Hi Evo family,

Back with a new vendor to log my cycle, supplements, training and diet

The legend @Buck Pharmaceuticals asked if I’d log and would log for him. I gratefully accepted. After following old vendor to elite then getting done I didn’t go on the hunt for a replacement but keep grinding in the background. Now thanks to buck I’ll be proceeding as follows

Cycle:
weekly split into 2
Test e - 375mg
Tren e - 200mg
Reta - 1.5mg x 1 per week
2iu HGH per day at night 5on 2 off, Will be swapping over to new vendor HGH in time

Supplements
Daily
Krill oil
Probiotics
Fiber caps (meta mucil)
Multi vitamins
NAC
Biotin
1 drop of methylene blue every 3 days
5g creatine everyday

Training consist of
Monday - chest
Tuesday - back
Wednesday- core or cardio
Thursday - training at employment so changes week to week.
Friday - arms/shoulders

Diet
Every second morning is eggs and something for breakfast, everyday In between is protein shake or sugar free energy drink,

Lunch’s vary depending work and location.
I try stay with fish/salmon and rice but sometime end up with 7/11 sushi or wrap 😅

Dinners
Always a large portion of a protein. Been smashing roast pork lately. Always with a side of greens weather be a salad or steamed veg.

Monday chest -
Warm up 25 push ups
15 burpees

Cable flies
Upper @ 12.5kg x10 - 3
Mid @ 12.5kg x10 - 3
Lower @ 12.5kg x10 - 3

Bench press flat
50kg x 8 - 3

Warm down walk 1k with the kids
love burpees we need to see them more :D
 
Tuesday -

Cable seated pulls - 15kg x 8 - 3

Barbell rows - 45kg x 8 - 3

Cable pull downs - 20kg x 8 - 3

Today

Planks 1min x 4
20 burpees into a 3k jog/walk
cardio pre training? :D
 
Thursday at training turned into a farewell bbq, steak burgers on menu.

Friday was all arms and back. Had to dig a 600mm deep by 15m long for a power cable I’m having relocated. Digging through clay absolutely sucks! Bucks Tren had me sweating like crazy but felt a nice solid pump going. Gear has been smooth af, great quality stuff!

Monday training was a different training. All cardio. Beep test got 8.4 and the Tren had me sweating so much.
Food was scrambled 6 eggs
Rice and salmon
Chicken and noodles
Y bone steak fried beans and broccoli

Tuesday was a take care on the kids day as the cold weather has brought the sickness in quick this year. I’m hoping I have avoided it
Food 2 fried eggs on toast
Chicken and salad wrap
Lamb chops and salad

Friday was a complete fuckup and didn’t even have time for a coffee and shit! Coming to end of financial year is busy and fucked.

Sorry evo fam I’ve been caught up finding out my wife after getting the biopsy results has a cancerous growth about 4mm near her tear duct. Have been told more needs to come out and because the location it’s a plastic surgeon job. Apologies for not updating as much as I should.
lets get back on it :D

Breakfast
1 rash bacon
4 scrambled eggs
Black coffee 1 sugar

Missed lunch

Dinner
8 hr slow cooked blade roast
Served on a bed of rice with mushroom,carrot,onion and potatoes all cooked for the 8hrs 👌🏽
 
Sorry evo fam I’ve been caught up finding out my wife after getting the biopsy results has a cancerous growth about 4mm near her tear duct. Have been told more needs to come out and because the location it’s a plastic surgeon job. Apologies for not updating as much as I should.
I'm wishing you & your wife well during this time brother.
It's always a tough time with medical diagnosis & treatments.
I say take all the time that you & your wife need to communicate & support each other.
Loved ones & family come first always brother.
There is no pressure for you to post.
My Dm is always open to you brother 🤝
