Weird napsgear delivery

Hey guys, I was hoping somebody may have experienced something like this too and knows what’s up: I ordered some things off Napsgear on February 28th and am shipping it to the US. It took a week for them to ship, and 26 days after it shipped it doesn’t say that UPS has the package, just “shipment is being prepared.” Even weirder is that the package says it’s being sent to the UK. When I ask support what’s up they send the same copy and pasted message. It sucks since it’s my first order, but I should’ve been more careful since I’ve heard Napsgear isn’t reliable anymore when it comes to shipping. If this has happened to you then lemme know what the result was 🙂

I asked the Amelia lady yesterday and she hasn’t responded yet (reasonably so, lol) but yeah it’s been over a month from order time to now so I’m hoping for the best here.
 
Amelia just keeps saying to wait 30 days even though it’s obviously not gonna be here by then. I understand the 30 days before reaching out, but UPS doesn’t even have the shipment and it’s been in transit for 28 days. I’m waiting for Jason to respond as of now 😬 do you guys think domestic-supply would be any better?

lol. You will all be taken care of but are continued issues worth the hassle and headache!? It’s usps fault, it’s a supplier issue, blah blah. It comes down to accountability and naps is lacking. You’ll eventually be taken care of but it will be message after message and a month late. You’ll have to work for it!
Shit happens way too often with naps it’s getting old fast. Look into U.S. Pharmacies for a fast and hassle free experience. I’m speaking from first hand experience with terrible service from naps over the past year.

I don’t get free gear or discounts to endorse naps like mods on forums. I would turn it down and say do better..

unfortunately ive heard that this is continuous too. even my pep seller ships reliably and is much easier to communicate with. its absurd that its my first order and this is already a problem. i had high hopes, and people saying "youll get it eventually" is crazy, since the point of me using napsgear is that ill get my order that i paid good money for

Jason pmed me and said he’s checking with the team, I’m still waiting on a response. Tomorrows the day that its been in transit 30 days, so I’ll be requesting a refund then

Update: Amelia responded and I sent them my wallet stuff for a refund. Overall it sucks that I never got my package, but their customer service is great.

Similar happened with me. I wish I was more bitcoin savvy when I placed my first order in Jan or I would have just asked for a refund instead of store credit. My original order was domestic, thinking I’ll pay more and get it sooner… yeah no lol. My order made it to the post office allegedly but never shipped. Reached out, they were following up on it. Almost a month later they attempted to “reship” another order, except this one was an international order (not by choice but what they gave me tracking on) and after waiting almost two weeks for that order, I got another email saying actually, it wasn’t shipped. Sorry. Here’s some store credit since we can’t refund you 🙄😒. This was my first experience and I’ve been less than impressed. Sure the customer service was decent but like… now what I needed is “coming soon” with no soon in sight. It’s been 3 months lol. Even friends who recommended naps are disappointed and they’ve recently had issues too. Pretty disappointing for sure.
