I live on a Golf Course, but I am still out in the desert. It is great, 40 minute drive west and I am sitting on a beach at Tahoe, 40 minutes South and I am in the middle of the Sierras, I go 5 minutes east, and I am in open desert.
honestly never knew they had a beach in tahoe. thought it was just a lake they ski near

Carnivore can be a big commitment at the start while your body transitions. But honestly can be a game changer for the right individual but can take its toll as your digestion adjust. The biggest thing is committing to the transition, once your body is stable in ketosis its game time.

For sure bro the human body is an amazing thing. Now some people will argue that specialised areas of the brain actually need glucose to function properly and yes this is true for sure. However this still happens even with an extreme keto and high protein diet through a process called gluconeogenisis. Your liver will break down excess proteins and amino acids and convert them to glucose that the brain needs.
This process happens roughly 24hrs give or takes after gycogen stores are depleted.

Worth looking into if carnivore is the road your looking at brother 👌

Bro I did a quasi-carnivore diet and it was awesome! It's good for us old dudes. The explosiveness goes away and usually only happens if you're not used to eating a bigass steak etc.

My biggest help and it got me actually regular (never been a daily regular shitter my entire life but now I am)

  • Apple Cider Vinegar 'with the mother' (I take a small swig, probably 2-3 tbsp)
  • DigestGold (I take 2 caps before both my meals - I'm 2MAD) **see pic for what to order**

I have been on Reta for a minute and i just increased dosage to 5mg

My recovery could be a bit better, yesterday I only did cardio and then my next rest day will be Saturday, and that will be a full on rest day.

@LevButlerov I read everything you suggest. On my diet and my training and use suggestions ALL THE TIME! and I will pay even closer attention with the compounds. So far Ive done well, and I am learning a shit ton, but I feel so much more confident with you giving me input. I love the Idea of the Anavar and it makes sense. I can use it either once a day preworkout sublingually, or as a preworkout and then wash a tablet down late in the afternoon. 20 mg a day, split into two doses.

after 2 months we can jump on test light eq and winstrol

I would give it a go, if It doesn’t work well with me, I can always stop.

@Mobster Hell yes he does!! Until today, I only mentioned the tren usage once in the log and a bit on the podcast, and I was a bit worrIed that Lev would think I was holding out and not being honest, but he didn’t even bat an eye about it and just moved forward, i am just really private about when I try new things, I am training myself to not do that as much and have more trust…..and I am telling you that Lev just showed me that I can trust and its okay and things are just accepted with honest feedback.
I decided last night that before any change or additions or subtractions to whatever cruise, blast, cycle or whatever you wanna call it, will be posted and discussed before I act.
I love this place, it feels like home.

@MarkNV i've found gw is amazing for endurance. never really got much fat loss benefits from it though. glp's though are amazing for fat loss

I actually just ended a 6.5 week cycle of tren and test, cruising on 150mg of test cyp now. So I won’t start another cycle for at least 2 months to 12 weeks. I honestly dont know if I want to add the tren, It was fucking great and terrible all at once. I picked up some tips on the sweats and insomnia on the podcast and it helped.
Here are updated pictures from the beginning and last Tuesday, two weeks after I came off.

The first two were on Tuesday and the third one was just oct 30

@MarkNV i've found gw is amazing for endurance. never really got much fat loss benefits from it though. glp's though are amazing for fat loss
@stevesmi That GW got me through doing cardio when using the Tren, I honestly don’t think the cardio would have been there without it!!
The GLPs are a life saver, I think very soon, I want to just go without the GLP and just be a disciplined beast!! Lol

@MarkNV looks like you made some leaps some leaves and bounds with your physique. Good idea to wait 8 to 12 weeks before starting another cycle.

It wasn’t a big workout but it was deep and intense! Lets fucking go!!
 
I have never used winstrol, but a friend of mine has. He once told me that it made his joints feel dry and “creaky”.
I would give it a go, if It doesn’t work well with me, I can always stop.
But we have some time. I am definitely excited about what I do next, and I feel good that we can put together a nice safe but productive cycle!! Thank you for your help @LevButlerov

Nice man. I bet it looks pretty with those mountains. Is there a lot of people there during the summer? It must drive you crazy with all the tourists.
