Brother. I’ve got goosebumps reading this.
You wrote this today and….

Do you remember writing this back in March?
To give you an example: I will drink maybe 3-4 drinks, most of those drinks are a hassel to consume, I will try to force them down and will end up throwing them up but it will not deter me from drinking.

No looking back now brother. We’ve got the recipe for recovery and for your fitness and physique goals. You’re a big unit and we’re gonna turn that into an even more jacked ripped unit. Your back is looking intimidating and your whole base is ever present. One day at a time and your transformation will be realized!

Hey EVO Fam.

I have started my 'Reta Journey' but this thread is semi alive due to some new customers, My father and my wife.

My father will be starting Sema on Monday and my wife will be returning, she hasnt had a shot for over a month but started again last night and she weighed her self and she is down to 62.5kg (137.78lbs) so I think a total loss of 4kg without really trying or being conistant with Sema but this is going to change as she is very much wanting to start working out and showed interest in boxing.

I will weight my Dad tomorrow night but estimates would be 5'11 and maybe 95kg? (Could be more) and he is 71 years of age.

I wanted to add a 'horror' story on OD'ing with sema, I couldnt tell you exact doses but they were large; maybe 30units in a 5mg vial and both my wife and I experienced a sensation of 'painful skin' which I am guessing is something to do with nerves. If you have ever had Shingles before (I have twice) I would describe the pain as like that where your skin is sore to touch and even things like your tshirt rubbing against you back or driving over a speed bump was very uncomfortable, obviously I wouldnt do doses that high again and I am interested to see if anyone else has experienced this?

Much love and blessings to all of you, Live long and Prosper!!

Great you are keeping everyone informed of the reality of certain peptides, this is just extra reason to closely monitor your dosage protocol and to only ramp up slowly over time when you are certain your body can handle it.

i have overdosed on Semaglutide as well but I never had those sides, for me it was just a very bloated feeling which was VERY uncomfortable but it subsided after about 5 hours, because I microdose everyday its alot easier to control the dosage, so i probably didn't overdose as much as you or your partner did, I have heard of those sides before and it sounds horrible, extra reason to move on to Retatrutide as the sides are far less "uncomfortable".

Lesson learned, dont overdo it!

Yeah I didnt mention the frequency, we were doing it daily to every 48 hours, so maybe we were heading in new territory?

Yeah its very likely the dose was just upped too quickly, it takes the drug time to saturate so you wont know its too much until it's too late.

i remember i did give you a mix of 5mg and 10mg vials, so there is also a chance of a small miscalculation that could result in big differences.

In any case you're on the Reta now do shouldn't be an issue 💪

Always my bro. We’re all here to support each other. If you ever need anything, I’m always here. And if I don’t reply straight away, you’re spoiled for choice on EVO anyway, as you already know, with legends like @HarleyGuy @LevButlerov and my brother in crime @Allupfromhere (the crime of being too sexy😈 🤣)

You bring up a good point; Is there any aged based issues with Sema? What dose should he be using?

Jesus H.... LMAO, a true addict behaviour frequency and dosing hahahaha.

@LevButlerov is correct as usual. Older people especially 70+ are way more sensitive to Sema, especially the gastrointestinal effects of it. You'll wanna make it easier on him by having him include psylllium. He probably won't wanna swirl 5g ED and drink it so have him take five 1g capsules ED. I find older clients are way more hesitant to take "that shit" and say things like "why do I need that shit" so just explain it's just fiber and will help move the food along and help him digest.

As for dose: there isn't a lot of data for 75+ aged seniors so I'd start him as low as 250mcg and if after a couple weeks he isn't complaining of heartburn, nausea or constipation you can try 500mcg. Low and slow with the elderly with this drug.

I know :sneaky:You should see me with Paracetamol and Ibuprofen
Paracetamol is like a hurricane in your gut biome. Try not to take that. Ibuprofen as well only when absolutely necessary. You're better off having healing peptides on hand with collagen peptide powder to high dose when pain or injury happens.

you are taking pain killers ed? @3xCharm
I have always been prone to headaches and have migraines 1-2 times a year, the headaches though could be drinking related, I cant remember not having them but I cant remember if they started when I drank, thats the problem a lot of my life is pretty hazy, cant remember a lot of things....

try taking baby aspirin eod, it will help long term @3xCharm

Yes @3xCharm I second this. And make sure they're the baby aspirins the 81mg baby tabs. Try to avoid OTC pain meds at all costs especially paracetamol, please and especially with your liver working to renew itself too let alone your gut biome being restored.

@HarleyGuy & @LevButlerov, care to elaborate for educational purposes?
I think that's what he means @LevButlerov

@3xCharm A baby aspirin is good to have on board as it helps reduce hematocrit and hemoglobin levels which can get raised by AAS as you know. It's also has anti-inflammatory effects that can be argued will support muscle preservation especially in older guys like us.

Obviously I am not on Sema but my wife is using what we had left and she is down to 59.4kgs (130.95lbs), I think she started at around 65kg (143.3lbs) at 5'0, she looks great and is very happy with her progress, hopefully ill get her into boxing and gym.... hopefully....

The end of the Sema era for you and the start of wifey’s… it’s been put to some good use in the family! :p

make sure you have your wife using psyllium husk and probiotics, semaglutide will mess up her digestion otherwise @3xCharm
