Back with a new vendor to log my cycle, supplements, training and diet
The legend @Buck Pharmaceuticals asked if I’d log and would log for him. I gratefully accepted. After following old vendor to elite then getting done I didn’t go on the hunt for a replacement but keep grinding in the background. Now thanks to buck I’ll be proceeding as follows
Cycle:
weekly split into 2
Test e - 375mg
Tren e - 200mg
Reta - 1.5mg x 1 per week
2iu HGH per day at night 5on 2 off, Will be swapping over to new vendor HGH in time
Supplements
Daily
Krill oil
Probiotics
Fiber caps (meta mucil)
Multi vitamins
NAC
Biotin
1 drop of methylene blue every 3 days
5g creatine everyday
Training consist of
Monday - chest
Tuesday - back
Wednesday- core or cardio
Thursday - training at employment so changes week to week.
Friday - arms/shoulders
Diet
Every second morning is eggs and something for breakfast, everyday In between is protein shake or sugar free energy drink,
Lunch’s vary depending work and location.
I try stay with fish/salmon and rice but sometime end up with 7/11 sushi or wrap
Dinners
Always a large portion of a protein. Been smashing roast pork lately. Always with a side of greens weather be a salad or steamed veg.
