I want to thank all of you that were following my last log, progress was made, and if it wasn't for all the kind comments and encouragement, I surely wouldn't be back in the gym and hitting goals.

For those that don't know, in 2024 I was in a car accident that gave me a bad concussion, it messed up my hormones and caused a long period of ptsd, depression, suicidal at some points. I had to get on trt because of this, and am still dealing with it all everyday. For a long time I had a hard time leaving the house, had to give up martial arts and soccer. The turning point was listening to an evo podcast with @HarleyGuy, his story of dealing with ptsd, and the progress he has made, really inspired me...and so I began working out at home, pushups, pull-ups, squats...and I made good progress. But people here were planting seeds about getting back in the gym, and in the last month I got back in.

Last week @OxygenPharm reached out with the kind offer of sponsorship, i happily accepted and started thinking about my next log. For this log I wanted to have a very clear goal in mind...and the goal is to get to Cruiserweight (wbo standards, under 200lbs).

How will I achieve this?

ill be running 70mgs of @OxygenPharm test prop per week for the next few weeks to pass my bloodwork, and once that is done ill be ramping it up to at least 140 per week, and maybe 210mgs. Ill be combining this with @OxygenPharm daily cialis. So this will be a trt cycle whilst I cut weight.

i am going to start photographing EVERYTHING I eat, no more snacking and not recording.

ill be in the gym as much as possible, currently between 5/6 days a week. I also do vr boxing at home to stay sharp, and ill try and add some evening yoga where possible.

carbs will be majorly restricted to pre and post workout.

One cheat day per week

I recently started a new medication that stops me having panic attacks from ptsd nightmares, its early days but my sleep has been much better the last week.

I try and avoid prescription meds wherever possible, but had to try this and so far its working.

Seeing your recent update photos drilled home to me the benefits of leaning out before bulking, so you inspired this new log in many ways 😄

I have a psychologist weekly, and just being on here has been a big help, we are all fighting to be better and helping where we can

For this log im going to keep it just test , maybe a combo of my prescription test cyp + the @OxygenPharm test prop

And im itching to add tren back in 😆...but that will be for the log after this one.

No problem brother, was glad to support you getting all started on EVO. Great the meds are helping, good sleep makes a world of difference. Im also happy i took the advice given on here to lean out instead of a cut cycle. Cant wait to see you absolutely shredded brother.

Incase you want to cross reference medication/supplement/peptide/aas interactions if you consider adding anything down the line, try this site https://neemio.com/ . (@HarleyGuy neemio fixed their login in issue, feel free to recommend for those on Rx).

For instance, pepperine (black pepper extract) is used to increase absorption in supplements but can lower clearance times and blood levels of some medications. Generally more important in life saving meds like for seizures/heart meds etc.

Today was a rest day, got a real nice walk in with the dog through the woods. Ate clean all day (no snacking) and got a bunch of errands done.

That's a good strategy right there. @BritishCanadian and like you said you can always bring these peptides back in the future. They're very versatile.

For sure, just trying to keep things as simple as possible for now. I have a hard time remembering to take my morning aspirin, if I start messing with too much stuff I would just stress myself out 😅
 
That chart just shows you how things fluctuate in your body. It's not going to be a straight line, one way or the other. Some days it's going to jump up and some days it's going to jump down. @BritishCanadian
The jump up was mother's day pizza. for me its all about carbs, and when I eat them...but its a trade off, I worked out fasted today and I was wiped out.

So the sweet spot for me is carbs early in the day, pre and post workout, and then low carb for the rest of the day.

@BritishCanadian Bros, keeping things simple, I think, makes sense. I don't think, as men, we do a good job mixing things up and multitasking.

Ive used oxygen before and for the most part its been good stuff. Excited to see the log

I dont have that app, too much of my food is prepared by my wife, so its hard to accurately count the macros...the plan is just portion control and low carbs/early in the day carbs.

