Detailed as usual lol. Nice lifts and diet. Careful with that piperine though, i wouldnt raise higher than 10mg with meds.

Luckily I'm almost off my meds.
Zoloft down to 50mg (I never freakin needed it I came down from 200mg and feel totally the same - Big Pharma big middle finger from me)
Valium down to 2.5mg (jumping off soon)
Prazosin down to 5mg

All others are done except heart meds

I see you take prazosin as well. It was the only thing that works for me to stop me waking up twice a night and not being able to get back to sleep...only take 1mg though.

Apparently it helps with blood pressure as well

Most days I do weighted crunches and planks... on this training day it was cardio or core and I went with cardio not sure why LOL. I plan on adding an extra 45 mins to my training end of June so core and cardio will be every single workout

It was like 4lbs, is that normal? I went down just below the 185lb mark and then popped back up above 187 in the morning a couple days later.

I was at 12mg of it for flashback nightmares, I'd wake up sweating buckets after yelling and fighting in my sleep. Had to get my own bedroom for sleeping away from my lady.

Over the past 6 months I'm down to 5mg with very few incidents. For me it was only ever prescribed for Operator Syndrome/c-PTSD but maybe that's why my BP is always in check LOL

@HarleyGuy you definitely put together some really good meals. You're eating as good as anybody I've seen on here.
 
I had the same thing, ptsd nightmares, and I would wake up panicking. But the prazosin i wake up and can go back to sleep.
I seemed to always have a high tolerance for all drugs. I needed 10mg+.
This makes sense as to why they prescribed you this then. Glad it's working bro.

Luckily I'm almost off my meds.
Zoloft down to 50mg (I never freakin needed it I came down from 200mg and feel totally the same - Big Pharma big middle finger from me)
Valium down to 2.5mg (jumping off soon)
Prazosin down to 5mg

All others are done except heart meds

Love the log detail man, I've never seen someone who wasn't around beekeeping supplement with royal jelly or propolis haha - curious to what got you adding that into your supplement protocol (or if you are into beekeeping and that's how).

Royal Jelly is chalk full of anti oxidants and amino acids, good for inflammation and lowering LDL. Good for energy and cellular recovery. Just a healthy thing to have on board 🐝
Bee propolis is acts like an anti-microbial and anti inflammatory. I only get sick once a year with a bronchial wheezing like clockwork due to the weather changing from Fall to Winter but that's likely a lung issue that the bees can't help me with LOL. 🐝

Bee supplements are an underrated very healthy supplement imo. 🐝🐝

Such a strange medicine. I have a weird inappropriate story about Zoloft hahaha
You ever come off benzos before? I was prescribed Xanax but I took all kinds of benzos recreationally. Mostly as ancillaries for the hard stimulants I used to fuel my workaholism and every other holistic lol.

For myself, and I’ve seen this in others, when you come off completely you can have very sudden and powerful fits of anxiety and existential dread for no reason. Like, wake up on a Sunday, late, totally chill. And then just feel your heart clench and a feeling like hopeless fear and panic. Very unpleasant and takes fooooorrrrrrrreeeeeeever to stop happening. I have heard extreme cases of long term induced comas to avoid seizures. I think the duration of use may have a stronger effect than the actual dose.

I've started to get off them since January and went sooo slow with it. Was at 20mg at night for PTSD to calm my ass down for sleep. I'm now (in May) down to 2.5mg. I plan on jumping off of 2.5mg in about two weeks.

When I was doing time inside they did me dirty and put me cold turkey off these because they didn't want them bartered or traded around the prison yard so I know what cold turkey benzo's feels like and it sucks! You're bang on with this.

I might even see if the pharmacy can pill cut the 2.5's into 1.25's for me too.
 
Ya I'm gonna do that for sure thanks for the nudge in the right direction. Don't wanna do benzo withdrawal again... I'd be finally falling asleep and my body would shake awake, so annoying LOL
