Ok so I’ll just start with nicotine and glycogensis homeostasis and reuptake no nictotine in the system has a next level effect on converting glucose to glycogen through insulin resistance through the roof!!
My best advice to have isretatrutide this will work 100 times better than what I had to do cause I didn’t study early enough glp-1 with sort your glycogen stores a billion times better if you smoke nicotine or have any in your system!!
I got around this with Berberine HOWEVER the headaches and stomach issues I had to sort not worth it!!!

Woke up 125grms chicken 80 grms jasmine rice 20grms peanut butter 150grms banana
165ml water measured to the ml
1 grm iodised salt
Hour later
60grms rice cakes
30grms honey -1ml glycerol liquid
150ml water ontop of it
10iu novorapid
Hour later same again but this time wanted to put a good carb source in so added 30grms of fruity bite cereal whole grain 5iu novorapid
Now hour pumped 50grms Winnie (ugloz Sparta and anavar 50grms (ugloz Sparta)
40grms poweraide into 168ml water (warm)
3grms salt scoop of pre workout and 2 scoops of l arginine 1/2 teaspoon coffee
45 mins later )roughly pump up 20grms glycojel jelly beans 1g salt
Bam perfectFOR ME cannot scream that loud enough mite not work for you
