just a quick one on @UGL OZ the masteron prop is all my years on peds is one of the best qualities I’ve had including injectable stanazol about 13 years ago.. the potency of this mast p is next level 🙌🙌 I ran 50mg within 2 hours my mood was 10 fold more up and go about me
Had wayyy more energy for extra hour posing practice.. sleep did suffer a fair bit but got into bed at 1am then laid there till 4am and was in my head about being a lazy asshole so went and did my half hour stairs (( easssyy as))

Soo keen to see physique changes in next weeks now

Cal 2374 total still about a 1000 deficit if not more with the cardio and movement??


So had 50grms pre which was rice krispies and 60grms whey 10grms blueberries but actually got half decent chest session in..

Bench press 90kg 15reps supersetted with incline bench @ 60kg 15reps (3 sets)

Db press@ 40kg 15 reps Supersetted with db incline @ 35kg 15reps (3sets)

Machine cable flies @ 50kg 15reps supersetted with decline machine press @ 70kg 15reps (3 sets)

Pec Dec flys @ 50kg 20reps supersetted with machine press @ 60kg 15reps

Db pull overs 30kg 20 reps 3 sets

Post workout meal was cream of rice 40grms 10grms honey 60grms whey iso

Got 2 lots of 30mins stairs then 20 mins of treadmill so 50mins each total of 1 hr 40 cardio

I think carbs are hard to say close to show because we dont know the whole meal plan, I do know with insulin you have to be careful.

So like @ballin2504 said we got a touchdown now. 20 grms pre and post workout carbs is perfect
Am currently doing a Deloadish couple days just because fatigue was well and truely gunna drop me so all I’ve done is pulled back to only 1 lot of 30 mins stairs and 40 mins treadmill

With just focusing on depleting muscle through weights now instead of the mentality of pushing harder..

With that being said got through today without actually dying and dropping for a change 🙏
1 week on our @UGL OZ masteron prop and condition is practically almost there now hardened like an open pre workout container left for 2 months.. plus fully flat again after 3 days at 100grms carbs 🙌 so we got our timing for peak week down to

Macros 304grns protein 67grm fat 98grms carbs now

Am currently doing a Deloadish couple days just because fatigue was well and truely gunna drop me so all I’ve done is pulled back to only 1 lot of 30 mins stairs and 40 mins treadmill

With just focusing on depleting muscle through weights now instead of the mentality of pushing harder..

With that being said got through today without actually dying and dropping for a change 🙏
1 week on our @UGL OZ masteron prop and condition is practically almost there now hardened like an open pre workout container left for 2 months.. plus fully flat again after 3 days at 100grms carbs 🙌 so we got our timing for peak week down to

So practice run today for game day
New low aswell 86.1 kg lightest I’ve been since I was 17 haha that’s completed I hope this prep starting at 104 kg with the 11 weeks cut phase

Last nite ran 1/4 tab of moduretic at 6pm
Cut water @ 4pm with the total water of the day just over half. Bout 60 percent of average daily

Weighed 3hours after last meal 88.4kg @ 10pm
Woke up at 3am 86.1kg
Was ALOT tighter

First meal @ 6am was 125grms chicken breast 80 grms jasmine rice (uncooked weight)
150grms bananas 20grms peanut butter
150ml water
1grm salt lite

8am 60 grms rice cakes 30grms honey
200ml water

9 am pumped in 20anavar 20 Winnie (ugl Sparta)

930am ran 150ml water 40 grms poweraide powered scoop pre workout scoop bcaa 3grms salt lite

10am got to gym for posing ran 50grms snakes with
1grm salt

Had a massive headache so posing shit so won’t be running the diuretic night before. Not worth the 10 percent increase..

Body comp was on point for about 3 rounds then started softening up so knocking the snakes down to 15grms aswell.. or upping the last salt to 20grms with the snakes??? Haven’t decided just yet

So this is last high carb day anyway @ 500 so will run usual load up from now
Till carbs/cals reached then add in extra hour cardio for next 3 days to pull back..

I’ve decided to run a front load this time aswell bit safer I think
So that will be different to today as I’ve done this test on complete deplete so zero glycogen

Total at this time of photo was 200 grms carbs 500ml water 5 grms salt lite

That’s a solid trial run to see how your body responds. The drop shows the diuretic hit hard but the headache tells you it’s not worth the trade-off, smart call to scrap that on show day. Carbs and salt timing looked good early but you saw the fade once the snakes pushed it too far, so adjusting that last hit makes sense. Front load approach will give you more control and less risk than chasing it late. You got the feedback you needed, now just fine-tune and keep the load steady with that extra cardio buffer. @Lilbrods
For new readers, “Snakes” is a gummy snake, like candy lollies. Guys use them because they’re fast-acting carbs with almost no fiber or fat, so they hit the bloodstream quick and give a pump for posing or training. Not healthy but a perfect test.
 
