1st cycle stack - advice

Hey everyone, decided to finally make an account and become apart of the community.

I have been working out for 6 years, and I think its time for me to begin my first cycle. I'm so tired of looking in the mirror and not liking what I see.

I'm 5'11 190.2lbs, down 10-ish lbs in the past 4 months. Why cut sub 200? So I can recomp, lean bulk, and feel good while doing it. Will Attach pics from tonight as well as a few weeks ago, but the post is acting up. Bad lightining, no pump.

My plan is to go on a 10 week cycle with the following compounds:

Test-E base: 150mg for first 2 weeks to see how my body reacts, then 250-300mg/week(?) the next 8 weeks
- (I've seen a lot of conflicting info on how high to go first cycle while still avoiding sides)
Primo : 300mg/week all 10 weeks
Anavar : 30mg/week, weeks 3-8 , cut down to ease into PCT
Reta: 1mg/week for 10 weeks (Still considering whether or not to do this)

AI just in case - exemestane
PCT- Nolva - 40mg/day for 2 weeks, 20mg/day for the next 2-5 weeks,
Considering Raloxifene as well since I already have gyno.

Let me know what you think. Like I said, I have done research, but I had trouble finding trustworthy sources that weren't conflicting.

dude, just run some test e for 16 - 20 weeks and reta indefinately. Your overthinking it. Anavar and primo is a waste of time and money unless you already running lowish body fat %

Hydrate well, clean up the diet (most people think their diet is clean but have no idea), do fasted cardio.

Test at 300mg per week will absolutely make a world of difference. But the thing is, 90% is DIET AND FUCKING HARD WORK.

Youll get more results out of paying me the $600 you'll waste on primo and anavar to call you and tell you to get the fuck in the gym every day.

Thanks for the advice brother. Will a 16-20 week cycle would completely suppress natural T production. I will for sure start a log! Just need to figure out how.
Most AAS completely shutdown or suppress your HPTA immediately. PCT is needed on any cycle your not running trt after.

As soon as you inject testosterone and your body notices "we have too much", your HPTA shuts down.

Have you had a blood test done recently so we have a base line of where you are currently sitting. This I think is a priority before we can offer any real advice on what your next step should be.
In good conscience we can't set or advise on any type of PED protocol until we know where your current blood markers sit brother.
Before we get there it would also be nice to see what your current training program looks like, diet breakdown and supplements you take.
The more information we have the better advice the Evo Family can give 🩵
 
I wouldnt waste my money on primo for your first cycle. Test E and Var will do you good. Retatrutide low dose would be a great addition if your looking to lean bulk.

As @Kopite67 brought up, have you gotten baseline bloodwork done yet? Knowing your health before running compounds is important. Then if your good to go, run Test E and get bloods again in week 4 when your hormones have stabilized. Id suggest running var out the gate so you can get that on bloodwork too.

The brothers can talk dosing when the get mire details in your log.

Why is a Log Journal important?
Accountability, self esteem, and consistency all which lead to RESULTS!

Authoring a log will actually help you way more than just dropping random updates. When you lay it all out week by week you start to see patterns in your body that you won’t catch otherwise.
Other guys here run logs all the time and there’s no privacy issue, nobody is asking for your name or anything personal, it is just training, diet, and how the compound feels.
The feedback you get is also way better because people can follow along and spot things you might miss. It also helps the next guy who is thinking about running the same compound so you are giving back while you learn.
Even if you think you might not stick with it, just starting the log makes it easier to come back and add quick notes. That way you get more out of what you are running instead of keeping it all in your head.

To really guide you we need more info from you:
Please share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us in a NEW thread using a full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
It will take 15-20 minutes max.
We have 100's of years of experience between us, so you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight, height, age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

Put up stats, ed calories and macros, bodyweight and waist, training split with your main lifts, sleep, BP, and your baseline bloods, then we can tell you what to run and what to cut out.

Yes brother, meant per day. I currently have gyno, but it is a hereditary thing, as my brother, who is an endurance athlete, has it at approx. 12% BF. I will share my labs, diet, training regimen, and other stats later today.

I understand that, but doesn't prolonged (12+ weeks) dosing of aas reduces the chance that you can get back to baseline? Thanks for your comment brother

if you already have gyno you need to knock that out first thing before your cycle.
otherwise in pct i would do the nolva 10-15mgs a day, your dosing it too high.. and stack with a strong t booster

Depends on the person really. Some return to base line, some not quite. There are the unfortunate ones that take a massive hit on baseline even from 1 small cycle. Its part of the risk. The longer and heavier a cycle, the longer the recovery to baseline.

Even after pct, your levels are still returning to baseline for auite some time. Thats why you hear to stay off cycle for the same duration you were on.

Im running 20 weeks on first cycle, but if youd prefer running 10-12 on/off to protect baseline a little more, have at er. Theres people out there who run even shorter cycles.
 
I dont think you ever return to baseline, lose 10% of base line on average with every cycle
I do not believe this to be true. From consulting with a Doctor, it is a case to case basis, and the dosage and duration definitely play a role in the amount of time it takes to return to baseline (or if that is even possible).
 
What do you recommend for pre cycle gyno treatment? Raloxifene?

it won't be a fun experience but if it is really gyno you need to treat it.

and if you are gyno prone you should consider avoiding moderate test and dbol for sure. stick to super low test and other steroids that do not aromatize

slamming estrogen down causes some side effects. but you need to deal with it. they aren't the end of the world
 
Writing first real log right now. What would you recommend the dosage?
tough question man. it really depends on how aggressive you want to be

an aggressive stack would be nolva 20-40mgs a day with letro about 1-2mg a day.
a less agro stack would be half or a quarter of that ..

just depends on how bad your estrogen is and how bad the gyno is
