BF 11–12% ?32 yrs old

Been training for years, but over the last year I started taking nutrition a lot more seriously and that has made the biggest difference in consistency and physique progress.

Cycle history:
I just finished my first cycle on May 09, 2026. It ran for 16 weeks with:
  • Test 500 mg/week
  • Anavar 30 mg/day for the final 28 days
After finishing the cycle, I decided to transition into TRT+ rather than come fully off.

Current goal:
Maintenance / TRT+ / long-term health management / fertility preservation.

Main priority is not having kids right now, but preserving fertility for the future by freezing sperm as a precaution while I dial in TRT and monitor bloodwork.

Bloodwork:
1779808157205.webp

1779808184726.webp

Current plan is to repeat bloodwork in 4–6 weeks once the new protocol has stabilized.

The blood was taken yesterday at 09am before the first 75mg test pin.
Honestly despite the test at 0.5 i wasn't feeling weak, yesterday i even pushed my chest press to 105 kg for 5 reps

I requested prolactin, free test and shbg but the clinic ignored my requests and i just noticed today when i received my results...

Current protocol

I was so unsure if chose for PCT or TRT, so i waited 15 days from the last cycle pin (100mg) to choose, and i went for TRT.

Currently started yesterday with:
  • Testosterone 75 mg Monday
  • Testosterone 75 mg Thursday
  • hCG 250 IU Monday
  • hCG 250 IU Thursday
This is my first TRT setup, and since I’m coming straight from a cycle, I want to take a conservative approach first, see where bloods land, and then decide whether this dose keeps me in a solid TRT+ range.
I will check E2 while going, since i had high E2 symptoms not using an AI while on cycle (but it was with 500mg test and not 150 ^^'), i would like to avoid the use of AI, honestly.

I will keep this frequency and check during the first weeks if it's good or not. If any E2 symptoms will raise, i will increase the frequency before adding an AI:

I'm finishing my PSL test, in the meantime i ordered from US-Pharmacies, will make a touchdown when arrives!

Peptides / ancillary

  • Retatrutide 1 mg/week, may increase to 2 mg/week
  • HGH 2 IU/day, currently taken at night, may switch to post-workout
  • Cialis 5 mg/day

Training

I’ve been running the same split for months because it works well for me and I’m still progressing, so I see no reason to change it right now.

  • Shoulders: 11 sets
  • Traps: 4 sets
  • Abs: 9 sets
Training days are Monday / Tuesday / Thursday / Friday.

Cardio:
20 minutes on Wednesday / Saturday / Sunday.

Diet

Right now I’m eating around maintenance, roughly 2600 kcal/day, although I haven’t been tracking with full precision lately and will start tightening that up again next week.

Current structure:
  • 3 meals per day
  • Breakfast
  • Lunch
  • Dinner
Estimated macros:
  • Protein: 180 g
  • Fat: 70 g
  • Carbs: remainder

Supplements

Current basics are simple:

  • Zinc
  • Magnesium
  • Omega-3
  • Cialis 5 mg/day
Will be reintroducing:

  • Creatine 3–5 g/day
Big goal here is to find the sweet spot for TRT+, keep making progress, stay healthy, and handle fertility preservation the smartest way possible.
Since this is my first transition from a full cycle into TRT, I want to document everything properly and get feedback from guys who’ve done similar.

I’ll update with:
  • bloodwork
  • physique changes
  • performance
  • any side effects
  • fertility-related steps, including sperm banking if/when I get that done
Glad to finally get this log started.

Diet

Right now I’m eating around maintenance, roughly 2600 kcal/day, although I haven’t been tracking with full precision lately and will start tightening that up again next week.

Current structure:
  • 3 meals per day
  • Breakfast
  • Lunch
  • Dinner
Estimated macros:
  • Protein: 180 g
  • Fat: 70 g
  • Carbs: remainder

Supplements

Current basics are simple:

  • Zinc
  • Magnesium
  • Omega-3
  • Cialis 5 mg/day
Will be reintroducing:

  • Creatine 3–5 g/day
Big goal here is to find the sweet spot for TRT+, keep making progress, stay healthy, and handle fertility preservation the smartest way possible.
Since this is my first transition from a full cycle into TRT, I want to document everything properly and get feedback from guys who’ve done similar.

I’ll update with:
  • bloodwork
  • physique changes
  • performance
  • any side effects
  • fertility-related steps, including sperm banking if/when I get that done
Glad to finally get this log started.
@Pepty Bros, fantastic job on this. I'm proud of you. You put together a good setup and I'm glad you got it started. Definitely a good idea to keep the fertility thing in mind.

Bloodwork:
View attachment 237789
View attachment 237793

I’ve been running the same split for months because it works well for me and I’m still progressing, so I see no reason to change it right now.

Good job laying out these workouts. One of the things that's so important to this is putting in the time in the gym. A lot of people just don't put in the hours. @Pepty