Yea my bro only used to see how it’d act with the quick into blood stream, could run them with 5iu quick slin but not ideal on stage without knowing timing I.e the timing of how long your on stage,if line up is stacked and judges can’t decide and have you up there longer so won’t be doing that at all!!

So throughout day pushed through with the high carb ending up at 520grms, 80 fat n 150 protein.. keep protein low on high carb day.

But had to pull the headache back so pushed in 3litres of water with keeping sodium low n potassium low as possible due to the early load up on it.. don’t want any retention so just cruise through added 1 hour 30 mins cardio 40mins hiit and the rest treadmill
Posed for 45mins and absolute fucked ha

Through rest of day ran 10ius novorapid and we have here glucodrive supplement that helps drive into muscles so had 3 of them and extra 2 digestive enzymes for the extra calories

No we got our plan it will be a little different due to having no glycogen stores already so I’ll just add extra time by tapering down from 500carbs to 300csrbs and finishing the 300grms carbs 3 days early then run 150grms for 3 days into show to hold stores and gives time to adjust( very hard to judge yourself on how you look) 👀

But apart from little stomch distension held condition pretty decent so should wake up pretty good 👍

Yea bro snakes just to quick acting for my body so will just run a higher fibre carb earlier and that’ll be it I think 💪

Concludes last load up till peak now so 10 days now back to the fun of pulling it back watching it very closely to see when exactly is mint time to coast into load

So morning weight was 86 kg now 93.2 kg so day load ended up an extra 6 kg which is just ridiculous and the body feeling the extra weight tired sluggish and full
Now fully rehydrated and fueled to push like a mother to get this for our team 💪💪

Yea big ge literally to the cent ha only 17 days to go so part time job is a no go with current energy levels but think I’ve sorted it got a help from a sponser for couple hungy to get me through even though phones cuts off and no rego on car hahaha but shhh ill make it happen to much investment from my boys @UGL OZ to not let it happen, I’ll fucking walk there if I have to be few days but nothing that’ll kill me 💪💪🙏

Anyways back to the actual real important things that is getting this gold

17 days and hitting these assholes every 3rd day now to bring them in

Stiff legged dead’s @ 50kg 20reps superset with lying ham curls @30kg 15 reps 2x sets

Glute raises @ 60kg 20 reps superset with adductor machine @ 70kg 15 reps
2xsets

Single leg seated ham curls @20kg 20 reps superset with bench step ups with 15kg db 15 reps

Abductor machine &60kg 20 reps superset with wide stance leg press @80kg 20 reps

Calves 5 sets seated @40kg 20reps 💪
Cardio down to half hour stairs 90min treadmill

2 weeks 2moro on our @UGL OZ mast p and has done its job prob little to fast and good lol current physique below 😏

Yea my bro only used to see how it’d act with the quick into blood stream, could run them with 5iu quick slin but not ideal on stage without knowing timing I.e the timing of how long your on stage,if line up is stacked and judges can’t decide and have you up there longer so won’t be doing that at all!!

So throughout day pushed through with the high carb ending up at 520grms, 80 fat n 150 protein.. keep protein low on high carb day.

But had to pull the headache back so pushed in 3litres of water with keeping sodium low n potassium low as possible due to the early load up on it.. don’t want any retention so just cruise through added 1 hour 30 mins cardio 40mins hiit and the rest treadmill
Posed for 45mins and absolute fucked ha

Through rest of day ran 10ius novorapid and we have here glucodrive supplement that helps drive into muscles so had 3 of them and extra 2 digestive enzymes for the extra calories

No we got our plan it will be a little different due to having no glycogen stores already so I’ll just add extra time by tapering down from 500carbs to 300csrbs and finishing the 300grms carbs 3 days early then run 150grms for 3 days into show to hold stores and gives time to adjust( very hard to judge yourself on how you look) 👀

But apart from little stomch distension held condition pretty decent so should wake up pretty good 👍
yes that approach makes sense, the quick slin hit can get sketchy when stage time is unpredictable so better to keep it steady. The carb load looks solid at 520 with fats and protein dialed in, nice balance for a high day. Water and sodium adjustments were smart too, especially with the early load on potassium, you kept the condition tighter. Cardio and posing grind on top of that shows in the look, even with some distension it held. The taper plan into the show sounds right, dropping carbs early then cruising into 150 keeps you full but not spilled, should tighten up well. But try to taper harder to see if you can come in dry. @Lilbrods

So after having a long thought process about spilling with the snakes and also honey have come to the conclusion” insulin resistance is high” so after long hard thinking and research… nicotine so going cold turkey as of tonight… along with diet shhhiiiittt but gotta do it for us.. any tips to speed that insulin resistance?
Obviously carb days now will run not only a fast acting but a slow acting insulin to to help combat but not sure if that will help pulling it will to some extent yes but any tips muchly appreciated this close 🙏🙏🙏

You’re smart to move carbs around instead of cramming them in late. Insulin isn’t the magic everyone claims, it’s dangerous if you don’t know what you’re doing. Cold turkey on the nicotine is the right move if you’re chasing better insulin sensitivity. Keep cardio in daily even if it’s low intensity, that alone helps the body handle carbs better. Load up on water and keep sodium steady so digestion and nutrient flow stay on point. Add in things like chromium or berberine if you want a small edge, they mimic insulin and help shuttle carbs. Stick with clean carb sources and keep fats lower around your carb windows, that’ll make the uptake smoother.

