EVO Logger
Hi Evo,

I wanted to jump on here, introduce myself, and start logging my journey properly.

To give some background, before training and getting involved in the forum space, I was sitting at 140 kg. I was in a very unhealthy position and at risk of dialysis due to being renally impaired with a single kidney.

At 25, I made the decision to turn things around. I dropped a significant amount of weight and began taking training seriously.
20 Feb.webp

During my last bulk, I pushed up to 106 kg, but I was not happy with how I looked and was carrying too much body fat. I then committed to a proper cut and brought myself down to 87.1 kg, which is shown in the photo above.

19 March Beginning of bulk.webp

After that, I spent some time in maintenance, holding around that weight before starting this current bulk.

The focus this time is more targeted. I want to bring up my back and legs, as these are my weaker areas.

I am currently working with @Asianvaper, and we are now entering week 5 of the program. The week 4 check-in photos are included below. Weighing at 94.1kg.

@Presk that's one hell of a transformation you made and the good thing is you started really young. That will definitely pay off as you get older.

Midweek Update - it's a big one!

A TD and Big shoutout to Ironclad Labs @CladHQ for bringing me on board 🤝

The care package has landed — I'll be logging his HGH + BPC/TB-500 for my current growth phase. Keen to dial everything in and keen to see how recovery, performance, and overall output keep stepping up from here.

Being backed by @CladHQ and coached by @Asianvaper I know I'm in good hands to achieve the growth I'm after.

But it’s also not just about just getting looked after… It's also about backing the people who actually deliver and back you. So a little extra purchase and TD for some products for the wife and myself.

What stands out about Ironclad Labs to me:
• His communication is on point
• Packaging is clean and professional
• Product quality is proven
• Delivery time is honestly second to none

Looking forward to continue putting in the work over this period and showing what his products can do and what I can achieve over this next phase 💥

I'm sure I'll get to know all of you 🙌

Appreciate it brother, feeling like a beast as well currently. Something about adding in the NPP recently has really just hit a euphoric feeling in my brain
Thankyou again for the approval

I sometimes look at my old photos, usually when a friend/relative sends a photo of me and I honestly shake my head that I let myself go so far. You live and learn I guess
@Presk it's good to have a good coach. More eyes on the situation is a good thing.
@Asianvaper Definitely a good set of eyes and support in the background. The man is pro-active and quality.

@Presk damn man you’ve made some awesome progress! I’ll be following along!

I don't think I ever will use it, I don't see the use basis for myself
if you get deep into steroids use and want to achieve PR's you never thought possible, you will want to experiment with it. but if you don't then no reason to use it

I've definitely moved away from throwing the weights around, everything is much more controlled and the results have been showing. Not getting any younger 🤣

yeah man i haven't touched it in years and likely never will again

I sometimes look at my old photos, usually when a friend/relative sends a photo of me and I honestly shake my head that I let myself go so far. You live and learn I guess
We all go through things in life man but that's in the past. Just look forward.

View attachment 221411

During my last bulk, I pushed up to 106 kg, but I was not happy with how I looked and was carrying too much body fat. I then committed to a proper cut and brought myself down to 87.1 kg, which is shown in the photo above.

View attachment 221413

After that, I spent some time in maintenance, holding around that weight before starting this current bulk.

The focus this time is more targeted. I want to bring up my back and legs, as these are my weaker areas.

I am currently working with @Asianvaper, and we are now entering week 5 of the program. The week 4 check-in photos are included below. Weighing at 94.1kg.

Update

Thursday check in has me now weighing at 95.6kg - which marks a 8.5kg increase in week 5 of the bulk. I suspect the bump up to weight this week is also attributed to the fact I woke up much earlier than usual and had 2 of my meals later in the afternoon.
Overall, really happy with how this bulk is tracking.
Update later today will be with any changes made after feedback has been received.

Can happen as those seated ham curls get up in weight. Some gyms you can get lucky and they have a belt to hold the hips down tight. You got handles on the seat to keep yourself pinned?

Hey brother!
It was the Newtech seated ham curl, really solid machine but it has so many different moving parts to it, I have a feeling I didn’t lock myself in as well I should have. Swapped to a max pump version and it was much better!

Been a solid week so far, unfortunately I fucked myself over a bit with work and the stress + lack of sleep has caught up to my so I’m battling some extra fluid in my legs at the moment, which I’m getting fixed up slowly.

Update
Weighing in at a solid 100kg today. Had a meal out with my partner and in law on Sunday, coupled with high stress and lack of sleep Friday/Saturday resulting in a lot of water retention, which shows on the check in photos today.
Sodium dropped down to 2500mg, with potassium pushed up to 7500mg. Swelling has decreased considerably in the legs over the last few days. Awaiting coaches feedback with next steps but thought I’d put the update in!

legs look amazing ripped thick :D

View attachment 221411

During my last bulk, I pushed up to 106 kg, but I was not happy with how I looked and was carrying too much body fat. I then committed to a proper cut and brought myself down to 87.1 kg, which is shown in the photo above.

Great work man! How are you liking the NPP at that dose? I have never ran it before and am looking forward to trying it out. Right now I am on the middle of show prep and running Mast P 500mg 70mg ED/Tren 210 30mg ED/Test P 400mg 60mg ED and throwing some Anavar in the last six weeks.

After the show I am gonna cruise for a while and let my body get right. But I already bought the NPP from @teamusp for my next blast and was gonna run it at about 350mg with either some mast/primo and test. It was tempting to throw it in on this blast but I am not adding a compound I have never used along with all the other gear plus running two Nanos ain't good, but still tempting because it's right there.

Keep it up brother

I’m genuinely loving it, I’ve never ran the compound and it’s definitely something that resonates well with me and works.
Haven’t noticed any adverse mental issues that some people state to have, so no complaints from me!
