My first testosterone cycle log

Hi everyone been lurking for a bit and listening to the podcasts a lot and wanted to start my first log, idk if this is too much or not enough information but I’m keen to hear everyone’s opinions.

Stats
24 years old
180cm
72.3kg (was around 75 on cycle)

I’ve been training for 6 years and until now the only PED I’ve touch was some “ostarine” I used a year and half ago, pretty sure it wasn’t ostarine as 4 weeks in I started getting get itchy and sensitive nips, went straight to doctor and my prolactin was 915mu/L which was 3x high end so yeah, when I got this tested my doctor didn’t test for estrogen and when I asked why he said as a male estrogen is not important and he doesn’t need to test for it,(ummm yeahhh😐)

Since then I hadn’t done anything else and had my test levels checked in July 2025 so 1 year ago and they were 10.4nmol, I will post physique photos from this time period was around 10% bf.

Now to current cycle at the start of this year I started taking Retatrutide just to help recomp then shortly after I decided to order some test as I knew my levels had always been low, (3nmol in 2022, 6nmol 3 months later, then 10.4 in 2025)

Cycle
250 test prop (35mg per day sub q, before bed)
For 16 weeks
The first 6 weeks I was feeling better than ever but started to get sensitive and puffy nips, idk if I was in my head and at this point I should of definitly had blood test I know I fucked up,

At week 8 I started taking 20mg nolvadex with my injection and this allowed me to continue my cycle for another 8 weeks,

Only other side effect was a bit of acne on chest and forearms which was manageable with benzoyl peroxide wash daily,

Current peptides
2mg Retatrutide per week
2mg ghkcu daily
0.25mcg mt2 every 1-3 days

It’s now 2 weeks since my last pin and I’m still taking the 20mg nolvadex daily, and I feel like shit libido is not there energy is very hard to find too, my pumps are okay in the gym but they fade quickly as I lose energy fast.

I’m struggling trying to do this pct and not just buy more test and cruise on a trt dose before starting a proper blast which is my intention,

My diet hasn’t been super dialed in until now as I was losing fat and getting stronger throughout the whole cycle but am definitly keen to log everything from now on,

I know I probably missed some stuff so lmk anything else u guys need to know and cheers for the support keen to be apart of this community🙏🤙

Nice start brother and yeah things look like they were a little muddy with your setup but i think the best thing you can do right now moving foward is first up getting some full bloods done. What country are you in?

Thanks Steve 🙌 the mt2 is great only side I have is a few freckles on my face are a bit darker but that’s about it not super tanned off it as I do it usually ever 3 days but enough to maintain some color, the first night was a shock looking in the mirror and seeing the flushing for the first time tho haha, also haven’t noticed the libido spike at all seeing as I started it as I finished test.

yeah that is something people complain about. Also nausea seems to be quite common with it but you're lucky you're not getting it.

You should start doing TRT again and getting back on cycle, 250mgs test is the way now /week split dose.

Please share more day to day information with us.

Training, please share actual exercises reps sets and weights, as you go especially get stronger
cardio how much do you do? when etc

Outstanding work on this. I like the mix of the GHK and RETA. I haven't seen too many people running that stack. @Pinheadlarry

So you’re saying I should get back on 250 per week instead of finishing the pct? Just trying to make sure as a lot of people have said I need time off,

Great start to the log 👏 well done. Ill be following along.

As the boys have mentioned your flying blind without real blood work. If your in australia hit me up I have a good place, look em up called roidsafe. They do full panel test without it going to Medicare or my health record if you dont want it to. $60 bucks and accepted at heaps of pathology joints.

I would like to add firstly you need to make your mind up whether your blasting, cruising or your making a life changing decision to jump on trt / hrt.

Your bloods will tell you what you need to know, and you can re-evaluate from there what needs correcting.

I ran prop for my first ever cycle and it was incredible however it did make my left chest puppy in the nip area and leaving it untreated.. you know what happens from there.. then the PIP thats another story lol I had a third shoulder lol.

Enclomphene is another great tool that helps with raising that natural test while your on the peptides. My mates are running reta and glow and seeing crazy results just be sure to eat enough so you dont loose the muscle, or get some Tesamorelin and add 2mg to the weekly dose to up the Igf levels.

Glad you came to evo as your young, with heaps of potential and theres plenty of people here who can monitor things if you need the assistance.

While I agree to 250mg a week in some cases, you can get the same results with a dose of 125 and have blood levels of over 1700 which is more than what the natural levels could ever peak at natty. You can always go up from there and manage your acne and gyno correctly. Smashing nolva used to wreck my life. Hate the stuff but untill you address the root cause it has to be done..

