Grocery prices are scary here, specially if you have a big family, my Costco runs are getting obscene

Ya bro, we go to a few different places to grocery shop, the next town over from me has a produce store with great prices, buying our meats from the hutterite colony near us. I regularly buy the discounted steaks from the grocery store down the street. Its a bit of work but its worth it. We use Costco for all the house stuff.

Let me tell ya a story about that colony. I used to own a sandblasting and painting business and got contracted by them to blast and paint a bunch of rock crushers and some other oilfield equipment they do repairs on.

They had the shop lined with the teenagers watching every thing I did, after the 3rd job I never got a call back. But when I started buying meet I seen a few of those guys with there own blast and paint equipment lol they literally watched, learned, bought equipment and stopped hiring me to do it themselves lol

I own an eliquid manufacturing lab, an eliquid distribution company, 2 vape stores. And just launched a business selling anabolic reagent test kits online

Currently shopping around for an old food truck to launch a mobile dirty soda company for summer time, more of a starter business/summer job for my older 2 kids

Reta great. Get some organic psyllium husk powder to take when you do. Itll help keep you regular. Some get nausea the day after pins, so aim for friday dosing. So you font have to be nauseaous at work (if you get any). I had a touch of nausea, lasted around 4 to 5 weeks and only during the day after injections.

Im using psyllium already, yea ive been worried about the nausea, I work 7 days a week usually so pin on Sundays cause its usually the slowest I guess lol

Make the judgement call after your first dose. If its manageable then id leave it for E6D or E7D like most do. If you need to reduce sides, micro dosing can help. EOD or E3D etc. maybe a Mon/Thurs schedule.

Tha ks for the advice man, once im done this hcg vial ill start the reta. Doing eod with hcg so im using all my spots pretty frequently lol

Ya I started manufacturing in 2016, built the lab in 2017 and then started co packing for the smaller companies that couldn't afford excise licenses when the government started the excuse tax on them so its been a pretty fruitful venture for sure.

I am doing sub q but I rotate between belly and thighs

The fats oxidizing during processing can create aldehydes etc.

I dont want to ruin it for you man, I went on a deep dive about it and quit bacon the next day lol

Not that I havent put worse things in my body, I just couldn't eat bacon anymore after a couple hours of reading and watching videos 🤣

Kind of a curiosity killed the cat scenario I guess lol it didnt stop there, it's dont eat any pork at all anymore lmao

Well the sub q hcg can be blasted damn near anywhere lol. You get any bloodwork done on 200mg to see where ya at?
Had bw done before. I was on a trt dose with a clinic quit the clinic, upped my dose 2 weeks ago I think, pulling new bw at the 4 week mark, running hcg to get my balls back lol

My clinic was charging me $292 a month for 85mg a week of test and offered me a weekly hcg does for another 80 a month to fix the atrophy issue, also dr getting upset when I said I dont need an ai when my e2 was 30, they preload your month of syringes so it was an argument to get 2x a week dosing. I eventually got fed up. Got my gp to run bloodwork and then ordered from biogenix. Cheaper than the clinic, its quality gear and I have full control over my protocol.

Exactly, my gp orders my blood work for free. I can experiment as needed and biogenix has been super solid answering any questions I have and providing clean products. Plus we have this community of knowledge and experience here. Im saving money, achieving goals and having awesome conversations.

Nice bro! Lev has taught me to use the carbs around training and it doesnt seem to have a negative effect, we just cant be eating carbs before bed 😅
On ward and upward. Or..downward on the scale I guess. Im trying not to do daily weigh ins, I get to worried if I go up a couple pounds lol

Bodybuilding is both the easiest and hardest thing to do.

Eat right, lift heavy, stay consistent and you get results every time...but the hard thing is eating right, lifting heavy and staying consistent 😂

I got a few muscles that just didnt like mct oil i think. Will be retrying delt tomorrow with T-400 to check.

I want to thank all of you that were following my last log, progress was made, and if it wasn't for all the kind comments and encouragement, I surely wouldn't be back in the gym and hitting goals.

For those that don't know, in 2024 I was in a car accident that gave me a bad concussion, it messed up my hormones and caused a long period of ptsd, depression, suicidal at some points. I had to get on trt because of this, and am still dealing with it all everyday. For a long time I had a hard time leaving the house, had to give up martial arts and soccer. The turning point was listening to an evo podcast with @HarleyGuy, his story of dealing with ptsd, and the progress he has made, really inspired me...and so I began working out at home, pushups, pull-ups, squats...and I made good progress. But people here were planting seeds about getting back in the gym, and in the last month I got back in.

Last week @OxygenPharm reached out with the kind offer of sponsorship, i happily accepted and started thinking about my next log. For this log I wanted to have a very clear goal in mind...and the goal is to get to Cruiserweight (wbo standards, under 200lbs).

How will I achieve this?

ill be running 70mgs of @OxygenPharm test prop per week for the next few weeks to pass my bloodwork, and once that is done ill be ramping it up to at least 140 per week, and maybe 210mgs. Ill be combining this with @OxygenPharm daily cialis. So this will be a trt cycle whilst I cut weight.

i am going to start photographing EVERYTHING I eat, no more snacking and not recording.

ill be in the gym as much as possible, currently between 5/6 days a week. I also do vr boxing at home to stay sharp, and ill try and add some evening yoga where possible.

carbs will be majorly restricted to pre and post workout.

One cheat day per week

Here's What i can tell you...

I have the test prop and the 5mg cialis from oxygen. The cialis keeps me bricked up every night at that dose, other ugls I needed 20mgs for the same effect.

The test prop, the reason I chose prop is so I can blast a bit between my prescription bloodworks without having to reduce dose for too long to come back in range.

So my bloodwork wont reflect the prop, but I can tell you this, 20mgs of @OxygenPharm prop bought my libido back up, recovery is solid, and im already getting small pimples.

As far as im concerned its good to go, and I would recommend these two products without hesitation

But I grapped the wrong vial, and accidentally pinned 125mgs test e 250

But luckily I bought my resistance band camping, so have been cranking out some different reps with that this morning 💪

Heres the game plan i used/still use (if not for tear). Work the small side first, to failure. Then rep match the larger/stronger side to the weak side. Its very gradual, but i didmt have to worry about just hammer out extra sets.
