What are the carriers for both? Have you preloaded a pin with both these same vials for hours before?

A solvent ratio change is possible, different sources may use a different solvent ratios as benzol benzoate is added to increase solubility and benzol alcohol to help dissolve further and prevent bacteria. Different ratios are used for different compounds and concentrations as well.

A solvent ratio change can increase oxidization rate as well. Thatd be my guess if i had to give one as most common oils and even eo (solvent) mix very well.

what's your source and what's the brand? Try to mix them again and see if the same thing happens.

Bros, that's some gnarly stuff. I never saw that before but if you are not confident in it then don't use it.

I personally would not use that gear. That seems strange to me.

I'm no expert on gear but if something looks weird to you or you have a bad feeling, then simply don't use it. Your health comes first.

I'm not a person who likes to take big risks anymore. I did when I was younger but at the end of the day why even bother to inject something like that?

That is weird. If you have had issues before out of those same vials I wouldn’t worry to much about it

Can you post a pic of the vial?

Also, I think you let it sit pretty long because you've got more air in there it looks like than you have oil so it could have oxidized like @Shakey said.

Do you practice an air lock technique to not waste gear or what other reason would let it sit like that with that much air in it?

Please post a pic of the vial that will help as well.
