Yes bro, plan is to add some clenbuterol at 40mcgs at the beginning :) Ill peak clen at 80mcgs i believe im not a big fan of jacking up the heart rate with too high a dose, lowering food and using cardio will work great :)
Everything else will remain the same until i reach a certain body fat and then ill deploy mast, then some rip blend test tren mast in the final weeks :)
Starting clen at 40mcg and capping around 80mcg is a smart way to run it, no need to blast higher if diet and cardio are already lined up. Keeping the rest steady until you’re leaner will make mast and that rip blend hit way harder in the final stretch. The combo of lowered food, cardio, and moderate clen will peel you down nicely without cooking your heart rate too much. Of course dont forget a GLP1. :D

Weight is steady right around 81kg, nice spot for cruise with strength clearly climbing judging by all the PRs in this push session. Lateral raises and tricep work both went up, flat bench and pec deck moving heavier too, that’s solid progress while calories aren’t even high. Dropping to 2600 next week by trimming fat makes sense, protein and carbs are still high enough to train hard. Big tuna and chicken meal with rice is perfect fuel even if the sweet chilli didn’t hit, oyster sauce swap will taste better while keeping macros clean. :D Nice and lean in the pic too!

Strong pull day, nice stack of PRs across pulldown, rows, and even hammer curls, shows you’re progressing steady even mid-cruise. Food looks balanced, protein solid and carbs high enough to fuel those lifts without blowing the cals out. HGH bump and the higher reta dose should keep recomp moving the right way while blood pressure meds and cialis keep health markers in check. :D

Strong day, those rows are moving up fast and 25s for 12 on incline DB row is solid at that bodyweight. Hammer curls 25s for 25 reps is big volume too, arms will grow off that.
Food looks clean and macros are balanced, carbs are in a good spot to fuel the training so the drop in 2 weeks will lean you out nicely without killing performance.
Cialis and telmisartan together is keeping bp in check so that’s a smart combo. Weight is stable right where it should be, you’re cruising smooth and still progressing which is exactly how it should look. :D

Chicken is slow cooked chicken adobo as im half filo so i do miss my filo food and made it work.

@justapotato the RDL's are the way to go. These types of workout strategies, really stress out your central nervous system. It makes your body get stronger.

Prefer to rehab this for now and see how we go rather than add any additional peptides like tb+bpc.

All in all im feeling good and weight is steady and trending down :) Back to some lifting for start of wk2 tomorrow!

Good update, weight and macros are right where they should be for week 2 and the cut’s moving clean. Taking time off pulls and curls is smart, better to heal that elbow now before it gets worse. Slow cooked chicken adobo sounds perfect for sticking to prep without missing flavor. :D Your meal pics look super hot!

Good update, weight and macros are right where they should be for week 2 and the cut’s moving clean. Taking time off pulls and curls is smart, better to heal that elbow now before it gets worse. Slow cooked chicken adobo sounds perfect for sticking to prep without missing flavor. :D Your meal pics look super hot!

Your arms and shoulders look much bigger in that picture than before and clearly growing from the current setup. The PRs across curls, press, and split squats show the cut isn’t costing you muscle, just tightening things up while you add shape.

Keep the 2445 cals for now since weight is still dropping, and replace that whey with chicken as planned. Though I'm actually for doing both chicken and whey :D

@Noah Wixx not really bro, my calories are still somewhat at a level where im not really hungry yet to notice appetite suppressing.

Once we get lower i may bump it to 2mg to see any appetite suppression but then again im not really after that im sure discipline can take me a long way,

I've only added it in after hearing about the overall benefits of it on health markers :)

I did at the start of this cut reconstitute it wrong and shot 5mg in one shot and bro i couldnt eat for a week 😂

You look much leaner in that new picture and the meal pics look good and clean. The 40 kg presses and cable triceps work are on track, and with 2450 cals you’re holding strength well seems, no issues?

Keep sleep as steady as possible through the pregnancy schedule, but adding the clenbuterol remember dont take it after 5pm.

@LevButlerov Yeah strength has been still on the up, doesnt seem to have stalled at all which im surprised at. Ive never personally done db presses over 35kgs since training again, hitting 40kg felt good, 50kg are the end of the rack 3 spots down and keeps looking at me saying lift me 😁

Today went to new gym at an hour i dont normally train as its really busy so had to pick exercises i dont normally do on the go, i suppose i can count them all as pbs 😝

Week 3 definitely has felt more like a mini deload due to the lack of sleep but ive just woken up from a huge sleep and i think ive cleared all my sleep debt from this week now.

Time to get cracking again :)

Good recovery and update. That big sleep will reset everything, and the 40 kg presses moving smooth means your base strength is climbing fast.

Hit the new gym hard and keep chasing those 50s when energy feels right. Week 3 acting like a mini deload is perfect timing before you push back into heavier loads next week. :D Just go slow so no injury. @justapotato

You look good and lean in the pics, lines are sharp and conditioning tight. Pressing volume with 80 kg incline and 90 kg decline hits chest hard.

Thanks Lev volume was just for this session every machine here at the new gym im not used to yet really wanted to nail the movement pattern :)

most of the weight used i noted was 60-70% of my max just slowed it right down so i could hit failure :)
