Approved Log My Weight Loss Training Journal

Hey lads, pretty concerning blood levels come through this morning. I’m feeling okay, the doctor should call if there is anything imminent I need to discuss. Got an appointment this morning aswell.

No e2 on this one, it was 120 is the test I got a few days ago

  • You need TRT and will be covered through any insurance you have if you want to go that route. Otherwise I'd order some Test Cyp ASAP from an approved vendor here along with some proviron. We need to get your Total T up including your Free T ASAP.

  • The most concerning reading is your CK. I'm hoping this is simply one of the most severe cases of overtraining I've seen on bloods. I've seen crossfit elite athletes with bloods like this and they brag about it but it's not funny. I'm just gonna hit you with this with no sugar coating: this can by a sign of rhabdo, heart damage or even a brain issue and it is high enough that I'd seek medical attention after confirming another test being that high. Are you taking any statin prescription meds? Can you list any Rx meds you're still taking? My best guess is that since your Creatinine is high and your kidneys are angry it's possibly rhabdomyolysis but you'll wanna get another test after not working out for up to a week and report back to us.

I’ll get the n2 guard, according to the doctor the elevated alt and ast were probably from the ck reading. I let them know it was likely from working my abductors and adductors too hard after not working them for years as my doms was woeful. I’ve had another blood test down aswell so the new reading will hopefully show that.

Having a look through a few vendors here at enanthate as I was hoping to start off subq. Im not really a needle phobe but if you can why wouldn’t you aside from more frequent injections. I’ll have a look at proviron aswell I havnt heard that mentioned in any forums yet.

No statin or rx meds, my baseline for exercise in the last few years has been woeful, but anyway time will tell, definitely no signs of rhabdo or any pain anywhere. I’ll update ASAP

If you don't wanna do daily injections then subQ isn't the way to go. I'm a huge dissuader of subQ unless you're injecting very small volume every day or even twice a day and even then absorption is substandard compared to IM.

Definitely add in 7 caps of N2Guard every day for organ support. I run it all year round on and off cycle (see pic). CK in the 7000's will affect kidneys moreso than liver so if it's affecting your ALT/AST as well then we might have a problem here.

Be sure and take time off the gym, complete abstinence before your next bloodwork and if it comes back the same you'll need to do CK-MM, CK-MB, and CK-BB to find out what is leaking all the CK into your system.

CK at 7027 is extremely high and this is almost always from muscle damage not organ failure, usually heavy training close to bloods, high volume legs or back, injury, or dehydration combined with high bodyweight.
AST and ALT are elevated for the same reason here because they also rise from muscle breakdown, and with normal bilirubin and GGT this points away from liver disease. Though remember I'm guessing here, but it does make sense as @jenkemj is not an alcoholic.
Fix is simple for now take 3 days off hard training, add n2guard ed, no creatine, add water at least get to a gallon ed and electrolytes, retest CK and LFTs, and if it does not drop hard then we dig deeper.

You can still train just increase liquids and go slow.

This is what I was worried about please keep us posted. Keep your electrolytes balanced and get tons of water into you (do not used distilled water in case that's something you do).
 
Daily Log:

Morning weighin: 111.1Kg

Feeling great today, switched my cjc/ipa injection to the morning as I felt it was slightly raising my heart rate and may have contributed to my poor sleep. Had a good boost throughout the day, not the goal to eat more but was slightly more hungry likely from the ipamorelin. But it made it so I could get sufficient calories in.

Training today

30 minutes cardio on the treadmill 6kmph

60kg x 25 4 sets lat cable pulldowns
60kg x 25 3 sets 1 drop set cable rows
BW x 20 back extensions (felt good)
25kg and 20, 15 and 13 bicep curls ( biceps were giving out)

No compound lifts like a barbell row while I’m rehabing my lower back.

Doctors appointment to see my updated test levels tomorrow. I can’t see them on myhealthrecord yet so I’ll find out tomorrow.

A big thanks to the lads that have been supporting me a lot so far. I continue to learn a lot from you guys. It means heaps.

