Approved Log My Weight Loss Training Journal

If you want your full dose instead of leaving some oil in the end of syringe barrel + needle hub, do the bubble method or some call it the "air lock" or whatever.

Not sure what your draw protocol is, whether you draw with an 18g and swap for a 25g or draw with a 25g. Itll work for either.

Basically draw your oil and then purposely draw in air, i do about 5iu or so. Flick the needle to position the bubble onto the plunger, it will act as a buffer that will clear the barrel end and needle hub of your dose.

No waste.
I’m not swapping, in Aus the quickest way for me to get 25g 1 inch needles was to have them delivered by Amazon in a luer lock needle tip and syringe combo.

That technique sounds really impressive, very good to know! Cheers bro!

Yeah i use a 25g off amazon as well. How many iu's are your pins? Like pin volume?

Any one who microdoses every day and doesnt use the bubble method is not only wasting gear significantly but underdosing significantly themselves as well.

A full 1ml volume injection doesnt matter much at all, any individual pin volume of 0.4ml/40iu or less has a significant loss without air locking.

Yeah bud ill tag ya. It depends on injection volume, but no where near as bad. Unless you reconstitute your peptides for a more concentrated/smaller volume injection. I do this to reduce pin site irritation and i double load my pins with multiple peptides to reduce pokes.

Fixed needle 30g to 32g insulin pins are generally around 0.5iu deadspace. They run a range of 0.2iu to 0.8iu depending on manufacture. I reconstituted my GLOW this time so its 3mg at 5iu volume this was so i could fit 3 vials of GLOW into a 1 vial. Its has 180mg in 1 vial and itll last 30days. Lmao

0.5iu is a 10% loss for such a small microdose of 5iu. Thats a total loss of 18mg of GLOW in my 180mg setup. Which is 6 doses.

I usually only hold insulin pins vertically and flick so the bubble from the deadspace from before drawing your dose sits on plunger, its usually enough to clear the minimal deadspace. If your blasting 50iu pins for peptides then the 1% loss is negligible so not bothering to position the bubble doesnt matter.


As for the gear waste i mentioned with oils. If you have a 100mg/ml oil in a 10ml volume, a loss of 23% is 230mg. Lol I have Deca at 300mg/ml, thats a loss of 690mg. Per vial not even per cycle. Haha. Numbers are crazy.

I’ll get on this method bro! 😎 probably better if I fit them all in but honestly I’m a pin board at this stage haha also I’m trying to move around my body a lot to reduce pain from too much liquid irritation in the subq spaces. Deca stats are crazy!

Right now i double load my Reta and GLOW on fridays and my GLOW/HGH in the PM. Now if you keep loaded pins then you shouldnt multiload. But if its immediate injection it should be fine as long as its in the same solution. BAC water with BAC water etc.

I tried my KLOW with cjc/ipa and had mad pip compared to individual injections. Possibly because I was new to using the Klow at the time though and it was two compounds that irritated the site.

I would have thought that unless the irritation is caused by too much fluid in the subq fat then the less bac water added would cause alot more irritation. I’ve been adding 3ml bac to every peptide I’ve got mainly because more won’t fit in the vial haha

Yea i found regardless of the recon volume with GLOW, the PIP was the same. Ive noticed when i mixed my reta and GLOW in the same syringe, the PIP from GLOW was a little more but i prefer that over multiple pins.

My first pin of 3.6mg GLOW was stupid PIP, my body couldnt tolerate GHK at all. Had to titrate up from 1.2mg.

No bumps initially but when i started incorporating everything else I started getting them. Even when switching around sites

I bet :ROFLMAO:. As long as the compound disolves perfectly and the solution is clear, minimal recon is fine. Though some compounds require more BAC than others so you can always add more BAC of you run into a problem. But generally youll be fine reconning with 1ml.

60iu, thats mad. Though weekly is not bad. 60iu daily for multiple pins would be insanity.

Yeah I’ll switch to GH when I’ve depleted my stock!
I’ve stocked up on alot of hcg so I’ll use it for the time being even at lower doses just to try and maintain some sense of testicular size. I did check it out though. That in conjunction with n2 guard is too heavy on the wallet unfortunately!

Deffinitely jump on the GH train. Even without other benefits, the deeper sleep is worth it. Lol

I lookes at N2 aswell, but its got ingredients i cant take on my meds. So i was looking into Glutathione for liver support on cycle.

