Cycle Introduction Log
This will be my second cycle I've done. First cycle was test e and tren e. Started at just 200mg of test e a week, then went to 100mg of tren e and 200mg of test e... increased to 300mg of tren e and 400 mg of test e. 15 week cycle.
New 12 week cycle, gear supplied by "SWOLENZ"
Cycle:
NPP: 300 mg/week
Sustanon: 400 mg/week
Proviron: 25 mg/day
Arimidex: 0.25 mg/week
Perindopril: 4 mg/day
Amlodipine: 5 mg/day
May add primo along the way
Supplements:
Omega 3
Magnesium
Multivitamin
PEA
Chromium Picolinate
Creatine
Glucosamine
Whey protein
Starting Stats:
Age: 20
Weight: 92kg
Height: 178cm
Training 5x a week.
I’m aiming to fix some muscle imbalances and put on lean muscle without putting on too much in weight. Just want to look more balanced, stronger, and solid overall lean gains, not sloppy ones. Keeping everything tight while still making real progress is the main goal this cycle. Also want to hit 160kg on bench press. Currently at 150kg max.
Diet:
Breakfast (always same):
Cereal mixed with whey protein
4 eggs and a chicken breast
Lunch and dinner:
Lunch is usually left overs from dinner, I make sure I cook enough dinner so I can have lunch then next day. Will always include some form of protein (chicken, beef, lamb, pork or fish) some veggies and carbs.
Snacks:
For a snack throughout the day I'll have a can of tuna with some crackers.
Sleep:
Aiming to sleep 8-10 hours a night.
Training:
Monday - Shoulders and triceps
Tuesday - Back and biceps
Wednesday - Cardio (sprints and shuttles)
Thursday - Chest and triceps
Friday - Core
Saturday - Legs
Sunday - Rest
Today did Monday's workout which was:
DB shoulder press (2) 40kg 8 reps
Cable lateral raises (3) 15kg 10 reps
DB alternating front raises (2) 26kg 12 reps
Rear delt raises (2) 18kg 15 reps
Fst-7 set lateral raises 16kg 12-15 reps
Single arm pushdowns (4) 20kg 10 reps
Single arm overhead exte
nsions (4) 18kg 10 reps
Fst-7 set rope push downs 15kg 12-15 reps
