Hi @LevButlerov

I was thinking of getting nasm or Issa personal trainer cert for my.own learning purposes. Which one do you recommend would be better course (NASM or ISSA) and easy to follow in terms of learning. It will be beneficial for my.own training moving forward and above all knowledge never goes to waste. Please advise. All your time and guidance with this as always greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Education is always beneficial brother. As for specifics I will leave to more in the know brothers and sisters of Evo than myself 🩵

I mean if I am.going to take the courses might as well take the test. Atleast will have something to show for it. I believe nsam is about $1700 and test comes with it. Issa is also around $1500 But which one do.you recommend or which one will quicker to finish or better program.@LevButlerov please advise.

steady how do you feel on training?
Feel good man, I do not push myself even though I feel incan completely lift heavier but just starting things slow and getting the upper body used to lifting again. Not going to try anything which can be potentially higher risk to injure myself. But I am surprised I am still unable.to bench press even on a seated machine. Even 10lbs is something I am struggling with, so I just leave it be...maybe will stsrt with dumbell press with maybe a 5 lbs in right hand and 20lbs or so in left... just so the body can go through those motions. BTW, signed up for issa elite trainer course since it was cheaper one out of the two. So hopefully will learn new stuff along the way as well.

You need to go slow with the bench VERY slow, just small weights and small arm movements @rayray01 work with physio

#TD Napsgear - Amazing stuff as always. Thank you #Naps

I got.bavkup of backup of backup... for just in case... stuff runs dry... lol
Well i'm a poor so can you put me in your will....? or i could make a cardboard sign???😃

In all seriousness where there is a demand there is a supply like anything. Keep the gear in a dry dark area and don't be disturbing it all the time. Good rotation as well. 1st in 1st out

“Will work for gear” ? Have I got a job for you!!!😂😂😂

I have no shame.......the list of what i am not willing to do is short 😆
Digging deep trenches by hand, mostly, on the border of Ohio and Michigan. Earning potential is pretty high, but depends on production. We’re installing cable in 20-30 year old pipes. New guys, kids, making >$1000 a week. On a bad week. It’s tough. There’s no way I can train while I’m doing this until we get some machines to dig with.

Funny, i'm a digger. Dig gas lines and tanks in nh, ma and me. It's a newer gig. I used to build roads, drainage and sewer systems before so i know how to use a shovel for more than one thing

Hell yeah! Man you should be doing pretty good with that sooner or later. Can’t imagine digging in that terrain. That has to be tough

It is. Lots of granite and other rock, and those dang underground utility guys burying their conduit right under the hot top or threading it around drainage pipes and water mains.

I can't tell you how many cable lines i have popped that are never where they are supposed to be. It's pretty good pay considering i switched career fields at almost 40yo. Slight cut in pay but goes up quick with gas fitting licensing

Sorry @rayray01 for hijacking yout thread😁

Oh bro, no need to ever apologize for anything man please. It is everyone's thread. 😃 @Warthog61

You have a ton of gear :D @rayray01
Oh yea maam I keep ordering and stocking up for future cycles, so when time comes I can run any compound for however long we plan to. That ways no waiting time is needed and we can kick start it whenever we wish for. Plus fear of things running out like primo and masteron that's why stocked up while they were available.
