Yes you are right... I have stsrted to sprinkle some salt couple of times a week. Hopefully will have that leveled out in my labs in next 2 weeks.
I keep mine to a minimum but there's deffo need, outside of comp prep, buying what is identical as a supp

Quick question brother for slu pp 332, do we need to reconstitute IT with DMSO only. In my research it says that is the best solution to utilize for slu, and not to use b.a.c. please advise.

Hmmm I was thinking of starting it because I stopped clen. Ok I will wait. But is dmso the correct reconstitution solution. What about sarm LGD4033, need to keep oushing to get rid of this last little bit man, can't let off the accelerator right now, too close... please advise.

No you shouldn't do it yourself you can get an infection with it badly @rayray01

Ok what about t3 just need to keep pushing on the remaining small sss pudge. Once that is gone my ocd about it will be over. Lol... or you think GH will take it by itself...
 
a lot of volume any pain?
No pain, you know just slight discomfort but I believe that will be there and will get better with time, u just have to push through it. I am able to do pull ups and chin ups also. Going to try working front delts, rear delts tomorrow...idk about side delts though...

how much bpc tb are you doing solo now?

Not doing so now but have it. Was only utilizing clen. You have advised not to use them both together because we would not know how effective each one is being on me, hence was only utilizing clen.

You got it, i was just taking it easy plus these sets are with BFR set, hence lighter weight
lets stick to our 15-20 plan :D
 
Oh yea man need to run a tighter ship for sure. Let me know what i should target for carbs and I will stsrt to work my way.down to it. Majority of the carbs come from fruits.
not way down lets cut to 100 for a week and see
 
I had a quick question @LevButlerov , what are your thoughts on 2iu of HGH on empty Stomach in the morning before working out. And 4iu before bedtime. Won't that be better for size gains
i wouldn't use it in AM will make you tired @rayray01 how much you using prebed now?
 
You got it. Will move to 20 reps lower weight. I mean slight discomfort, that will be a no on any real pain.

Oh yeah I am being cautious, no weight above shoulder height and nothing heavy. Well in all honesty can even lift heavy even if I tried. Quick question if you look at my diet and if I need to cut back on carbs what should I cut back on?? Its as it is very little food. . @LevButlerov and what should be my target carb intake? Please advise

you can cut a bit of white rice to start but you're fairly clean i do look each time @rayray01
 
I am not planning to use them but wanted to order the right one to have it on standby hence asked. Wanted to make sure inorder the right one? Coz it takes about a month tonget here from overseas.anyways its ok we will wait.
There is no need to order them now, you wont need them for at leas 6mo :D

Yes sir, on cruise control with diet. Finally got it dialed it with clean foods. With macros hitting on point on most days.
we should stay on clean diet for another month and your gear before we add more you're making good progress :D
 
Yea man, I am laser focused on it will continue this unless need to adjust it for bulking. Will cruise this till you advise otherwise.

All day every day... you know it... lol. On a another positive note completed the 200 question test for fitness trainer certification today as well... should have certification in 24 to 72 hrs they advised. @LevButlerov

Love these types of side by side comparisons. Awesome progress in a fairly short amount of time mate. You've lost a lot of fat around your midsection.
This is quite interesting. Looks like your results came back good other than the inflammation potential.
