Going to eat well, but frugal. High protein and moderate carbs and because it is an off day, I will keep the calories down.
My body is starting to change, this is the part where normal people will call it good because they feel great….NOPE NOT ME!!
I have a lot to do still. A LOT!! Lean is the goal and you all can see, I have a lot of tummy to burn, but it is starting to really burn fast now.
Patience is the key right now. Keeping focused on the marathon that this is, and knowing for sure what the work will yield and to not ever stop!!!