I know what makes me fat (carbs at night) so I just have to stop doing that

Ya I cut the carbs right down and went on a 16:8 fasting schedule and am having great results. Damn carbs so good but so bad lol

Like 100% better half way through my second week. its seemed to have a big improvement on my drive and focus in my workouts. I still get those late night cravings cause I was totally an evening snacker for years. But the mental clarity in the mornings really helps me push my workouts. But ya man the first week is brutal

I wasn't sure what was causing it, I've been working out fasted for about a week, but I've also come off the anavar, and dropped my test way back. Will keep at it though and see what happens 👊

Got to the gym early today 8:am, switched back to the high rep sets...and oh boy was I dying by the last of the shoulder reps, couldn't have given any more even if i wanted to.

The plan was to get some cardio in, but after 3 minutes hiit I was completely spent.

The last week I have switched to fasted workouts for the weight loss, have dropped the anavar for upcoming bloodwork, and dropped the test way down for the bloodwork as well. (I am not enjoying this 😅)

Chose test prop for this log to see of it would be better to run alongside a prescription dose of trt cyp, and to make it easier to come down for bloodwork.

First injection yesterday morning, felt it within hours, and seemed to peak about 12 hours in. Can definately feel the energy from prop unlike the longer esters. Took another 20mgs tonight at 9pm, with the goal of it peaking for tomorrows gym session.

Very small amount of pip (which was expected) but really nothing to worry about (unlike the pip I had in my last log which was gnarly)

Still too early in to know what my dose will be going forward, and I had originally planned eod dosing, but I think daily will be best.

I wasn't sure what was causing it, I've been working out fasted for about a week, but I've also come off the anavar, and dropped my test way back. Will keep at it though and see what happens 👊
Ya man give it another week, dialing your test back and dropping anavar probably is a huge factor. I upped my test from 85mg a week to 200mg a week and my performance has seemed to sky rocket.
 
Im already about half way through my cycle. To late to start
This is actually the perfect time to start @Sul.Lifts. You're deep into your cycle so we can pick up where you're at and help you in the second half and you can get the guidance needed to finish up the second half strong. It's never too late to start a log I don't know where you got that from.

More respect if you're just not up for it yet and admit that.

Yesterday I pinned shortly before bed around 9pm, with the idea that it would peak in the morning...well it did, but at 3am 😂

They say the pineapple helps with digestion, but it also solves the post meal sweet tooth.

Still experimenting with the test prop, gonna pin 40ml tomorrow on waking and see how that plays out

I seen something you said being worried about ninja pressure cooker setting. Its completely safe and really.only gets around 11psi with a pressure relief valve.

I grow lions mane and oyster mushrooms at home, I use a presto 23qt pressure cooker to sterilize my grain jars at 15psi. One time I fell asleep while it was running it ran dry and I was asleep.for a few hours lol. Didn't blow up luckily but the ninja is pretty safe even normal pressure cooker are pretty safe

Trending in the right direction brother. Watching that line progressively drop is an addicting thing it motivates you to keep on the clean eating path. And I hear you about the chips and such my wife is very pregnant and gets a lot of cravings and thankfully the Reta and visual progression keeps me honest. Plus I hate to disappoint @LevButlerov when I’m posting my macros at the end of the day 😂

Being completely honest man lol full disclosure is did run a huge magic grow op for a few years in my mid 20s. Thats how I got my start, now I grow lions mane and powder it and my wife adds it to all the sauces and stuff because my kids hate mushrooms but lions mane has some pretty solid benefits and oyster mushrooms just cause we like them its one less thing we have to buy at the store. Grocery prices are really high these days lol

At my age I have no time for tripping lol too busy with family, work, improving my health and working out lol

How you liking the reta, any side effects your noticing? Im thinking of grabbing some from biogenix and starting it once I finish this vial of hcg

Oh man, those pregnancy days are the worst, dont know how you stay on track. When my wife was pregnant, I was eating for two aswell lol

Hear you about the benefits of mushrooms, there is a guy here who grows them and sells them to the local restaurants, nice little side hustle.

Grocery prices are scary here, specially if you have a big family, my Costco runs are getting obscene
