day with what I have & I can be a little better than what I was yesterday
People atm Im aware don't have anything & I feel they would love to trade places so its why I won't ever complain..sure some days will be bumpy & I can have self-doubt but I'm an imperfect man who embraces what life will be with the highs & the lows..but I see the lows as a way to give me a lesson in the strength of my character as the times will be part of my growth & when I'm past it, I'll be somewhat grateful because it's going to be a blessing in disguise

I'm open to learning & i welcome any constructive criticism as I know it's a brotherhood we have

You have a huge cycle and plan and I think you can get to this dream and EVO family will support you.

I do think your steroid use plans are way too much. You should swap the primo and masteron for Equipoise and lower the HGh level a bit.

The diet and training, looking forward to your updates as you go, add pics as well please.

I feel fine and bloods are good on primo as been running it for past few months with a small break but will switch over to phoenix pharma mast as I've ran it successfully in the past with test & it agrees with me quite well

What brand was the EQ you tried?

@KoalaTea I think the main issue you'll see is that primobolan out of stock.

I tried a couple..Polar & Krypto that i understand were accurately dosed
Kept it at 2:1 ratio test:eq & it didn't crash estro when i got bloods..just made me anxious at the most inconvenient times and I'm not an anxious person even on tren @ 400mg

yes I see primo is not available..before I discovered test&primo, I would do either test&mast or test,tren&mast :)

Yeah this forum is great I dunno have one thing is I feel I would be in a better position if I came here sooner cos have been on the fence for a while about if I should go about this again (show) so good to b here and everyone is so nice and I have a lot of exploring to do in the community and a lot to soak in too but it's all great :)

I look at this path in life as somewhat of a dream in my reality because I truly am privileged to walk this path & wake up each & every day with what I have & I can be a little better than what I was yesterday
People atm Im aware don't have anything & I feel they would love to trade places so its why I won't ever complain..sure some days will be bumpy & I can have self-doubt but I'm an imperfect man who embraces what life will be with the highs & the lows..but I see the lows as a way to give me a lesson in the strength of my character as the times will be part of my growth & when I'm past it, I'll be somewhat grateful because it's going to be a blessing in disguise

I'm open to learning & i welcome any constructive criticism as I know it's a brotherhood we have

Yeah this forum is great I dunno have one thing is I feel I would be in a better position if I came here sooner cos have been on the fence for a while about if I should go about this again (show) so good to b here and everyone is so nice and I have a lot of exploring to do in the community and a lot to soak in too but it's all great :)

This wasn't easy for me as I've been eating 3-4 meals a day. Prior to Sunday on training days I only have carbs pre and post and on rest days I only have carbs with my last meal
But I thought to myself if I'm going to make the best use of these next 9 months to grow well I got to start eating
I need to develop the habit of doing this each & every day. If I had of started my day earlier i would of been able to hit 6 meals but I know I need to stay chill & not stress as I believe this needs to be sort of like a monk lifestyle if Im being honest with myself..might sound weird to most but it's what I feel I need to do & when I place my feet on stage I want to know within myself I dedicated myself to this & I put in the energy with my heart & I feel that's the best approach I can do

I see the hard part of bodybuilding is the diet & training is the easy part the fun part
Last leg session I hit squats 20 reps for 70kg
This session I did the same reps for 80kg & if I was to have a gentle push I feel I can hit a couple more reps..I felt I also had better mind-muscle connection throughout the workout too compared to the previous sesh

My training style is 2-3 warm-up sets for each exercise with minimal fatigue
I then do 1 set to failure

Heart health - HIIT on stationary bike

Monday - Wednesday unfortunately i only got 4 meals in each day and I missed Tues gym sesh but I made it there last night

I'm human and I need to keep the internal dialogue positive which I mostly am but I expect more of myself
Really I just need to be more organised and I really have 0 excuses

I've got 9 months of growth so it's vital I make use of this time

Current weight: 83.8kg fasted
(Increase of 2kg in about 2 weeks)

Tripod will be here soon so I can start posing and comparing progression over time because how I display my physique on show day is paramount

Diet
I'm aware I need to be getting in 5 meals as a minimum like I did on Sunday so I will get my time-management in order to the best of my ability
I don't cheat on my diet but I do have a tbsp peanut butter here and there which I guess does count but I don't go overboard
I've been finding myself fantasising about food
So pretty much wanting to have some mary-jane and eat profiteroles and donuts..but I don't smoke just having these thoughts I don't know why

On Arms when I fail, I wait 15secs and go again and get more out

Was taking 1.5iu pre-bed and 4iu on training nights pre-bed
I'm going to just take it 3 x week on training nights pre-bed

I don't know how high I'll go but we will see how we we go

Reflections
I'm aware of my internal dialogue and where my flaws are with my time-management
I think to myself do I really wanna do this
But I feel I do and I'm doing this with my heart
Something to remind myself is just eat your meal and relax
I'm fortunate the gym is my happy place and I look forward to training
All the things in my life I'm grateful for and the life I get to live
When I wake up my abs are relatively dry and I have good wellbeing and generally a good mood too
Little things do piss me off easily though more than normal but it passes pretty quickly

you should look into retatrutide and tirzepatide glp1's. they are good stuff lots of guys are using them now

