This is on 400mg a week of testosterone cypionate. It has been a while since I last posted. I have GLP for trying to get food in: down while in on my GLP for type 2. I have put in work and gotten a lot better, as you will see in the blood work. My question now is what's next I would like to put some size on and lose more body fat, not really sure how to do it or what to take, advice would be great everyone here so far has been so great and I am putting the work in to change my health. So thank you in advance for your help.

I was 270 lbs in January of 2025 the lowest I got down was 210, which was December of 2025 and got stuck there for 2 months then started my TRT, and now im up to 226 I know it is muscle but I want to look better

your e2 is too high on the bloods so lets talk about your cycle and overall situation please :D

Please share more day to day information with us.

Diet, Training, Cardio
Diet, please share foods and meals and when you eat them, macros would be good
Training, please share actual exercises reps sets and weights, as you go especially get stronger
cardio how much do you do? when etc
If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Or use an app like myfitness pal or cronometer. Very easy.

how much creatine do you use ed?
what digestive supps you use?

Supplements list
Hemo Flow V3 2 pills a day split morning and night
Taurine 2000mg a day
Magnesium Glycinate 480 a day
NAC 1200mg a day
Ashwa 2800mg a night
Fish oil omega-3 4800mg a day
C 2000 a day anymore blows my sugar levels out of whack
B-6 400mg a day
D 6000 IUs a day to bring my level back up
Florastor probiotic 2 a day
mounjaro GLP-1 5mg a week
AI- Anastrozole 1/2 a tab 2x a week just put on this so still have to work out the dose
Food intake is my biggest hurdle while being on the GLP-1 kills your appetite and you always feel full. I am going down to the lowest dose so hopefully that helps me eat again. But I try to eat at least two big meals a day breakfast 2 eggs bacon or sausage toast to give my sugar a spike for half the day.
1-1/2 cup oatmeal with fresh berries around 9 am
3 clear protein shakes during the day 1-1/2 scoops in each clear does not make me feel like shit.
Dinner meat or chicken two fistful-sized portions usually all I can force down rice and or vegetables salad every day
Workout 4x aweek
Push, pull, and work legs into it I could use advice on this what is right or wrong
Cardio I do 2x every workout before 15 minutes treadmill at 3mph incline at 7 degrees
Stretch for 15 minutes
After 15 minutes on the bike to cool down and stretch again at the end

@Pinch73 well we know the testosterone you're using is definitely legit. You've got a lot of hormones in your system now; it's a matter of taking advantage of it.

Don't worry you are in the right place. The EVO family will get you in the best shape of your life. Just work on consistency and set goals. @Pinch73

@Pinch73 the key here is going to be food prepping. Make sure you get your food on point. Check your fridge and your pantry. Make sure you get rid of all the junk food that's in your house.
 
I already got rid of the junk food. I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes on September 16, 2025, that's why im on the GLP-1. I went from an A1C of 12.7 to 5.7 in 8 months. I really busted ass to make that happen. The problem is that while you are on them, it kills your appetite, so I am constantly working in a deficit and try to make up for it with drinks, which I'm not sure if that works correctly for what my goals are

Make sure that you are dialing in your diet and you're being consistent with your cardio and your training. That's going to be the key. @Pinch73 I would definitely also get on the RETA. It will help with food noise.

Bros, that's definitely a start. Food prepping is important. You should be food prepping twice a week and storing your food this way so you always have good quality food on hand. Have you checked out the other logs to see how guys are eating for most success?

1/2 lbs of ground meat mixed with salt, pepper, and onion, and Jasmine rice
5ozs of mashed potatoes im going to start my cycle tomorrow with 400mg testosterone Cypionate for 1 week and jump to 500mg a week for 11 weeks and DBOL at 20mg a day for 4 weeks unless there are better thoughts on my cycle.

you dont need dbol or tbol. Test cyp is fine 400mgs/week but use it with anavar with it not dbol.

I was using the Deca as a joint support that was all but if it is not a good idea I won't add it an a r will be in this week I can start that just not sure of the dosage on it
