I was able to up the weight and get the work in. Hard to not overstimulate the biceps though but seeing as my workout was cut short it was probably for the better.
Heading away to see my family member tomorrow, not sure how I’ll go with the diet and workouts during this time. Luckily I’ll be in Sydney somewhere so I’m sure an anytime fitness will be easy to find. The same family member that is sick is the same one that wants me to be in better shape and to ‘step into my power.’ Aside from working out I’m back at uni again and looking to progress my career because I was really settling below what I expect from myself. A bit deep but I’m feeling it today.
On a side note, really enjoyed going through some logs today during smoko and lunch break and seeing some epic results!
