Oookkkayyy my lads and team @UGL OZ @UGL OZ Support Rep we are fucking on game day trail gone puurrrrffeeecccttt so ima share this even though this toookkk meeeee soooo much work with trial and error and just everything but I respect and love you all guys to much to not share!! Could keep it to myself and be like I’ll share with guys who smoke for a fee ra ra ra but I’m not a piece of shit and everyone deserves knowledge for free and cause I’m representing the best damn community in the world with @UGL OZ and even @evo now this is me going through nicotine withdrawals IF YOU SMOKE AnD compete please read and try!!!


Ok so I’ll just start with nicotine and glycogensis homeostasis and reuptake no nictotine in the system has a next level effect on converting glucose to glycogen through insulin resistance through the roof!!

My best advice to have is 💯 retatrutide this will work 100 times better than what I had to do cause I didn’t study early enough glp-1 with sort your glycogen stores a billion times better if you smoke nicotine or have any in your system!!

I got around this with Berberine HOWEVER the headaches and stomach issues I had to sort not worth it!!!

And now the really lil secret.. pump up don’t use carbs without a glycose sort in there..
I tried gummy snakes last trial went to SHIT!! tried glyco jelly beans baaammmmm straight in 💪💪

So
Woke up 125grms chicken 80 grms jasmine rice 20grms peanut butter 150grms banana
165ml water measured to the ml
1 grm iodised salt

Hour later
60grms rice cakes
30grms honey -1ml glycerol liquid
150ml water ontop of it
10iu novorapid

Hour later same again but this time wanted to put a good carb source in so added 30grms of fruity bite cereal whole grain 5iu novorapid

Now hour pumped 50grms Winnie (ugloz Sparta and anavar 50grms (ugloz Sparta)

40grms poweraide into 168ml water (warm)
3grms salt scoop of pre workout and 2 scoops of l arginine 1/2 teaspoon coffee

45 mins later )roughly pump up 20grms glycojel jelly beans 1g salt

Bam perfect 👌 FOR ME cannot scream that loud enough mite not work for you

Now I still under 1075 cals maintenance so I’ll just run last deplete meals and restart deplete 💪💪 let’s get it guys

Weight this morning after cutting food back at 3pm and as 90.1 kg after a ton of sweat during night from the extra sodium yesterday

So day 1 of 4 complete 4 lots of 30 min stairs 2x lots fastened only got through chest as Ive depleted that 400 carbs like real quick but got till this time running off 1139cals without the cardio and weights factored in so prob in a negative for most the day which is absolutely shithouse and stupid due to time just getting the best of me with the 3 hours training and dealing with kids n Mrs out of day surgery

With 47grm carbs fat 45grms protein 127grns
So will pump in another 100grms of protein and mayb 10grms carbs 4 fats

Will up fats 2moro to 90grms and carbs to 43grms

Bench @ 70kg - 20reps superset incline bench @ 50kg 20reps

Machine press @ 50kg 20 reps superset with machine flies @ 60kg 20 reps

Cable flys @ 50kg 20 reps

All very slow strict contracted reps

Absolutely loved off caffeine today which needs to pull back if I don’t want to have a heart attack lol so my guess cortisol is through the roof.

Update so due to the absolute legend team @UGL OZ @UGL OZ Support Rep the team have put up a little in a team comp with a absolute massive prize for leg growth for a month needless to say it’s lit a fire 🔥 within all the boys and my stupid excitement and competitive nature got me go asboultely smash legs last nite at 11pm with the following on 1300 cals and absolutely dead but pushed out like crazy 🤪
Legs are absolutely cooked today but we still got our 4am fastened cardio done ✅ and now little something something on the agenda even though my comp in 9days kinda of in a different mindset on winning that aswell to push the other team members 💪💪

Squats @ 120kg 30reps 5xsets
Hack squats @ 150kg 20 reps 5 x sets
Leg extensions (now it’s fixed)80kg 30reps 2 sets haha almost lost my 1300cals but kept in thank god!!
snuck in a little 40grms mashed banana scoop of protein powder and sprinkle of cinnamon before bed

So plans moving forward
Will be my secret growth formula with 3xleg days a week

Quads morning will be the same as that workout focusing on heavy and then hamstrings at night

Again quads at nite same workout but low weight and very high reps after the day of nutrition and then pushing that into them for growth..

Hamstrings will be the following day
Heavy rdls going for 200x 15reps 5xsets
Seated ham curls @ 100kg 15 reps 5xsets
Glute raises @ 200 15 reps 5 sets
High wide stance leg press @ 180kg 15-20reps 5x sets
( hopefully with being depleted will update actual weights accordingly) 💪💪
Will have to pull up maybe this Tuesday hopefully let the inflammation go down for 28th comp day them smash into it same nite after comp 💪

Alrite my bros n hoes last 4 days of deplete after yesterday test run ended good..
finished yesterday off at 600carbs
So last 4 hours of day was rectification on electrolytes balances
So was 40 mins sauna to knock out some sodium and added bananas to get my potassium back to normal 3:2 ratio

Plans for my next 4 days is 4 lots of stairs steady pace for the 20 mins then last 10 when we start tapping glycogen restores we hit it at intervals..