Dropped carbs and fats to 50grms for next 4 days then gunna do a fat load 3days 130grms fats/50grms carbs/180grms protein into the follow up 4 days carb load 1st 2 days 500carbs/50fats/180 protein still 5grms sodium 5litres then 3rd day 400carbs/50fats/180protein 4grms sodium 4 litres water 4th and final 300carbs/50fat 180protein 3grms sodium 3litres water then 2 days into show day 100carbs 50fat 250protein 2.5litres water 2.5sodium as that’s my sweet spot … again this is all me just going by what I’ve tried 💪🤞

Berberine started today 500x3 times a day chromium 400x 2 times a day

Oh I am my lads this is it right here except this is only from a one day load of 500carbs 3 days prior so going to be intersting to see what happens with the front load of 4 days 💪💪

But was planning on loading game day with salt lite however reading up people change load day with a higher sodium to potassium ratio so I’m going to do a quick little test run of that still gives me time to deplete again to hold this size into show to don’t think I’m going to get any more conditioned now think it’ll just be detrimental to the look and drop muscle if I stick to a 50 grm carb 50 grm fat 260 protein nutrition for 7 more days
So I’m gunna do a 300 carb play 2 Moro and see if I can time it with game day then deplete again for another 4 days into peak week 💪💪
Really really really want to nail this show for @UGL OZ for everything the boys have done for me want to do aswell as possible for everyone including myself 💪💪

Oookkkayyy my lads and team @UGL OZ @UGL OZ Support Rep we are fucking on game day trail gone puurrrrffeeecccttt so ima share this even though this toookkk meeeee soooo much work with trial and error and just everything but I respect and love you all guys to much to not share!! Ok so I’ll just start with nicotine and glycogensis homeostasis and reuptake no nictotine in the system has a next level effect on converting glucose to glycogen through insulin resistance through the roof!!

My best advice to have is 💯 retatrutide this will work 100 times better than what I had to do cause I didn’t study early enough glp-1 with sort your glycogen stores a billion times better if you smoke nicotine or have any in your system!!

I got around this with Berberine HOWEVER the headaches and stomach issues I had to sort not worth it!!!

And now the really lil secret.. pump up don’t use carbs without a glycose sort in there..
I tried gummy snakes last trial went to SHIT!! tried glyco jelly beans baaammmmm straight in 💪💪

So
Woke up 125grms chicken 80 grms jasmine rice 20grms peanut butter 150grms banana
165ml water measured to the ml
1 grm iodised salt

Hour later
60grms rice cakes
30grms honey -1ml glycerol liquid
150ml water ontop of it
10iu novorapid

Hour later same again but this time wanted to put a good carb source in so added 30grms of fruity bite cereal whole grain 5iu novorapid

Now hour pumped 50grms Winnie (ugloz Sparta and anavar 50grms (ugloz Sparta)

40grms poweraide into 168ml water (warm)
3grms salt scoop of pre workout and 2 scoops of l arginine 1/2 teaspoon coffee

45 mins later )roughly pump up 20grms glycojel jelly beans 1g salt

Bam perfect 👌 FOR ME cannot scream that loud enough mite not work for you

Alrite my bros n hoes last 4 days of deplete after yesterday test run ended good..
finished yesterday off at 600carbs
So last 4 hours of day was rectification on electrolytes balances
So was 40 mins sauna to knock out some sodium and added bananas to get my potassium back to normal 3:2 ratio

Plans for my next 4 days is 4 lots of stairs steady pace for the 20 mins then last 10 when we start tapping glycogen restores we hit it at intervals..

So sets of 30 mins stairs fastened then first meal.. isolation muscle depletion of chest/ quads today

Then last 2 lots of 30 mins stairs plus hour posing practice
Steps going in will be around 20-22000

Cals super low carbs 50grm fat 60grm n protein keeping low for this run at 198grms

Ended up at 92.4 kg which will be stage weight depending on this deplete phase

Still not happy with glutes but cause it’s lose skin now from being a fat ass nothing can really do about that cept try and bring them plus abductors and adductors up during offseason to stretch skin whilst not gaining to much fat there
Oh and back to 6 litres water till we load then adjust to CHO carbs intake.
So run salt lite 5grms to match water intake and bring sodium n potassium level up to where it needs to be 💪💪

Waiting on e2 blood results to come through and will see if I need to slap in 1grm caber and 1 grm arimidex but I’m almost positive on how I feel this won’t be needed
