Hi Evo Family,

Please see my current breakdown of each training session that is completed each week. Each set is taken to failure, and each set focuses on a 3 sec eccentric in the lengthen position. We have come a long way since my last log, and I am really enjoying the process of a growth phase. I am currently dealing with a slight back issue, but this has been ongoing for a while, and I have weekly physio appointments for this.

As I am now sponsored by @TheAsylum I will be incorporating BCP 157 & TB500 to help with the recovery process.

On top of my training, I also complete 3x HIIT sessions after an upper body day and also 2x 30min elliptical on my rest days. Post cardio i complete 3x 20 upper and lower abdominal exercises.

Recovery has been more important of late as above, weekly physio appointments and I try to get 3-4 20min sauna sessions in.

Sory for the lack of updates recently, stepping into a General Manager role with my job has been a crazy transition with the workload that has been put on my plate and just trying to manage my work life balance as its currently non-existent at the moment. I have still been able to get my sessions in but trying to spend time with my family has been a struggle. I will keep pushing on and get my log back on track this week.
