It's definitely tough. Id say jiujitsu is the hardest cardio. It looks like hugging and rolling but i can assure you its not lol.
Yeah, I definitely remember a lot of guys doing it back in the day. It was really popular in my parts about 25 years ago, but it's fallen off I think.

Bro I got my black belt in BJJ and then did MMA. Trust me it wasn't a waste... 20 years later it still comes in handy and you won't forget what you learned it's like muscle memory. Remember what I said: double leg takedown, then guillotine... works every time, no punches need to be thrown. Then when he comes to you ask "are you done?", if not reapply guillotine, then keep asking LOL

Had lots going on! Finally finished jiujitsu contract it was holding me back ๐Ÿ’ฏ% my joints were so fucked and i copped a few injuries to my ribs, tendons but i still trained throughout. I do not recommend bodybuilding and doing that!

Current:
I was 112kg but ive put myself on a 700 deficit currently down to 106.5kg i wasnt going to update until sub 100kg but @LevButlerov bugged me to ๐Ÿ˜‚

Cycle: still 250 test E and retatrutide

Cardio:
1x 8 rounds 20 on 10 off fan bike
30 60mins muay thai bag work 2x a week
1x 30min incline walk. I want to save the 10k steps a day for my next plateau.


Diet:
diet clean . Oats, mixed berries, whey protein isolate, banana, 5 star lean mince, low fat cheese.

Works out 2300-2400 calories all tracked in my fitness pal. Macros 201 protein, 230 carbs, 60 fat.

Plan is to keep cutting and once i get down to sub 15% or less i am going to throw in Anavar. Ive also thought about adding in mots-c as ive been researching good things on it and definitely Melanotan 2.

Will probably log every 2 weeks to show changes in diet.

I think that there's some bullshit going on. I can remember they kept saying that it's safer than things like boxing because you have less chance of getting brain damage because you can tap out and because a referee is there to stop it early. Early.

I upped the test just a smidge from 125mg x 2 shots total (250mg) a week to 135mg x2 shots a week (270) . Feel 10x better was feeling fatigued on 250 and drained with shit sleep. Getting bloods next week i wana see E2 asap.

Your legs look fine bro, if you wanted to focus on adding size to them just looking at your upper body your legs should respond accordingly just hit them hard and priotize them.

Nope macro's staying the same. I like my calories to be burned by exercise only and keep calorie and macros the same. I only change it if I plateau heavily which i wait 2 weeks for that to happen.

I like your cycle bro - looks like @LevButlerov has given you some good advice - he also helped me through my first log which was 300mg testosterone and 2mg retatrutide per week.

It's such an incredible combo and I think it's a way better idea than most people have, it's not the same as regular cutting imho, setting a baseline for a bigger cycle and for me cleaning up medical problems caused by low test and being fat.

Had a quick read of your guide. Yep my mates been doing it for years that way with the exchange. We do it here in Australia too. You just reminded me i need more slin pins lol.

How's the reta treating you on 5mg? Any digestive/ gut issues? Anecdotes seem to be super mixed. I had an amazing experience, and my clients who trial seem to be 50/50 on extremely positive and extremely negative lol

Cheers! Ive only ever had 2mg-2.5mg never needed more. I coach my mate on it and hes on 4mg. Hes lost over 10kg in the last few weeks. No cardio or nothing.

Reta has been pretty good for me on my cut 2.5mg, its made running a solid deficit easy, do you get many sides? I get a fair bit of acid reflux sometimes

Zero sides at all. I once accidentally took the wrong vial as i had a 10mg reta and 30mg and I accidentally took the 30 and the dose was like 12mg ๐Ÿ˜ณ

It felt like i was on last week of comp prep and so starving and my body hurt like an extreme deficit.
