This will be my second cycle I've done. First cycle was test e and tren e. Started at just 200mg of test e a week, then went to 100mg of tren e and 200mg of test e... increased to 300mg of tren e and 400 mg of test e. 15 week cycle.

New 12 week cycle, gear supplied by "SWOLENZ"

Cycle:
NPP: 300 mg/week
Sustanon: 400 mg/week
Proviron: 25 mg/day
Arimidex: 0.25 mg/week
Perindopril: 4 mg/day
Amlodipine: 5 mg/day

May add primo along the way

Chromium Picolinate
Creatine
Glucosamine
Whey protein


Starting Stats:
Age: 20
Weight: 92kg
Height: 178cm

Training 5x a week.
I’m aiming to fix some muscle imbalances and put on lean muscle without putting on too much in weight. Just want to look more balanced, stronger, and solid overall lean gains, not sloppy ones. Keeping everything tight while still making real progress is the main goal this cycle. Also want to hit 160kg on bench press. Currently at 150kg max.

Diet:
Breakfast (always same):
Cereal mixed with whey protein
4 eggs and a chicken breast

Lunch and dinner:
Lunch is usually left overs from dinner, I make sure I cook enough dinner so I can have lunch then next day. Will always include some form of protein (chicken, beef, lamb, pork or fish) some veggies and carbs.

Snacks:
For a snack throughout the day I'll have a can of tuna with some crackers.

Sleep:
Aiming to sleep 8-10 hours a night.

Monday - Shoulders and triceps
Tuesday - Back and biceps
Wednesday - Cardio (sprints and shuttles)
Thursday - Chest and triceps
Friday - Core
Saturday - Legs
Sunday - Rest

Need some recommendations for injection sites. I use shoulders, glutes and chest. Any other safe options I could use?
I don't like chest injections, but you can pin arms bis/tris, easy 1/2 ml BIs and you have big arms so 1/4 1/2 tris, and lats are easy too. @Xinxai94

Back and Biceps

EZ bar curls x4 sets. 60kg 8-10reps & 5 half reps

Preacher single arm hammer curls (90-degree) x4 sets. 15kg 10-12 reps

Cable rows x2 sets. 90kg 10-12 reps

Lateral pull downs x2 sets. 100kg 8-10 reps

Meals today:

Breakfast - Muesli & wheatbix with whey protein. 2 crumbed chicken breast

Lunch - lamb, lentils and mash potatoes

Haven't decided dinner yet

200mg sustanon and 0.25mg arimidex

Yeah I have a little bit of gyno. Not bad though. I am taking arimidex. Used to be worse so it has eased a lot

Hcg is run during cycle not after, that’s the mistake most make. If you save it for pct it can actually delay recovery because you’re still stimulating the testes when you should be letting lh and fsh restart. The usual run is low dose hcg 2 to 3 times a week while on cycle, then stop it before pct and let clomid and tamoxifen handle the restart. Ostarine doesn’t belong in pct at all, drop that and just run clomid and tamoxifen at standard pct dosing and you’ll recover cleaner.

That’s a strong pressing session, dips with 60kg strapped on for sets of 10 and benching 100kg for 12s shows your chest and triceps are moving some real weight. @Xinxai94
Cortisol can be managed best with proper sleep, keeping stress down outside the gym, and making sure you’re not running yourself flat with too much deficit or cardio. how do you know you have high cortisol, bloods?

On the IGF-DEF, site injecting after training isn’t really going to give you local growth like people claim, it’s systemic once it’s in. Some guys like it post workout but don’t expect a magical effect at the site. Unless you use it with HGH and Insulin, but that's dangerous as a combo.

How’s your food setup looking now? With the weight you’re moving, diet will make the biggest difference in recovery and how well you actually respond to everything else.

PEG-MGF doesn’t really live up to the hype, the site injection claims are way overstated and you won’t get localized growth from it. Same goes for most of the “site peptides” out there, once they’re in the system they’re systemic. If you want something that actually adds size and helps recovery, IGF-1 LR3 or DES can have some value post workout, but food, gear, and progressive training will always drive the bulk of the growth.

IGF-DES literally IS for site injection so jab where you're training and train, go back to your locker jab the next muscle group and train, and so on. Oh, and it's kinda useless too.

Big arms in the pic and strong dip and bench numbers for your size. Keep dips at +65 kg for 2x8-10 and bench at 110 kg for 2x8 next session to build consistency.

@Xinxai94 I'm also interested in your diet and macros. You have a natural BB physique and insane delts that connect into massive arms. You must be putting down some dense calories and high protein... do tell. If I like your macros and they fit what works for me I'd love some new ideas for different food I'm pretty much carnivore with eggs and cottage cheese.

Can you be more detailed than this and is this still your every day diet?
Diet:
Breakfast (always same):
Cereal mixed with whey protein
4 eggs and a chicken breast

Lunch and dinner:
Lunch is usually left overs from dinner, I make sure I cook enough dinner so I can have lunch then next day. Will always include some form of protein (chicken, beef, lamb, pork or fish) some veggies and carbs.

Snacks:
For a snack throughout the day I'll have a can of tuna with some crackers.

That day plan looks like about 3200–3400 calories total. Protein lands near 200–220 g from eggs, chicken, whey, tuna, and cereal milk.

Carbs sit around 350–380 g mostly from cereal, toast, potatoes, and fruit, and fats about 90–100 g from eggs, nuts, and liver. I'm guessing reading this but it doesn't seem like "a lot" to me. For you, protein should be 300+ imo @Xinxai94

Omg I want you to go to my log and put you on my diet so bad... 6000 calories of protein and fats and carbs used to workout with. You've got a freak inside you if you upped those calories bro but I love that the diet is pretty clean I'd just up the food.

I was able to fine tune my diet by letting the brothers on EVO guide me into my sweet spot and that's where it is. Mad credit to @LevButlerov too he's worth listening to trust me.

The before shot I'm leaner at 195 15% BF but not as 'full' or hard at all. As soon as I started daily logging with attention to detail the boys piped in and I listened and I shot up in strength and lean muscle and the last half of my blast was epic!

Before pic was about 195lbs got injured and went down to 188lbs then with EVO's help got through the injury and up to 210 of hard solid mass increase and strength way up and full all day. I'm not maintaining that on just TRT with proviron.
