I like doing close grip, reverse grip really stresses my shoulder. I like a medium neutral grip the best.

Gotta look good in shorts!!! This morning the anavar was kicking hard!! When I started the chest supported DB rows/kelso shrugs, my traps and rhomboids were screaming!!!

@James Creeper @LevButlerov Honestly as much as i love a ribeye or nice New York, the protein for the calories isn’t a good trade.
London Broil has a better protein to fat and the calories are less. That New York strip was 1260 calories for less than 100g protein.
That many ounces of chicken breast would have been 849 calories 165 g protein

I have a feeling your going to like it - especially if your taking your days off on the weekends. One of my rest days is Saturday - and it actually feels like a weekend day with a nice sleep in, and by sleep in I mean 0600 hahah. Means I can stay up a bit later on Fridays - so I can socialize with normies who don't go to bed at 7:30pm like we do 🤣
 
Good solid meals here!!

That's 80% of how you'll begin to transform the body overall. The gym is only 10%, so it's food, then there's rest, and of course supplementation. Stay disciplined my brother!!

I have no idea how to go about getting a dexa scan, we have an InBody scanner at my gym, maybe I can get the trainer to let me use it.

I think going about our day knowing we have control over our own thoughts and understanding that when we let go of the rest, we get a kind of freedom!!

Chest, Tri’s and cardio and core

40 minutes cardio
Planks 3 x 45 seconds

Will sprinkle abs into todays lift.
I will do box knee ups…there are boxes spread around the gym
Shoulder is achy as hell, one week to go.
Going to go light today and tomorrow and get more reps. It will save me some discomfort.


Chest
Hammer strength incline pin loaded
40lbs each side 2 x Amrap
50lbs x Amrap

Hammer strength flat bench pin loaded
Same as incline
40lbs 2 x Amrap
50lbs 2 x Amrap

Incline cable flys
12.5kg x 120
I will get the reps with however many sets necessary. Probably 3 sets of 40z

Tri’s
C-grip pushdowns
30kg 3 x 12

C-grip reverse pushdowns
25kg 3 x amrap

Rope push downs
30kg 3’x Amrap drop the weight if necessary to get more reps

Easy lift today guys.
Until i get the nerve block in a week,
This is what my lifts will be!!

Thanks brother!! The planks are great but they do hurt, the last one, I had to do on my knees to take a bit of pressure off the shoulder.
I have discovered that with the EQ and the Anavar flowing, even though my strength has increased, I am getting a great deal in return from the high reps at lower weight and I am able to still use my arm after I am done.
The killer movement is the low weight high rep incline cable flys. Doing 120 reps and doing them in about 3 sets, sometimes 4, cocked elbows and doing them a bit shallow really saves the shoulder and the burn is great!!
Lets fucking go!!

Gooood morning again!!
I am so happy that I decided to lighten it up and go for reps today. They shoulder is actually very calm because of it and is responding nicely to heat and cold this morning.
7 days to go, oh boy, I hope what we have planned works.
