Every 3 days I do about 150mg of test c. (Belagas.) on my third pinning day i do pharmqo trt blend with .5ai and 200mg test c. For the past two weeks I’ve been running half a mil of the trt blend (.25ai /100mg test c) but also pulling back another half mil of belagas test c 250 so about .25 ai and 200mg test c
I have noticed fluid retention especially in my hands when I wake up, another thing is I teared up listening music a few weeks ago . My thoughts were I’ve been on test too long and I am having an estro spike.
I get about 7 hours of sleep a night regardless. I can’t seem to sleep more then that, however I am not reallyComplaining, I wake Up and feel rested. The thing that worrries me is my sex drive is tanking. I honestly should have came on here and did this two months ago when I found y’all but oh well. And I know what I need to do, I need to get blood work done and see where I am at. Another health point is back in 2019 I was diagnosed with Crohn’s and ulcers. Believe it or not after I got divorced those issues were gone. I just try to be mindful about what I eat and put in my body as far as that goes. Also two months ago I developed a hernia. I make too much money for free insurance but I can’t afford an extra 400 a month for it so I am at a cross roads as far as my work out trying not to push it..

Currently taking 650mg of echinacea because I have been sick.
I eat 4 meals a day, no processed foods. A lot of red meat chicken rice. I’ve never counted anything, just listened to my body and knew what is good and isnt in that regard. I’ve abused my body quite a bit, through multiple drug abuse stints in my Younger days, I don’t do any drugs unless you count me having my
Mmj card, I don’t drink alcohol at all. I shoot for half of my body weight in oz of water a day. I don’t drink energy drinks or soda at all.
I do smoke cigarettes and I am trying to quit.
Once I started doing testosterone I realized how low I must have been. I’ve played with how much and how often I do it and I found what I felt worked for me.