So sets of 30 mins stairs fastened then first meal.. isolation muscle depletion of chest/ quads today

Then last 2 lots of 30 mins stairs plus hour posing practice
Steps going in will be around 20-22000

Cals super low carbs 50grm fat 60grm n protein keeping low for this run at 198grms

Ended up at 92.4 kg which will be stage weight depending on this deplete phase

Still not happy with glutes but cause it’s lose skin now from being a fat ass nothing can really do about that cept try and bring them plus abductors and adductors up during offseason to stretch skin whilst not gaining to much fat there
Oh and back to 6 litres water till we load then adjust to CHO carbs intake.
So run salt lite 5grms to match water intake and bring sodium n potassium level up to where it needs to be 💪💪

Waiting on e2 blood results to come through and will see if I need to slap in 1grm caber and 1 grm arimidex but I’m almost positive on how I feel this won’t be needed

So been running current macros for past 3 days 42grms carbs 50fat and 178p
Deplete is almost complete last 2 days then PEAK WEAK!!!!

Cardio been the following..
fastened 2x lots of stairs @ 30 mins
First 20 mins steady pace @ level 5 then last 10 mins intervals of level 6/7/8 for the last spurt

Been hitting weights still fastened at roughly 9am
Back was
Lat pull downs @ 60kg 20 reps superset with wide grip cable rows @ 50kg 20 reps
X 2 sets

Close grip lat pull downs @ 50kg 20reps superset with single arm lat pull downs/back with palm attachments @ 50kg 20reps x2 sets

Low lat machine under grip rows @ 50kg 20 reps superset with tbar rows @ 40kg 20 reps
2 sets

Lat pullovers on machine @ 70kg 30 reps 2 sets


Then last 2 cardio session not fastened but cause of stupid leg challenge swapped last stairs for incline treadmill and hit hammies and gluts again 💪💪
Abductor machine @ 70kg 40 reps superset seated hamstring curls @ 60kg 50 reps 5 sets

Rdls @ 80kg 30 reps 4x sets
That is literally Tom platz style with having to pull out my demons to get through that one @ 11pm at night

Then up at 4am for stairs 💪💪💪

Took kids for a feed out last night to they enjoyed which was good little break from the constant mind on training nutrition recovery next session ❤️🫶

And will up our tren ace to 1ml until Wednesday then pull aswell so gives us 5 days to pull away the retention.

Continue orals (ugloz platinum) winstrol @ 50mg daily and (ugloz platinum) anavar @50mg daily all the way through
Adding in from Wednesday 1mg arimidex (ugloz Sparta) ed until night before -Saturday

Monday start of carb load will switch out the fast acting novorapid insulin for slow release lantis @ 20ius for the 4 days carb load

one thing from my last prep that I learned was this deep into prep with this low of energy.. is that when you do get these little spurts of energy you have to make the most of it
So sure I could’ve said shit I’ve only had 3 n half hours sleep I need more but I know with how I’ve felt that this little hit last me mayb an hour most
So got my ass up and went hit first round of stairs and 30 mins posing..

It’s a very fine line in saying that not to push to hard where it’s detrimental to the rest of your day and you use everything up then crash and can’t get steps or training in.. so you have to be very smart with your energy 💪

Bumping fats to 80g and hitting 2000 cals will definitely give you more drive in those sessions, smart adjustment. Plank test shows core is holding up under fatigue even if it burned out hard. High rep supersets with 10kg laterals and rear flys into presses and pulls gave your delts a crazy pump, and finishing with front squats at 80kg for 20s is brutal conditioning work. That’s a grind session that will pay off with endurance and shape. :D

Probiotic yogurt added with Greek yogurt to aid digestion.

Fasting from now until 10am as sponser wanting me to do a dexa scan
So total fast from now will be 14 hours 30 mins

first carb load day tomorrow for the reverse load 💪💪
Bumping cardio down tomorrow 30 mins treadmill steady with constant steps after meals
Going lantis 20iu with first carb meal for the 3 high carb load days with constant bgl testing and addition of novorapid where and if needed 💪🙏

Load up day 1 dexa scan back amazing gained 1kg of muscle in a month lost 2 percent bf sitting at 3.4 percent depleted weight of 89ish

300carbs gone in so far and pushed me to 91kg so that’ll be stage weight maybe bit more with 3 days load up now 💪💪

Quick little update on how load went we’ll see for yourself I guess 🤑
Ran the 20ius of optisulin slow release added Berberine and chromium to each high gi load meal but still pushed 7.8 on Blood glucose so ran 8ius of novo to correct got back to 5.4 👌

Weight at 92.5
Total cals of 3400 which still a 500 deficit..