Another alternative is getting some masteron and throwing in a low dose each week to your injections doesnt need to be much and it can control estorgen levels if you decide to hop back on test. I ran 3 bloods side by side over and over and each time I did this my range was night and day with good e2 levels. Better than a.i in my opinion.

Too young for trt? Or too young to cycle or both?
my view is if you can go shoot people in wars then you can juice @Pinheadlarry other people think differently. but trt is silly unless you have a medical condition you will need to be on forever

Also I’ve had a lot of different opinions about what I should do next so any advice is much appreciated, weather that’s pct and if so how should I do it and what should I take, or go to trt levels before my next cycle,

Goals
Lose fat and get hormones in check before starting next cycle where I aim to grow.

Stats-
Weight 72.3kg
Height 180cm
Age 24

Diet
(not what I’ve been eating previously but my first day locked in and tracking strictly) will adjust the diet as needed.
2160 calories
221g carbs
53g fat
188g protein

Meal macros
Breakfast - 661 cal 57 carb 20 fat 61 protein
Lunch - 619 cal 64 carb 13 fat 59 protein
Pre workout - 241 cal 54 carbs 1 fat 3 protein
Dinner - 640 cal 47 carb 19 fat 65 protein

Meal timing is
4:30-5:30 breakfast (work dependant but usually 5:30)
Lunch 12:00
Pre workout usually around 5-6pm
Dinner around 8pm sometimes 9
Meals are split pretty evenly about 50-60 protein for breakfast lunch and dinner with no protein pre workout just carbs,

Currently doing push pull legs rest repeat but open to trying a new split as I’ve been doing this for years and feel like I’m spinning my wheels, saying that I haven’t tracked progress or nutrition properly in over a year apart from protein.

-sleep score last night 74 with 5hr 39mins sleep(not ideal usually happens on a Sunday night for me)

Okay so ur saying in your opinion I’m old enough to do cycles then pct rather than blast and cruise going from trt to blast right? Also in my position after 16 weeks on test what would u do now?

Enclomphene is another great tool that helps with raising that natural test while your on the peptides. My mates are running reta and glow and seeing crazy results just be sure to eat enough so you dont loose the muscle, or get some Tesamorelin and add 2mg to the weekly dose to up the Igf levels.

Glad you came to evo as your young, with heaps of potential and theres plenty of people here who can monitor things if you need the assistance.

While I agree to 250mg a week in some cases, you can get the same results with a dose of 125 and have blood levels of over 1700 which is more than what the natural levels could ever peak at natty. You can always go up from there and manage your acne and gyno correctly. Smashing nolva used to wreck my life. Hate the stuff but untill you address the root cause it has to be done..

Another alternative is getting some masteron and throwing in a low dose each week to your injections doesnt need to be much and it can control estorgen levels if you decide to hop back on test. I ran 3 bloods side by side over and over and each time I did this my range was night and day with good e2 levels. Better than a.i in my opinion.

Yeah I’m getting blood tests as soon as my medi gets approved hopefully this week, when u say blasting cruising or making the life changing choice of trt by blasting and cruising do u mean like cycling then doing pct ? Sorry was a bit confused I thought blast and cruise was trt then blast then back to trt. Appreciate all the advice and yeah nolvadex hasn’t been ideal for tackling the root problems just prevented me getting gyno but have felt the other e2 sides (assuming that’s what it’s from without bloods)
Im definitly keen to try something like mast or eq with my next cycle when ever that may be to manage estrogen as I’ve heard ais are pretty bad for u but haven’t tried them so maybe something I need to try first,

Is it possible to come off ever?
And is this the best decision for me? Ive had a lot of mixed responses from people and seems like I still have an extremely tough decision to make.

bros if you go on for more then 25-30 weeks then it gets harder to come off. a year or more almost impossible. some dudes claim they recovered but never seen proof @Pinheadlarry

Also I’ve had a lot of different opinions about what I should do next so any advice is much appreciated, weather that’s pct and if so how should I do it and what should I take, or go to trt levels before my next cycle,

Goals
Lose fat and get hormones in check before starting next cycle where I aim to grow.