I went from 109.7kg yesterday to 112.7kg for my morning weigh in from four litres of IV. so it’s all temporary and should drop in the next week. My CK went down from 9000 to 3000 before I’d even started the drip.

I don’t have the blood work handy but my kidneys tests had completely stabilised within good range and my liver was only mildly high just from the doctor words. Gonna take it light again today I’ll hit the treadmill for a 1 hour walk and the gym workout starts again tomorrow 💪

In terms of starting on test,
I’m thinking between 100-200mg of test e or c per week, so 50-100 per IM injection.
1000 iu of hcg per week
Ai on hand based on my e2 results.
Anything too high or low or wrong in this?

Based on what happened to you during the previous week my personal advice would be don't start at all until things get back to 100% normal.🙂

As a person who has pushed myself to the edge of the health envelope and found it entirely detrimental, I would advise caution.
Our approved sources here in Australia are all fabulous as are they are elsewhere, however in your particular case, maybe rest and recalibration are your first order of business brother. 🩵

Was very reassured from the doctor yesterday and the walk today was more about shaking out the legs rather than a workout.
As for the sources im just window shopping atm and holding back until my bloods and body give me the thumbs up. Tbh im definitely weary of these sort of ‘lul’ periods of not working out until you don’t get the energy to go back. It’s definitely been a theme in my life before. I’ll see how I’m feeling tomorrow and If I do go, I’ll take it easy.

Sure is bro, ive gotta another blood test next Friday to confirm it’s all gone. But as id been working out and had some really significant doms when the bloods were taken. The doctor wasn’t phased by it. I had no signs of rhabdo and as it rapidly declining already the bloods were more precautionary to ensure it was the cause. Also I can workout, but just need to take it easy

This is exactly what got me to go leaps and bounds since I joined EVO and I had almost 30 years under my belt before I joined and thought I had a clue what I was doing LOL. The more I learn here the more I admit I have no idea what I'm talking about and can always go deeper and want to learn more LMAO.

Great update brother. I did think you were going to take it a little easy for a bit after your adventures during the week, but obviously that is not the case.
If you feel run down this week back it off a bit please. The whole tortoise/hare analogy is still in play and you don't really want the roller coaster of last week as a constant companion.

Nice workout mate. Looks like you hit bench press hard with those reps. Can tell from the reps reduction that you pushed all of those sets.

Good job getting your macros right after the big breakfast too.

Nice update brother. Love the consistency of your log. Training was really good and it seems your body is starting to adjust to the loads. I find BCAA's tend to help in recovery if I am doing any type of higher reps stuff (which is rare to be fair). I also find protein powders will help as they have good amino content usually. That's what I use at present.

Yeah absolutely bro, any recommendations on a bcaa supp? And dosage? All I’m doing is high reps haha. Heaps of protein powder in my stack cheers for the advice 👍

There are plenty around and it really is a lottery to get good ones consistently. At present I use Optimum Nutrition Amino energy and Muscle Nation Protein daily shake. Mostly it's for taste really. Especially the protein for obvious reasons 🤣🤣

Nice update mate. With the workout, I'd probably swap one of the rear delt exercises for another back exercise. Get another big bang for your buck move in there.

For sure, I’ll get some barbell rows in soon. I’m currently looking at building strength in the lower back for injury prevention. So I’ll be doing back extensions tomorrow but once it’s stronger I’ll start them 💪

Yesterday when getting my mounjaro script I got a referral for an endocrinologist to discuss my test levels. I was pretty surprised to find out I need to get another repeat test in 3 months before my appointment after two hypogonadal blood tests already. Very elongated process, which is pretty much Australia’s never ending red tape on everything just about. Anyway rant over lol

also thinking about starting a Wolverine stack for my left elbow tendon that never quite healed properly after surgery it was peeled off my elbow and an ACL subluxation issue in my right shoulder. I’ve done rehab exercises on both and they’re both pretty good but could definitely improve Both.

