Quick introduction I’m a 35 year old male from Canada! Ex body builder who always stayed in shape ( 2.5 years ago I tore my bicep slipped into depression and drinking ) totally let me self go. Come join my come back to the stage.

Pictures are from the last 6 months when decided to get my life back on track.

Logging my training and nutrition separate!

Be good to get some feedback as well share some of my knowledge over the last 17 years of body building/ PED ( the good and the bad 😂)

Welcome back to EVO with this second log my fellow Canadian brother! I'm in Ontario where abouts are you? I didn't see where you are from your other log.

You're ready to rock by separating food and training into two logs, that is hardcore bro. Is this your food log then? I'll be following!

I am back in Atlantic Canada now after spending time all over Canada including Ontario !!

But back to the east now!!

I’m going to use this one to be more my actual body building journey back and the steroids and cycles and more details on that and preparation

The other one is going to be a lot more food, diet, cardio day to day stuff with very basic cycle and body building stuff.

So I can kinda keep two variables I really like to keep them separate so I squeeze the most juice out of each !

The best results I ever had when wa when I had a natural pro bodybuilder train me and he handled all my diet and exercise and I did my cycle my self !

It’s very easy to say “ up the dosage” “ more clen” etc and fix problems using gear then looking at the diet training and supplements

So I try and keep a log of both so I’m not using steroids to make up for lack of details on the other side .

Plus this one will be more long term focused on me coming back to the stage hopefully next year and the other log be more the day to day things!!

This is absolutely a breath of fresh air brother! A Canadian logger committed like this and looking to go to the stage is exciting! We'll be with you the whole way!

It's like you read my mind, I was wondering about having two logs but you're dedication is obvious and I'll be following both. You've got this all planned out and ready to take off. Glad you found the EVO family brother!

If you have to do it we can do 2 logs but its best to have 1 log where you keep all diet training cycles and comeback, having 2 logs will confuse EVO brothers and cause more issues :D
can we agree on 1 log? @JuiceyBrucey007 if possible for you

Agreed and I can speak for myself - I'd like to see diet and training all at once if you're cool with that it would make it easier especially for new users who are interested in following you but aren't as savvy with EVO. You can separate each update into two different 'posts' instead of having two logs, like a 'diet' post and a 'PED/training' separate posts. You can also give 'general update' posts and keep them separate but all on the same log instead of one big update each day like you see in mine for example.