Stats-
Weight 72.3kg
Height 180cm
Age 24

Diet
(not what I’ve been eating previously but my first day locked in and tracking strictly) will adjust the diet as needed.
2160 calories
221g carbs
53g fat
188g protein

Meal macros
Breakfast - 661 cal 57 carb 20 fat 61 protein
Lunch - 619 cal 64 carb 13 fat 59 protein
Pre workout - 241 cal 54 carbs 1 fat 3 protein
Dinner - 640 cal 47 carb 19 fat 65 protein

Meal timing is
4:30-5:30 breakfast (work dependant but usually 5:30)
Lunch 12:00
Pre workout usually around 5-6pm
Dinner around 8pm sometimes 9
Meals are split pretty evenly about 50-60 protein for breakfast lunch and dinner with no protein pre workout just carbs,

Currently doing push pull legs rest repeat but open to trying a new split as I’ve been doing this for years and feel like I’m spinning my wheels, saying that I haven’t tracked progress or nutrition properly in over a year apart from protein.

-sleep score last night 74 with 5hr 39mins sleep(not ideal usually happens on a Sunday night for me)

My first testosterone cycle log

Hi everyone been lurking for a bit and listening to the podcasts a lot and wanted to start my first log, idk if this is too much or not enough information but I’m keen to hear everyone’s opinions.

Stats
24 years old
180cm
72.3kg (was around 75 on cycle)

I’ve been training for 6 years and until now the only PED I’ve touch was some “ostarine” I used a year and half ago, pretty sure it wasn’t ostarine as 4 weeks in I started getting get itchy and sensitive nips, went straight to doctor and my prolactin was 915mu/L which was 3x high end so yeah, when I got this tested my doctor didn’t test for estrogen and when I asked why he said as a male estrogen is not important and he doesn’t need to test for it,(ummm yeahhh😐)

Since then I hadn’t done anything else and had my test levels checked in July 2025 so 1 year ago and they were 10.4nmol, I will post physique photos from this time period was around 10% bf.

Now to current cycle at the start of this year I started taking Retatrutide just to help recomp then shortly after I decided to order some test as I knew my levels had always been low, (3nmol in 2022, 6nmol 3 months later, then 10.4 in 2025)

Cycle
250 test prop (35mg per day sub q, before bed)
For 16 weeks
The first 6 weeks I was feeling better than ever but started to get sensitive and puffy nips, idk if I was in my head and at this point I should of definitly had blood test I know I fucked up,

At week 8 I started taking 20mg nolvadex with my injection and this allowed me to continue my cycle for another 8 weeks,

Only other side effect was a bit of acne on chest and forearms which was manageable with benzoyl peroxide wash daily,

Current peptides
2mg Retatrutide per week
2mg ghkcu daily
0.25mcg mt2 every 1-3 days

It’s now 2 weeks since my last pin and I’m still taking the 20mg nolvadex daily, and I feel like shit libido is not there energy is very hard to find too, my pumps are okay in the gym but they fade quickly as I lose energy fast.

I’m struggling trying to do this pct and not just buy more test and cruise on a trt dose before starting a proper blast which is my intention,

My diet hasn’t been super dialed in until now as I was losing fat and getting stronger throughout the whole cycle but am definitly keen to log everything from now on,

I know I probably missed some stuff so lmk anything else u guys need to know and cheers for the support keen to be apart of this community🙏🤙

Yes, I would definitely take time off in between cycles if you want to keep your HPTA healthy. The longer you stay off, the better.

Had a really busy day yesterday but still managed to eat on track and train back so I’m pretty happy with that,

Morning weight: 72.4kg (+0.1)

Also am starting new 5 day training split tomorrow so will be tracking everything workout wise and posting here too,
Also have ordered test e, hcg, and nolvadex so will have that very shortly.

Yeah I’m trying to buy the test hcg and nolvadex rn just waiting on response, do I 100% need the hcgenerate? It’s so expensive and apparently it’s not necessary when going on a trt cruise?
if you are on a tight budget you dont have to buy hcgenerate but I would buy it 1 bottle worth it for a bridge :D

Yeah prolactin was definitely an oversight and without bloods who knows, can prolactin shoot up from just test? My blood test when I took mk2866 showed I had 900+ which was like 3x high end

If I may butt in, HCgenerate is expensive, but the bottles are pretty big. And the big thing is: most supplements are trash. N2BM’s supplements are not trash. They are what they say they are and they really work. Hcgenerate worked about as good as hcg for me. I had minor testicular atrophy. I started taking it, and within a day I had the classic ache in my balls and they were near full size within a week. N2Guard is also very good, fixed my liver enzymes that other supplements didn’t touch and it wound up being cheaper than the whole list of stuff I was taking that didn’t even work. Cardazol is their preworkout. Also very good. The stuff isn’t cheap but the quality is unmatched. I get nothing for saying this, it’s just the truth

Also started using macro factor today instead of my fitness pal and I like it so ill be using this from now on along with new training app starting tomorrow for push day 🙂.
Edit - gear didn’t arrive today so hopefully hoping for tomorrow 🙏