My oh my brother you have danced through the ringer. Leg workout was excellent and you continue to improve everything you go back in. Food was really good again. I never went through the medical route for TRT and after seeing what everyone in Australia has to go through I'm quite happy I didn't. Nice update again brother 🩵

apparently the endocrinologist in my area wants two testosterone results but for them to be three months (I’ve had two done in the last week) apart to prove it’s ongoing. Bros, I think this is a good one. The shoulder press and the bench press are good for widening that chest. That's what we like to see and nice on the tricep extensions. @jenkemj

Some days you definitely feel gassed and some days you definitely feel fatigued. @jenkemj it's just part of the grind. You're not going to be 100% every time.

Got my blood test results back, keep in mind I was dehydrated had to rush in to pathology on Thursday after a hot day!

I’d probably say my levels are either due to a high protein diet, calorie deficit and working out and are pretty fine. Very happy to see my ck back in normal range! 😊

I’ll post my log again tonight cheers 👍

I’d probably say my levels are either due to a high protein diet, calorie deficit and working out and are pretty fine. Very happy to see my ck back in normal range! 😊

you need to get n2guard and add it to your stack asap to clear out liver and organs @jenkemj

Should have added aswell, that I havnt taken tudca since last Friday jus because my doctor said to stop all supplements with the ck incase any of them were elevating it. that I’ll be commence again today at 1000mg. I was going to start N2guard, but I’m not sure if I can warrant the price as I’m looking at possibly 150mg of test to get into a high natural range instead of blasting or using roids. Health is always the priority, but I’d imagine investing in some NAC aswell should be enough protection for my liver. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated! @Kopite67 @LevButlerov @HarleyGuy

Nice workout!! Do you rate the muscle nation protein waters? Macros are incredible! I've tried the Bodiez protein water, i got a couple of cases when they were on special, they were alright! Goes down good together with a meal.

We all have days where the diet goes sideways. It's the consistency that's the key. I only really started doing this myself in the last 12 months. One day here is there does very little physically but is probably a little bonus mentally. Let's face it, at least every now and then we eat something really yummy 😋. Nice training brother. Looking good 🩵

Your protein is low again I would bump it more, if you can next time bring protein bars with you or shakes @jenkemj

Got my blood test results back, keep in mind I was dehydrated had to rush in to pathology on Thursday after a hot day!

I’d probably say my levels are either due to a high protein diet, calorie deficit and working out and are pretty fine. Very happy to see my ck back in normal range! 😊

Bloods could be worse but I wouldn't want them to get much worse. Please add 7 caps N2Guard ED for peace of mind.

Daily Log,

Up early today, got the workout in before packing up to move homes. Which will be a big thing over the next two weeks or so. So a little more cardio than usual if you count it! Atleast the backs feeling better now for the heavy loads!

Bench Press 60kg x 20, 60kg x 16, 50kg x 15

Shoulder Press Machine 36kg x 25, 31kg x 21, 31kg x 19 then drop set

Tricep extension
56kg x 25 3 sets

Cable lateral raises 5kg x 25 each side 3 sets

Bent over dumbbell lateral raises ( trying to stimulate more of the traps) 9kg x 20 3 sets

30 minute cardio on the treadmill 5kmph

Current Supplements Stack
CJC/IPA 200mcg morning fasted
Creatine 5g a day
L carnitine 3G a day
Fish Oil 3000mg
Magnesium 300mg a day
Zinc 25mg a day
Vitamin d3 5000
Tudca 1000mg a day

Looking at starting
Test E 50ml three times a week (shallow IM Delt) 150ml total
Hcg 250 iu twice a week 500 total
Arimidex or Aromasin on hand pending e2 levels after 4 week bloods.

Good training program there today bro. Food was disciplined and nice work dropping fats so low but getting Protein up to that level. The shallow IM delt is that what you are doing with potential pins? Are you going to rotate to other sites?

Thanks mate, the shallow IM I got from a more plates more dates video. Originally wanted to do subq but I was told on here that IM is the way to go. Yeah honestly I don’t know at the moment with injection sites. Maybe I’ll go the lovers route and get my missus to pin my glutes haha. Just looking for the most effective/least painful option.

Not keen for the move at all! But atleast I’m in better shape to get it done! 😎