I was able to up the weight and get the work in. Hard to not overstimulate the biceps though but seeing as my workout was cut short it was probably for the better.

Heading away to see my family member tomorrow, not sure how I’ll go with the diet and workouts during this time. Luckily I’ll be in Sydney somewhere so I’m sure an anytime fitness will be easy to find. The same family member that is sick is the same one that wants me to be in better shape and to ‘step into my power.’ Aside from working out I’m back at uni again and looking to progress my career because I was really settling below what I expect from myself. A bit deep but I’m feeling it today.

On a side note, really enjoyed going through some logs today during smoko and lunch break and seeing some epic results!

Yeah the levels are up but not too dramatic, my igf would be higher but I’m pretty inconsistent with it tbh. I havnt seen any janoshik testing but maybe @Prymal gave me a double strength vial 😂

Mate that pizza looks fantastic with the macros that's something you would see go viral for gym diet hacks!

I ran into my mate today who has made an app to be able to track macros of a kebab. Its actually insane to think I can fit one in and not blow out my diet.

Yeah it sounds too good to be true and there would be many variables as it's not a standard food item. But he said it's legit about 95% accurate

For sure, I’ve seen you talk about it numerous times. It’s pretty great just to give yourself a break aswell while you’re there and I don’t know about you but I’ve usually got a bit of a dopamine hit when I leave so I can take it easy for a while. 🩵

Yeah i use a 25g off amazon as well. How many iu's are your pins? Like pin volume?

Any one who microdoses every day and doesnt use the bubble method is not only wasting gear significantly but underdosing significantly themselves as well.

A full 1ml volume injection doesnt matter much at all, any individual pin volume of 0.4ml/40iu or less has a significant loss without air locking.

Well ive actually redefined the loss types while becoming more familiar with the math and further researching the topic. Learned some shit along the way.

Ill take back that underdose statement for single compound loaded syringes. Not air locking still causes waste of a different type but air locking causes an overdose using that air pocket to inject the residual waste that wouldve stayed in syringe. Multi-compound loaded syringes do still have an underdose aspect to them though.

I wont say more til its posted but i had to correct that statement of mine.

Mate instead of cjc/ipa or Tesamorelin you should use hgh. People talk about the high price but when you break it down it’s hardly more expensive for actual results.

Cjc/IPA has been okay, the results have been negligible but I was struggling to sleep with it. Where it looks to improve sleep quality and that being a major perk. Tesamorelin’s ability to target visceral fat is pretty intriguing though. I was torn between the two.

But I’d imagine hgh is better for all aspects of sleep, muscle retention and visceral fat burning.

The GH secretagogues are like Clomid or enclomophine to just taking testosterone. Sure they can work and you may see results. But the effects are minimal compared to the exogenous product eg hgh or test.

@Yeahnah i agree with @jenkemj. I was lookin into what tostack on top my Reta. Instead of a secretagogue and tesa on top, hgh handles both of those and the sleep benefits at 4iu are great for me. Went from waking every 2-3hrs, to sleeping for 7ish uninterupted.

Yea for sure bro, even low dose hgh will outperform cjc/ipa substantially. I remember getting sucked into cjc from a YouTuber before I was on here saying it was better than steroids for muscle growth and it’s not even comparable imo. It’s honestly laughable I believed that haha

What are your goals bro? Cutting? Just weight loss?
I’ve got a bit of knowledge, but some of the guys on the forum know an incredible amount from real life experience which on experimental peptides has to be given more than its fair due. Also good diet and workout strategies. Definitely worth a write up if you’re getting started 👍

I know with the GLP-1 agonist you can definitely get that. It's supposed to cut your fat out of your liver by like 90% and that's what the studies have shown. @jenkemj

Id imagine if the visceral:sub q fat ratio was skewed enough like in visceral obesity, itd be enough.

Had a rest day today, back into the hospital for a bit before spending time with the missus hanging out, watching some horror flicks! Not usually my go too but I enjoyed it today.

Cable Rows 75kg x 25 3 sets

Cable Lat Pulldown 65 x 25 3 sets

Row machine underhand grip 50kg x 20 3 sets

Reverse Flys 10kg x 25 3 sets

Bicep Curls Machine 25kg and 20 (till failure) 3 sets on each arm

15 minutes cardio 6kmph 3 incline. Logged 14k steps today before that today.

Will be spending lots of time in the hospital over the coming days/weeks. Definitely makes it difficult to maintain diet and get in consistent workouts but so far I’ve managed well.