I remember watching the videos of him just when he got off stage 2018 olympia when he won and he was surrounded by so many people when he was giving interviews like he was a famous celebrity or something and I watched his prep for that show too
The hotel room videos of him just before pre-prejudgung were cool..aceto was saying to shawn his conditioning reminds him of cutler in 2001

I'm finding a good rythym now hitting 5 meals a day which I've done last 3 days in a row
So yes just need to get extra protein in each meal perhaps or simply I gotta be more organised and hit 6 meals a day

Oneday when I have a farm I wanna grow many fruit trees and help to feed kids if I can

I'm finding a good rythym now hitting 5 meals a day which I've done last 3 days in a row
So yes just need to get extra protein in each meal perhaps or simply I gotta be more organised and hit 6 meals a day

i used to have a blood orange tree. it was super good. i love growing stuff too, once the growing season starts in the next month i will post up some gardening pics

Recovery has been good and just trying to get the skill under control of hitting 5 meals a day
Thursday I hit 5, Friday was 4, but I hit 5 meals yesterday on training day
I'm changing my training to Mon, Wed, Fri so I don't miss workouts I feel
I notice when I do fasted cardio on training days it does set the tone for the day ahead in a positive way

Will take mandatory's this week which will be raw unfiltered and will post pics

Training Day: 30/8

Meal 1
2 cups rice (100g carbs, 8g protein)
116g chicken (34g protein, 8g fat)
1tbsp sauerkraut

Meal 2
1 cup rice (50g carbs, 4g protein)
116g chicken (34g protein, 8g fat)
Mixed boiled veggies
1tbsp peanut butter (5g protein, 9g fat)

Meal 3
1 cup rice (50g carbs, 4g protein)
4 eggs (25g protein, 20g fat)
1tbsp sauerkraut

Meal 4
2 cups rice (100g carbs, 8g protein)
4 eggs (25g protein, 20g fat)

Meal 5
2 cups rice (100g carbs, 8g protein)
116g chicken (34g protein, 8g fat)
1tbsp honey (15g carbs)
1tbsp sauerkraut

Carbs 415 = 1660
Protein 189 = 756
Fat 73 = 657
Calories = 3073

Training
Same: 2-4 warm-ups with no fatigue and hit the top set to failure

Chest + Delts: 30/8
Flat bench barbell: 100kg - 5

Flat dumbbell press: 32.5kg - 18

s/s Incline dumbbell press: 27.5kg - 14
Incline dumbbell fly: 15kg - 12

s/s Dumbbell upright row: 15kg - 18
Dumbbell side laterall: 15kg - 16

t/s Cable face pulls cable: 34kg - 12
Cable front raise cable (hammer grip): 9kg - 14
Shrugs dumbbell: 45kg each - 22

Cardio
Fasted hiit cardio on the stationary bike 3-5 rounds on training days
It's not fun at all but I know it's gotta be done

Supps
Same as before, I do want to explore the Supps world and I do feel I'm covered but can always be healthier
I do want to add-in inj. l-carnitine which my mate can give me this week which is nice of him he makes it himself

Digestion
I noticed has been good but it is to a degree effecting my workouts in my stomach a bit but perhaps I need to just wait a bit longer after my pre-workout meal and train earlier so I dont have the pressure on fitting in my 5 meals

Gear
600 test e (thinking of bumping up to 750 in a week)
300 primo (will switch in a week to mast)
8iu gh (pre-bed on training nights only 3 x week, I pinned 8iu last night and will look to bump up to 10iu pre-bed in a week)

Reflections
I'm grateful for this journey and at times I do get a bit grumpy at stuff but I guess cos I've doubled the test dose from 300 to 600
I'm generally pretty chill though
Bodybuilding to me is how I feel I can really express myself as a man
I'm making a little progress each and everyday I feel and even if I stagnate I still learn something which is a win
I picked my posing routine music for the Novice class and just need to find the music for the Open class too
I'm trying to enjoy the process as best as I can and I hope I can bring the best version of me to the stage and make my family proud and the EVO fam too

bro yeah koala too cute i agree. but kangaroo cool too. used to have a neighbor had one. his name was charlie, he would come by trailer and watch football with me outside. one day charlie hopping by fence and semi came by and ran him over. sad day for us we gave him funeral

Tbh I don't feel I can eat roo anymore..once was driving at night on this quiet road and at the last second saw this wallaby laying down and he lifted his head as I came by and I almost hit him
I stopped and his leg was was in a bad way and he kept trying to hop away but he couldn't
I sat with him on the road and had my phone light on in case so cars would see us
I called the animal welfare ppl
I was patting the wallaby and trying to keep him calm and was talking gently to him..his fur was so soft..I really thought it was just his leg and needed to calm him and thought the animal welfare ppl could help cos I was sorta freaking out but needed to chill for the wallaby's sake
I remember he gave out this sigh and one minute I could feel his heartbeating and the next minute it stopped
Was sad though but instead of just leaving the wallaby on its own at least he had someone there at the end

Oneday when I have land I would like some goats and sheep but hope they don't eat all the crops
