Great lift man - I have more to shorter workouts. Focusing on intensity now and moving heavier weight. I am really enjoying the change up - I feel that recovery has improved with keeping the lifts shorter and more focused.

Nerve block was good, about 3.5 hours in, thempain has reduced by a bit more than 50 percent. So we now know an ablation will work!
Unfortunately this block was all about learning if deadening the nerves would work, and it will wear off here soon. I don’t care, because now the light at the end of the tunnel is burning bright!!

I find the reverse grip bench press to be easy on the shoulders personally. I think it'd be worth giving it a shot. They are awkward at first especially unracking so start light to get the feel for it.

Or do them on a smith machine.

Okay!! Hey, maybe going really easy on my chest and back for 12 days will allow them to really heal and tighten up. And I know for a fact that we burn loads of fat while muscles are recovering nicely

I went so light on those two chest movements, but you know something, It felt good. I was able to push out really slow disciplined reps while keeping great form and was able to get a really good pump.
Believe it or not, I felt the shoulder pain more on pushdowns than I did on the chest movements.

This morning I had a self-conversation. I asked myself if I felt if that I was doing enough to achieve this goal that I have, and I truthfully had to answer “NO!! I AM NOT! “
I have been listening to past podcasts and more than once someone has said, “Everybody should get lean and ripped at least once and should commit 110% to doing it, take 4 months out of your life and just go all out”
And so I am going to exactly that, and when I feel I am totally committed, I WILL RECOMMIT!! OVER AND FUCKING OVER AGAIN UNTIL i get what I want!!
Fuck yes!! Lets fucking go!!
I am so grateful I have friends here and @US-pharmacies to help, encourage and support me in this. I know how hard it will be to get this last bit done and I accept that I will feel hungry and have to be physically uncomfortable.

You can definitely help yourself with reta. No reason not to. Unless you are into suffering, that's cool. You might start thinking about a corse of the bpc/TB In the shoulder it will help out a lot!

I am currently using 2.5 tirz every week, it really helps but with what I am running,
I am still hungry 😂😂😂

The reta is more muscle protective than triz. But the food noise is louder. But you can run reta up high, 16 mg a week. The old man brain is real! Just starting to explore this! 😳
The EQ will cause hunger in me that's not touched by any glp. Just a thought for you.

you are so right!! That EQ has increased my hunger in a big way. It may sound a bit crazy, but I don’t mind a little bit of food noise, it makes me feel good to control. Kinda like a bit of old school!
Now that I am approaching the end of my 10th week, things are changing really fast. The next 6 weeks are going to be very interesting. I feel so good, USP is sending another shipment of GH and test c. He is the absolute best!!

Settling in for some early afternoon cardio.
Going to hit 25 minutes on treadmill mellow paced walk then 20 minutes interval training on bike.

i would take at least 1 week off upper deload it :D wont hurt anything since you still doing lower and rest you can go light

HARLEY!!! I am feeling really motivated and I really want to achieve this goal of getting shredded at least once!
I think the really light weight enabled to concentrate on my form and I was able to pick my position a lot easier and go slow, i was able to find the positions in between so to speak and get around the pain
And hell yes!! I need to restock on Cholula!! 😂😂

HARLEY!!! I am feeling really motivated and I really want to achieve this goal of getting shredded at least once!
I think the really light weight enabled to concentrate on my form and I was able to pick my position a lot easier and go slow, i was able to find the positions in between so to speak and get around the pain

Yes now more than ever let's do lower weights and higher reps. Keep up the dropsets like you're doing and push hard. Get that pump going. Keep fats really low too.

Its been a full blown cycle for almost 10 full weeks. I am in the part where I am keeping at 1700 to 1800 calories, 200g Protein and for the last week, trying carbs below 150 to 170 and lean food…..and if I can hold fast….for the next 6 weeks it will be great!!
Things are beginning to respond fast now.

Everything is just fucking great!! I went to give blood on Monday and my Hematocrit was 43.8, Hemoglobin 14.6 so I didn’t have to donate. Ive done Var enough times to know what my HDL is doing, and it always corrects and my BP is regularly 126/79
Im on automatic

Bro, as long as you’re monitoring your bloodwork and everything looks good from what you’re saying, then go ahead and use it confidently.


Just keep an eye on HDL, and maybe add a bit of MCT oil to your diet and you should be fine.
