Approved Log 16 week rebuild cycle Journal - Post Surgery and Sickness

Nightly Update

I skipped my morning BJJ class, as i plan to go tommorrow instead. I had my physio appointment today this morning for my lower back. Turns out its nothing, just some tightness. Had a massage and then immediately went to train legs.

The physio suggested that unless i really wanted to breakdown my squat form and build it back up, just to pick a different compound movement for legs. So i guess i'll just stick to super heavy leg press instead.

Training - Legs 2

I had another shot of Anadrol, and gosh i felt strong. The appetite supression is still pretty brutal, but nothing i cant muscle through. Felt super strong this session.

Plate Loaded Leg Press - 280kg, 300kg, 320kg
DB bulgarian split squats - 15kg
Machine single leg press - Machine setting 86kg
Leg Extension - Machine setting full stack
Hamstring curl machine - machine setting 63kg

Food

The A-bombs are still nuking my stomach. I think i can handle another week. I got some GHRP-6 that i can throw in to help with appetite if it gets rough, plus the good old Mary-Jane.

Younger me didnt feel this at all!

If test is so dangerous, why is it given to people to change genders?

Anadrol is clinically dosed at 300mg.

Bodybuilders are generally healthier that most of the general population too.

The health effects of PEDS are way overstated.

I think I will. I like squatting, but I’m happy just to do heavy machines instead.

I’ve been treating myself to more cereal and liquid calories to get the food in. I’m able to muscle it down with enough effort.

Yeah I noticed that. The weight was so heavy I was bracing my entire body basically 😅

ah man, it’s a big long winded rant. I would need to get my thoughts together on it so it’s more structured and not just my mindless rambling.

Would want to dig up the original doses pescribed for some common peds before the ban.

Maybe when my personal life relaxes a bit (hell freezing over 🤣)

Today was super busy. From the moment I woke up it was go-go-go. I had a bunch of personal errands, chores and commitments to fit in. Right now if the first time I’ve stopped to get my head together.

Days like this really take it out of you. The overwhelming responsibilities of being an adult with your shit together is more exhaustive than any workout I’ve ever done.

Training - Bjj2

I normally have today as a rest day but I missed my second session so I had to fit it in today.

My sworn enemy brown belt, who destroyed my yesterday, was there today. So I found a big black belt and tried my luck against him instead.

While I was able to give him a decent fight and make him work, I couldn’t bridge the skill gap. I would rather get smoked by a black belt, over dominating a day one white belt.

I was cooked afterwards though. I fell asleep on the couch after lunch for about 15 minutes and only woke up because a bug crawled into my open mouth 🤣

Food

A fair bit of my calories today have been liquid. I can muscle through another week of the anadrol to use up the bottle, but then it’s a loooong break before I open another.

Would be very keen to try this on a caloric deficit.

Happy with the steady weight increase. Obviously with the Anadrol, there will be some water retention, so its naive to think its all pure muscle. The only thing i've noticed is some random headaches and my jaw hurts, like i've been clenching it all day. I have been under a fair bit of stress at the moment, so that might be it.

I actually "snapped" for the first time yesterday. Got a little angry over something dumb. Anadrol doesn't normally make me angry, but i think that in combination with increased personal stress probably didn't help. Im a pretty cerebral person (or i like to think i am), and i feel like i'm generally in touch with my mental state. I can recognise when i'm not acting myself, and im normally pretty quick to self reflect on times when i act out of character.

Training - Chest and Biceps
The anadrol train is still going full steam. My pump was nuts today. I did stack some l-carnitine and some other injectable animo acids on top of the anadrol. I dont remember what i injected where, but my right shoulder has some gnarly pip. I think that's where the anadrol or L-carnitine ended up.

DB incline press - 50kg
DB flat press - 45kg
Cable flys - 27kg
Chest press machine - 84kg
BB curls - 30kg
DB Concentration curls - 12.5kg
DB Hammer curls - 17.5kg

I could barely get my shirt off, i was so pumped!

Also, only just realised you run the DY style 4-way with Chest+bi, Back, Shoulders+tri and legs. Do you just do 4 days per week?

Is the long acting insulin IGF-1 LR3? Sorry know nothing about insulin. How long have you been using that and what are your thoughts on it?

i don’t recommend what i do, but i either do one warmup set (or none at all) and just go for it.

I aim for 6-10 reps. If I can’t get 6, it’s too heavy, if I can get more than 10 it’s too light.

When I did the DY blood and guts program I pretty much added an extra ramp set to everything (getting old and I'm paranoid about injury). So if it's the first exercise and he says three sets, I did 4. I think still big enough jump to not get too fatigued from those first sets.

I'm really enjoying this. The cycle is terrific. @Nasser1997o2 EQ and sustanon and then adding the retatrutide and the L-carnitine is not bad.

