Leg Day Log!!

Best leg day since I was a teenager!!?? Maxed out 4 machines. I've never done that before.

Did not do fasted cardio this morning, felt much better in the gym as a result.

Even though I'm doing a pretty conservative low dose cycle I made a commitment to myself to do it right. If I'm going to take the risks and spend the money I'm not going to waste any of the potential reward. And if I can stick to the plan, do it by the book, take all the good advice I can find, and look after my health with bloods etc then I could run another cycle in future.

Is my Renpho scale waaaay off? It says I'm at 19% body fat. That doesn't seem right. Even with a 20% margin of error it would only put me at 24%. Could that be right? Maybe I'm leaner than I thought but it's coming off the belly slowest?

So it totally doesn't make sense to keep getting test from the clinic, does it?

I get most of it covered by insurance, but it will only ever be low concentration test e, and if any other gear shows up on blood tests then they'll cancel it. But I could buy 2x10ml of T400 for $160. Isn't that like a year at 150mgs a week? 400 per ml, 4000 per vial, 2 vials for 8000 total, divided by 150mls gives 53 weeks. Right?

So it totally doesn't make sense to keep getting test from the clinic, does it?

Bros, nothing beats a nice pulling split. I like the different exercises you're doing. You should add in some pull-ups too. @fatmaxxer

Lessons and observations from week 1:

1. @biogenix anavar is a banger. If they were still selling it I'd recommend it without reservation.
2. Moderate anavar dose 25mgs daily is having an immediate, massive effect.
3. Can't do fasted cardio in the morning and go to the gym in the morning; my CNS was depleted and hadn't time to recover.
4. Doing HRT through the clinic doesn't make sense, even if it's covered by insurance.
5. Raised my protein target to 200 and raised my presumed recomp kcal target.
6. I look and feel leaner already. Muscle mass has noticeably increased in just a few days. The wife is happy!
7. Increased on-cycle test to 225mgs weekly. Feeling incredible after just two doses. Sex drive way up. Didn't need extra dick pills to perform. The wife is very happy!
8. Added some supplements and adjusted my workout plan - I will post a revised plan before Monday.
9. This forum and the folks on it are incredible. I truly appreciate the advice and support.

And I'll post a progressive pic later today.

Leg Day

Holy shit I shouldn't have skipped rest day, yesterday. I did an extra push workout since the wife wanted to go to the gym. I think my nervous system needed the rest.

Today I kicked things off with an epic (for me) leg press series. Worked my way up to an unbelievable (for me) 505 for 8 reps! It drained my CNS so hard I couldn't make it through the rest of the workout. Now I'm laying down 😆

That's right, never used gear in my life before that test. I did take certain... measures... to tank my T for the test.

Look, I wouldn't recommend this for anyone else, it could be considered pretty extreme. And technically it goes against my sobriety, but it was partially done under therapist guidance and it's a substance that isn't habit forming and that I have past experience with but never used in any over the top way. My wife and I took a bunch of molly. We had a very positive, connected night together. Then she went to bed and I took another fairly acute dose. Stayed up all night and got the test done in the late afternoon. Acute doses of mdma in rats produce huge test deficits in just 12 to 24 hours. And humans, too, I guess!

Stimulants and staying up all night = foolproof way to crash the test (and like you said, not recommended)

Still feeling the CNS fatigue from yesterday, so I switched up my program for the day. No compound movements, just an arm day. Delts, biceps, triceps, brachialis, and brachial radialus.

Noted mild rotator cuff pain on left side.
Insane pump today.
