Solid first week on 30mg Testosterone daily. Feeling great overall — energy and recovery are excellent. Noted a higher BP reading today, so I’ll keep a close eye on it. Bloodwork scheduled for end of Week 4.

• Cyclobenzaprine (Rx): 10mg as needed for shoulder
• Retatrutide: 2mg weekly (Mon) → Dropping to 1.5mg this week
• Injectable L-Carnitine: 300mg pre-cardio, 3x/week

Notes:
• Visuals: I like where I’m starting. This build phase feels like it’s going to be great.
• Shoulder: Continuing to improve daily. BPC/TB + Deca combo is working well.
• Overall: First week went very smoothly despite the BP reading. I think that my monitor generally reads high anyway. Feeling strong and motivated.
Goals for Week 2• Stay consistent with 30mg Test + current Deca dose
• Drop Retatrutide to 1.5mg and monitor appetite/energy
• Monitor BP closely — aim to bring it back down (daily checks, more cardio/sodium management if needed)
• Continue shoulder rehab — aim to get pain below 4
• Hit all training sessions hard and keep nutrition dialed (3,285 cals)
• Maintain sleep at 7+ hrs
Training
I’ll be continuing on with a 5 day a week training program that focuses on back and legs and I’ll be substituting some red light time for cardio at least 3 days a week.