I can’t believe the final week of my log is here. It’s been a long road but I can be happier with the progress I’ve made.

Something I wanted to ask the floor, does Anadrol affect your mood at all?

I’ve definitely noticed a reduction in my mental health quality lately and the only thing I’ve changed recently is the anadrol.

I never noticed it before when I was younger, but I probably also didn’t care at the time. I’m definitely not acting my best self. Bless my wife, she could tell I was getting worked up and basically said “hey, go take it out on the gym, take a breather, you’ll be ok”.

I am dealing with some other personal and professional stressors, so I don’t want to be quick to pin it on the anadrol, but I also have to be open to that being a contributing factor.

Training - Legs

I left it all at the gym today and I felt much better, but I was absolutely wrecked afterwards. I then had the great idea to go kayaking afterwards. I crashed this afternoon on the floor while the kids watched tv 😅

Woke up panicking thinking i had passed out and left the kids unsupervised. Turns out I was only out for 15 minutes or so, and the wife was reading a book keeping a watchful eye.

Plate loaded leg press - 320kg
Bb Bulgarian split squats - 15kg
Single leg press - 84kg
Leg extension - full machine
Hamstring curl - 70kg

When i sat back in my car I got the most gnarly hamstring cramp and when i jolted o got a cramp in my abs.

Might have went a little too hard. Can’t wait to do it all again.

I’ve come to the conclusion that even injectable anadrol smashes my appetite, even though people claim otherwise.

I’m actually tempted to try the oral version to see if it’s even worse.

Nightly Update

I decided to go to a new gym just for fun. It was sort of hard to match my normal weights with newish machines that i wasn't familiar with. Some exercises i completely overloaded with weight, but was too embarrased to strip it, so i just bit down and went for it.

I was exhausted afterwards. I trained super early in the morning, so i spent alot of the day trying to stay awake. I was also super busy at work, so the day sort of flew by.

Training - Back

I think im pretty immune to PIP. I shotgun l-carnitine like its nothing and i've been known to be a fan of water based winny when i was younger. I had always been told the injectable Anadrol is supposed to hurt, but so far i didnt notice that.

I normally pin in it my glute, but today because i was training back, i decided to pin it into my lats. Halfway through the pin, the plunger got stuck. I know from experience that this is normally a crystal thats fallen out of solution. When this happens, i usually just pull the plunger back and try again, and it usually does the trick. It worked and i thought nothing of it.

About 20 minutes later, my lat is on fire. The pip was so bad, that training was somewhat painful. Im no bitch, so i muscled through it, but i spent alot of the remainder of the day stretching and sitting in pain silently. I think i'll stick to the glutes from now on!

I decided to go to a new gym just for fun. It was sort of hard to match my normal weights with newish machines that i wasn't familiar with. Some exercises i completely overloaded with weight, but was too embarrased to strip it, so i just bit down and went for it.

I was exhausted afterwards. I trained super early in the morning, so i spent alot of the day trying to stay awake. I was also super busy at work, so the day sort of flew by.

Training - Back

I think im pretty immune to PIP. I shotgun l-carnitine like its nothing and i've been known to be a fan of water based winny when i was younger. I had always been told the injectable Anadrol is supposed to hurt, but so far i didnt notice that.

I normally pin in it my glute, but today because i was training back, i decided to pin it into my lats. Halfway through the pin, the plunger got stuck. I know from experience that this is normally a crystal thats fallen out of solution. When this happens, i usually just pull the plunger back and try again, and it usually does the trick. It worked and i thought nothing of it.

About 20 minutes later, my lat is on fire. The pip was so bad, that training was somewhat painful. Im no bitch, so i muscled through it, but i spent alot of the remainder of the day stretching and sitting in pain silently. I think i'll stick to the glutes from now on!

It sucked, but I was more shocked than anything. I thought I was the pip tolerance king. It went away in a couple of hours.

On the plus side, pip means there is an active drug in the oil 😅

Nightly Update - Final week

I moved around my workouts a bit, as I have some contractors booked. Normally I would have shoulders and triceps tonight and bjj1 tommorrow. I switched them around.

It was cool, because a nighttime class means more people and new people to fight.

Training - Bjj1

I got paired up with another really big dude, who is pretty open about his PED use. He’s really skilled and super strong and muscular.

He often finds it hard to find partners to fight, because a lot of people don’t want to fight the “sauced up guy”.

Pussies.

I found him and told him “don’t go easy on me, I’m going to go as hard as I possibly can, I expect the same from you”.

We had a match, that felt like King Kong vs Godzilla. He tapped me early in the round but I got right back up and as we kept going, I could feel he was losing steam. A bunch of guys who were having a rest round were watching, and I was NOT going to go down easy.

