Ok sorry about my update being late if anyone was awaiting it Saturday night, I’ve been smashed last couple days, so I’ll get some up now and some pics later aswell.

So protocol updates are:

Superdrol dropped after 2 weeks “ kicked my arse last 7 days in regards to lethargy” any future runs will be for 7-10 days.

I’ve dropped the primo for now unless I can get hold of confirmed gear.

Introduced Reta at 1ml today per week


Saturday was 10mg of Superdrol and sun was first day without, energy lvls have improved as of today, expect to be back to nominal lvls within 5-7 days.

You look leaner in the pics with big arms and shoulders holding shape even after dropping the Superdrol. Good call pulling it when lethargy hit, that stuff only runs clean for short blasts. :D @CAB

I wasn’t expecting the super to wipe me out like it did but considering I hadn’t run it before I suppose I wasn’t sure what to expect in regards to that.

Had Saturday and Sunday off first full days I’ve taken in 3 weeks, back at it today for shoulders, I like shoulders as much as I like chest.

Back session shows strong week-to-week progress, especially the rack pulls jumping from 150 kg x10 to 150 kg x13 and rows up 5 kg across sets. Lat pulldown volume stayed high, sweet for upper lat thickness and detail.

Keep the single-arm rows heavy and strict around 12–15 reps and hold each contraction for 1 second. try it :D

Take the next few sessions to gauge how tren impacts sleep and mood, that's crucial..

So to clarify you recommend 12.5 mg e3d for 10 days, so 3 doses.

N2gaurd is a liver supplement isn’t it or dose it serve more purpose.

I’ve got this week to get my energy lvls stable again and will gauge performance for tren comparison.

Only used long ester in tren before so I’m interested how the ace will compare.

I’ll definitely give that a run, anything to get those lats wider.

Tren A this time round 50mg each day total 350 for the week

I’ll get the touch down pics in when I get home today, wife informed me of the delivery.

Superdrol was definitely a huge kickstart to this cycle, energy was peaked, mood great strength was noticeable each session and pumps were good. Pitty the curve is so fast or I’d run it longer for sure.

I'm really interested in low dose superdrol so 20mg was even too much eh? You did 10mg twice a day? I wonder what 5mg twice a day woulda felt like. To me it's like messing around with MENT. Did it come in tabs you could use a pill cutter for?

Yeah 20 mg split put me in the corner after 2 weeks, I’ve bounced back quick though.
I will definitely try lower next time or run it shorter.

Unfortunately no it’s in caps so can’t use pill cutter.
 
Shoulder session today. Press and lateral raise are super set as are shrugs and cable

Energy has improved dramatically from weekend. Replaced dumbbell shrugs with smith, didn’t have my belt on me so didn’t punch for huge weight. But got good solid sets in, was happy with the session considering where I was at yesterday energy wise.

Yes 12.5 mg Aromasin E3D is perfect for now, 3 doses then reassess e2 symptoms before changing anything.
N2Guard covers more than liver, it supports kidneys, BP, and electrolyte balance which all get hit harder with tren.

Ace will feel faster and stronger than the long ester so keep the dose moderate until you know how you tolerate it. Energy should bounce back once your body adjusts this week.

Strong shoulder day, 65 kg machine press and 160 kg shrugs moved well even without the belt. The 12.5 kg lateral raise volume and 25 kg rear flys gave great delt density.

Good call swapping to Smith shrugs for control, you still kept load high with clean reps. Energy rebound clearly kicked in, keep this rhythm going.

Now that is what I call a shoulder workout. You're hitting all 3 delt heads and Set 4 of your shrugs is impressive that's how I like to end off myself, complete burnout.

I’ll look into that n2guard, and yeah I wanted to run the ace this time as I’m going a little higher and I wanted to be able to drop it fast if I need to.

Oh yeah they suck big time that’s why I like them, it’s a love hate relationship.

I slowed those sets on the lunges right down for extra time under tension holy shit did I bring on the pain, I loved it 🤣.
I very literally collapsed at the end of each set muscles screaming at me.

Swapped out single arm for double arm this session on the preacher, gym was unusually packed so was a pain getting some movements in, however I made do
Good arm session. The 45 kg spider curl and 30 kg hammer curls hit the biceps heavy and balanced well with the skullcrushers and rope pushdowns!

Energy sounds strong and swapping to the double arm preacher was a good call in a packed gym. Keep the crunches high rep like that since it adds good core endurance without draining recovery.

Energy lvls have pretty much returned to normal .

Food intake is still the same
Included a multi into my supps this week
Will be ordering n2guard to add aswell.

Will most likely adjust macros for higher carb lower fat especially around the training times to really take advantage of the trens nutrient partitioning, basically more sweet potatoes or rice and less butter.

Knee recoverd well with no lingering inflammation or pain just need to remember I’m not 20 anymore and probably shouldn’t launch myself from the back of trailers.

Feel strong and looking forward to the next 8 weeks.

Tren ace 50 ED total 350 for the week
Reta 1ml will evaluate at end of next week and up to 2ml
Hgh 4iu split daily
Continue with my training split and will hold current lvls for the next week then will start pushing overload.

I should have added the aremodex and aromasin in that. Currently taking 12.5mg of the latter e3d 2nd dose today reevaluation in 3 days, prior to that was aremodex 50mg every 2nd day 2 doses and leading up to that was 25mg every 2nd day 3 doses.

No e sides. Libido has improved over past week with energy lvls ( was good , but now better )hard to discern weather the Superdrol had an impact in the second week or e2 had crept up, but things are great.