Did hour treadmill
30 mins hard stairs after feeling bloated
And quick pump sess and posing

Drop carbs 2moro to 500 and cals back down to 2500ish

And hopefully get rid of the stairs so not bloat pump again pose again

You’ve nailed the load structure, rice cakes, bagels, honey, fruit all flowing in with steady protein and the insulin timing locked it down. Chest pump with the high rep pressing and long posing rounds made sure that fullness went straight into the muscle where you want it. Package landing mid-day was perfect timing to lock in the last sustanon, tren a, and mast prop doses, cycle now set clean heading into the stage. Thanks brother yea been nothing short of a shit day hey watching home fade away but least he’s at home and Im with him but seeing him this state is heartbreaking if I had the money I’d go put him to sleep, was tossing up putting a shell on him but only have .44 which is to harsh for my boy so just let him go this way I think

you’re dialed all the way in, that’s a proper grind and it shows with you sitting at 90.6kg and leaner than ever. posing rounds at 2 hours a day is brutal but that’s the edge that separates you, and it’s good you’re still practicing under fatigue like that. gear and supp setup looks tight, nothing excessive at this stage just enough to hold fullness while you dry out, and the sodium/potassium balance with the wine and pump mix will give you that crisp finish. game plan for sunday looks locked, now it’s just execution and bringing the look, you’ve done the work so enjoy putting it on stage. :D

Good work getting through the rough travel and still locking in sleep and sauna time. Extra water is smart with the sweat you had, keeps you fuller going into show day. Condition sounds dialed in with carbs at 100g, first tan coat will really show it off, post that pic when you’re set. :D waiting on it.

You’ve done the work and it shows, carbs back in with water pulled is the last piece to sharpen things up and you’ll look right on stage. Everyone gets nerves but once you hit those poses it flips to excitement, just focus on showing the muscle you built and the judges will see it. Keeping things nice and tight good leg day yesterday better decent chesticles one today
Dropped all orals and still haven’t repinned yet will do .5 ml/ 175mg sustanon 250 ugloz platinum today ran 20ius optisulin this morning
Pulling carbs back to 500 from now on just to keep it nice
Still doing 30 mins treadmill fastened every morning

Sleeps almost back to normal 2 days of 5 solid hours feeling good

Those pics you posted looked ripped, you’re holding really good condition at 93.5kg just a few days after weighing 87.3kg. Legs and chest sessions coming in strong shows the rebound is working for you.

Carbs at 500 with the treadmill every morning will keep the look tight while you fill back out. Sleep coming back and work starting up again next week means recovery is right on track.
 
That’s right my evo bro everything on track for a decent offseason hopefully with the addition of gh we can get some serious serious growth and bring up some weak points and go again 💪💪
 
Update post comp .. body in full retardism now trying to recover. Sit down for 10 mins fall asleep for half hour. Have have the niggley annoying as a blue balls headache since dropping orals and oils
Pin today of .5ml sus hopefully sorts that hormone flux out and pisses off the headache

Sit down today and do next 8 weeks recover nutrition with high focus on both high gi and low gi carbs whilst body still very sensitive to them keep protein medium and fats low for the 8 weeks

We up now to 96.1kg so fluid gain of 8kg in the 4 days just focusing on rehydration and full glycogen and glucagon replenishment

8 weeks training with being pretty moderate/ intense on certain day ie leg days will be extremely high output just to keep cns use to having to work

We will run 10iu morning of slow release basal insulin x with post workout 10iu novorapid and force that little bit of protein in around training with some high fats around post workout aswell for glucagon replenishment

Update post comp .. body in full retardism now trying to recover. Sit down for 10 mins fall asleep for half hour. Have have the niggley annoying as a blue balls headache since dropping orals and oils

You look good post comp, the pics are amazing, lean, shredded and vascular.
Headaches and the crash are normal when orals and oils stop, that sus pin should level things out quick. Fluid jump to 96.1kg is just your body sucking carbs and water back in, nothing to stress. Nutrition plan for the next 8 weeks sounds solid, carbs high with protein steady and fats low will drive recovery, and the insulin timing around training will make sure you’re actually using it. Keeping cardio in the mornings and pushing legs hard will hold conditioning while you rebound. :D

Good call running the 325 sustanon for 8 weeks, that’s enough to keep you stable while you rebound and recover. Pinning the 0.5ml this morning clearly did the job, no more headache and energy coming back fast shows your levels were just dipping too hard. Cruise it steady and you’ll feel right again in no time. :D

Update loving loving this rebound fastened weight today was 99.6kg so we up 11 kg with most being intramuscular fluids and a little extra muscular but very happy with current look..

1st meal 100grms oats
40 grms nutrigrain
30grms whey isolate
10grms Manuka honey
100grms banana

8ius novorapid ( this is preworkout as well)

Post workout 2nd meal
40grms cor
