I am creating this log to track and discuss my experience with the new cycle I am about to embark on. Here is the plan:

12 week cycle:
Week 1 -12
20mg Tbol daily (week 1 and 2)
30mgTbol daily (Week 3-5)
40mg Tbol daily (week 6 -8)
300mg Sustanon /Weekly (full cycle)
35mg Tren/2x Week (week 1-2)
45mg Tren/2x Week (week 3-4)
50mg Tren 2x/Week (duration of cycle)
Note: depending how my body respond to tren will determine dosages.
1mg Anastrozole 3x/week starting week 2
.5mg Cabergolin once a week staring week 2

This is my first cycle of this type. I am looking forward to great results. Bloodwork will be done prior to start of cycle. The goal is to gain lean muscle along with fat reduction.
I will log training, nutrition, and caloric intake to this log in the upcoming days.

I've attached some before pics.

@Craig100 I would not use Tren for 12 weeks. Use the Tren for six weeks, then take it week by week from there. If you last 12 weeks, then that's great, but it's extremely toxic in the body and it will ravage your lipid health.

I agree with staying flexible on tren. @Craig100 not just with the dosing as you are planning on doing but also the length. Some people can't make it past eight weeks.

My opinion is you have a fantastic base to work with. Let's make sure you build more muscle, get more cut, and you also are able to put things together on this log. @Craig100

I am going to alter the plan and go last six weeks with tren.

probably a wise idea. the longest i've used tren was 7 weeks. the sides are too brutal and the bloods are too scary.

Great food pics and nice T-bar rows bro! The Sust and Tbol will serve you well, I'm currently running USP Sust myself and it's awesome!

I am learning to love working legs! I would try to avoid doing legs because of the burn. Now I love the 🔥!!