I knew I couldn’t win, but I wasn’t going to make it easy for him. I gave him everything I had. I got tapped 2 times in the 5 minutes but at the end, he was absolutely destroyed. It was a morale victory for me. I went for the biggest guy, and gave him hell.

Food

Appetite wasn’t as smashed as it has been, considering no anadrol today. I got two more servings before I’ll take a break from using any more.

Happy with the steady weight increase. Obviously with the Anadrol, there will be some water retention, so its naive to think its all pure muscle. The only thing i've noticed is some random headaches and my jaw hurts, like i've been clenching it all day. I have been under a fair bit of stress at the moment, so that might be it.

I actually "snapped" for the first time yesterday. Got a little angry over something dumb. Anadrol doesn't normally make me angry, but i think that in combination with increased personal stress probably didn't help. Im a pretty cerebral person (or i like to think i am), and i feel like i'm generally in touch with my mental state. I can recognise when i'm not acting myself, and im normally pretty quick to self reflect on times when i act out of character.

Training - Chest and Biceps
The anadrol train is still going full steam. My pump was nuts today. I did stack some l-carnitine and some other injectable animo acids on top of the anadrol. I dont remember what i injected where, but my right shoulder has some gnarly pip. I think that's where the anadrol or L-carnitine ended up.

Training - bjj2

So I was supposed to do bbj2 and legs 2, but scheduling changed last minute and i ended up doing just bjj today and I’ll do legs 2 tommorrow on what would normally be my rest day. Yeah completely unnecessary over complicated, but at least I know what’s going on.

This ment that I ended up taking anadrol pre bjj instead of legs, because you need to take it 1 hours before training, and that’s when the schedule changed.

I thought, ah fuck it, I’ll see what anadrol pre bjj is like.

It made me super fucking strong and super aggressive, but it gave my shoulders such a pump that it ended up feeling like a lactic acid burn.

It basically made me superhuman strong for 2 fights, and then exhausted and uncomfortable for the last 2 fights. Don’t think I’ll do that again. So far the best PED for pre bjj seems to be the injectable l carnitine. Always feel like it makes my cardio much better without any other issues.

I said to myself that was the last anadrol dose, and I plan to stick to that. It was fun running the injectable anadrol, but it’s time for a break.

Training - bjj2

So I was supposed to do bbj2 and legs 2, but scheduling changed last minute and i ended up doing just bjj today and I’ll do legs 2 tommorrow on what would normally be my rest day. Yeah completely unnecessary over complicated, but at least I know what’s going on.

This ment that I ended up taking anadrol pre bjj instead of legs, because you need to take it 1 hours before training, and that’s when the schedule changed.

I thought, ah fuck it, I’ll see what anadrol pre bjj is like.

It made me super fucking strong and super aggressive, but it gave my shoulders such a pump that it ended up feeling like a lactic acid burn.

It basically made me superhuman strong for 2 fights, and then exhausted and uncomfortable for the last 2 fights. Don’t think I’ll do that again. So far the best PED for pre bjj seems to be the injectable l carnitine. Always feel like it makes my cardio much better without any other issues.

I said to myself that was the last anadrol dose, and I plan to stick to that. It was fun running the injectable anadrol, but it’s time for a break.

The food was easy to get down, knowing that my anadrol experiment is over. Hopefully my appetite will return soon.

I think it's smart to adjust things as you go. @Nasser1997o2 sometimes you have to not overdo it on a specific day and spread your workouts over two days instead of one.

I've managed to go from 79 to 91kg, a weight gain of 12kg, while not getting that much fatter.

My strength has exploded and feel absolutely awesome. I couldnt be happier with my results.

Tommorrow i'll be posting my next log which is more dedicated Bulk Phase, instead of the rebuild phase this was.

Training - Legs 2

The final leg workout for the log. Felt super strong. I managed to train in the mid morning, which is the most ideal time i find to train. Im awake, fed, lucid and ready to go.

Leg Press - 320kg
BB Bulgarian split squats - 15kg
Single leg press machine - 89kg each leg
Leg Extension machine - full stack
Hamstring curl machine - 70kg

I worked up a crazy sweat. It was super hot in the gym, so i was pounding the water. Definately added to that hardcore feeling.

Food

Now that im off the anadrol, my appetite was much better. Food was easy to get down.

I can't believe i started on 2600 calories and i've reverse dieted up to 3700 calories. This is the most i've eaten in years.

I’ll probably stay in the insulin until towards the end of the year when I plan to drop to trt for 2 months

Crazy mate! If that's just a rebuild phase then the bulk phase will have you looking insane!

Awesome progress mate! Despite your worries about getting a bit soft, you actually look leaner now because of the additional muscle!
