Saturday and Sunday
Both days I decided to join the neighbourhood in a jog around the estate. Saturday was an afternoon jog and Sunday was a morning one. It’s about 4.5 km round back to my house. Felt good.
This whole week has been terrible sleep. Just so broken every night. Been doing okay but today I have felt my burn out. Honestly it has got me having a lazy day after my jog. Glad I got that done because I am spent. What’s everyone’s thoughts on doing NAD+? Thinking of adding this into my routine.
Peptides have been going great though. Reta is a game changer for keeping to a pretty repetitive diet. I can’t say I would do this without being on Reta. It’s great for hitting around the same calories every day and easy meal prepping.

Given the state of my lack of sleep (bubba is a horrible teether) I have been exhausted. Still working my day job with little sleep, I am actually finding everything pretty hard to even think exercise right now. The end of every day my arms feel like 100kgs I just can’t hold up. I haven’t been on my game exercise wise.
Monday and Wednesday I have only done a light jog in the afternoon and I’m honestly just taking the whole week off weight training. A little rest week if you will.
Food has been pretty good. I’ve been eating breakfast instead of fasting for just a bit more of an energy boost. It’s been pretty grab and go 30g protein milks lol. I usually fast until lunch but I am just listening to my body.
This one might make everyone laugh a little, I put the frozen veges in the cupboard instead of back in the freezer last night. Lucky my husband was watchingthe things you do in zombie mode.
Sorry for the short entry! I promise give me a few good sleeps and I’ll be back to my normal self

However,
I have been passing out much earlier so it’s been helping with the fatigue.
Anyways the weekend was just back to back walks at the river. Lots of sun and plays with the kids. I also did 30 mins on the bike this afternoon to just have some me time
As I said before this weeks just been focusing on recovering, eating well, hitting protein daily. But next week I’m back to the weights, even though I do think sleep will continue to be limited.