Good active rest day. The mix of incline work, HIIT, and core drills hits conditioning perfectly without overreaching, and the cold plunge was a smart finisher for recovery.

Solid looking lean mass cycle, CAB! At 43 and 6'4", those compounds should yield some nice results. Your diet and macros are dialed in, consistent meals are key. I'm curious about your choice of venison and kangaroo – anything specific that drew you to those protein sources? Also, good call on the TUDCA and NAC with that stack; liver support is crucial. Looking forward to seeing the progress pics!

In regards to the venison and roo there are a few reasons I picked those but first a little more background on me, i currently employ a whole food dominated diet with a sprinkle of supp powders and a protein bars but primarily I’m extremely focused on good quality nutrition, the body is fuelled by what we put in it so if you put in crap expect it to run like crap, I have also enjoyed other diets though and have explored different things not only for myself but for my wife, she was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes some years back and like most things in our relationship I never let her go through anything alone, I aimed to use diet and lifestyle to help with it.
( I lost faith in the health system when multiple doctors told her to eat whatever she wants just have more insulin ) we now manage it extremely well with the minimal amount of insulin. Any way I digress, I’ve been on keto, carnivore and truck stop servo ways of eating and I’ve learnt much in those years of experience.
Roo and venison apart from being extremely tasty if prepared properly are ,if you know where to look, extremely abundant sources of protein in aus, and if your after a lean protein your gonna be hard pressed to beat them in a pound for pound ratio. Prawns are there with them and chicken and turkey come close seconds. There cheap when you know a guy that can get you the carcass for the cost of a bullet and if you know how to process and break down an animal your set, in regards to cost monetarily.
Plus most places do sell certain roo products so it’s getting easier to get now from a store if need be.
Did I mention they taste awesome, I love a good kg 2 inch thick rump or rib eye 6 week dry aged flame grilled over coals just as much sat the next bloke but those other to meats are something else. 👌
Also if anyone wants tips or help in regards to keto or carnivore WOE I’m happy to help.

I’m actually very fortunate as my local gym is also the local pool which provides full access to both plus sauna ,spa and ice bath.

never tried ROO. maybe one day if i go to australia. but i would hate to eat such a cool creature though @CAB
 
Ohhhhhh it kicked in 🤣. Felt like a bull at a gate then the lethargy took over end of week two, was strong in the gym but had nothing else any other time, was a learning curve and now I’m more prepared for next time.

Ok, I'm finally back and can get things rolling again.
Been away for work and my service was basically non existent.
So update, no access to scales so my weight logging is non existent get back on track tomorrow, only had access to camp food so meal prep was a no go, fortunately ive been tracking my shit for a very long and can eyeball most anything so I'm pretty confident I been hitting my calories and macros, definitely protein. carbs before and after training. Fortunately camp had a gym facility ( I use that term loosely ) however I had to be very adaptable. looking forward to getting back on track properly.
wife managed to send me that nice pic I managed to get up earlier.
I did still get my cycle in so nothing was missed there fortunately.

Hoping to keep leaning out as I put on weight, Reta starting to be noticeable ( hunger suppression ) but still able to eat.
I’m definitely keen to see how things go, if today was any indication it’s gonna be epic.

Chest day, packed gym which was unusual, so when I got hold of the smith I sat on it till something else opened up, got a good session in though felt great.
Wanted to stay longer in fact but I didn’t get there till late and it’s not 24hr.

Wife got a photo in the mirror. Little blurry but still gets some detail in it.
the chest training is outstanding. the incline bench press is looking good! and i love the low cable fly crossovers @CAB
 
bros n2guard is one of my favorites. @CAB also the retatrutide you mean 2mg? how you like that dosage?
Yes 2mg however it measures 2iu in the insulin syringe. 10iu mix’s up 10mg at 1iu per mg. I just happen to use iu measure when utilising an insulin syringe. But yeah so far so good I’m interest to see how it goes further along, for now I’m happy sitting on 2mg.

Proviron I’ve always used, I originally had to free up shbg in the beginning and ever since it’s been a staple when I’m on anything other than just test cruise, I think it has a psychological impact ( placebo like i guess)
As much as any physical advantage it may give when on cycle. Personally if there is little risk and potential for gain why wouldn’t you.

I have a question, I’ve been looking at the available information provided in the forum looking at different compounds,stacks, and so on basically researching, something I rather enjoy, and I’ve noticed in quite a few stack examples n2gaurd is utilised, some at 7 caps a day, that’s seems a lot, I’ve never used it so I’m curious.

7 caps ed is standard for full protection with n2guard when you’re running multiple compounds or orals. It covers liver, kidney, lipids, and blood pressure support, so the dose ensures each ingredient hits an effective level. If it was low dose or sprinkled supps, it would just be a waste of your time and money. with over 40 ingredients getting it into 7caps already I think is hard enough :D @CAB
any cycle support with 1-2 caps is usually nonsense and wont do much.

n2guard 7 caps is a serving of it. it has over 40 ingredients. if you did 7 a day it would last you a full month. you can run 3-4 caps and the bottle will last 2 months

Split squats were actually done on smith right after squats as other machines weren’t available at the time.

First week of tren ace complete
20mg days 1-5 50mg days 6-7
50mg a day moving forward
Test and mast still the same
Reta continuing at 2iu
Proviron the same
Hgh is at 4iu
Introduced cardarine at 20mg a day to counter the drag on cardio from Tren that is expected.

Strength felt best it has been since dropping the Superdrol expecting it to increase in coming week as Tren hits full saturation.

Waiting on n2gaurd to arrive.

Trending weight is 105.1 but I havnt logged anything for a week so it’s lacking some input
