• Age: 21


• Height: 6’2”


• Weight: 213 lbs


• Bodyfat: Currently decently lean after recent cuts (will update with measurements/photos once recovered from sickness)


• Arms: 13.8” in January → 15” now (same-ish weight)


Training History


Trained natural from 14-18, mostly power work + cardio for hockey. Hopped on low-dose Test right before turning 19 but didn’t take the gym seriously — got into partying, bad gambling/drinking issues, and a rough relationship. Used that as fuel: went to rehab, came off Test (lost gains), then hopped back on in January with a smarter approach.


• Did a cut Jan to end of Feb (210 → 185 lbs)


• Mini bulk, then another harder cut → got lean


• Now starting my first real controlled off-season


Re-enrolled in uni, got an internship in private investment advice. Goal is to compete at Vancouver Island Showdown next summer + Vancouver Pro Show, start competing seriously, and build a following while balancing school/job.


PEDs / Cycle (First Real Off-Season)


• Testosterone E: 875 mg/week (Oxygen)


• Equipoise: 300 mg/week


• HGH: 6 IU before bed (Growth Guys)


• Humalog: 5 IU pre-workout + 5 IU post-workout (with whey + carbs)


• Intra-workout: Gatorade powder + BCAAs


Other drugs/supps:


• Concerta 38 mg


• Accutane 40 mg


• Prozac 30 mg


• Dutasteride 0.5 mg


• Cialis 5 mg


Previous PED use was messy (all over the place) to many sources to name since January I’ve definitely gotten results but I’ve been on 500 mg Test consistently how ever as of lately I went with pur New batch might be underdosed/fake — getting bloods tomorrow to confirm.

Push / Pull / Legs (Quad dominant)


Rest


Shoulders + Arms


Chest + Back


Legs (Hamstring dominant)


Weekly Direct Sets (focus on bringing up arms — they lagged from powerlifting days):

• Biceps: ~26 sets
• Triceps: ~28 sets
• Forearms: ~10 sets
• Chest: ~20 sets
• Back: ~22 sets
• Shoulders: ~18 sets
• Quads: ~20 sets
• Hamstrings: ~18 sets
Using a custom workout tracker Claude built (great for lagging body parts).


Nutrition
~4500 calories/day.
300-400 protein
50-75 fats
The rest carbs
Experimenting with carb cycling + low-carb days on rest/off days. Tracking everything.

Thanks for your concern I’ll definitely lower the doses once I get a competitive physic Im just done with half assing everything anyhow Here’s my entire bloodwork history I started 250 test December 2023 and cruises on that for 2 years came off completely sep 2025-Jan 2026

I understand your frustration, however you have not fully tapped your natural potential yet. 19.9 is a good level for T and can take you quite a ways to your goal before jumping on a cycle. Have you considered if you wish to have children later on because these types of cycles will make that quite difficult.
Not berating or badgering, just want you to fully consider all the aspects of undertaking the lifestyle you wish to pursue brother.
Bloods are excellent by the way, as they should be I might add 😁🩵

I appreciate you a lot you’re real for this and a good dude for doing this. But Yeh I accept the risks. My game plans to get into it hard a couple years see where I can take it then get out.I accept trt for life and the risks of fertility my natural physic was disappointing to say the least my arms where so tiny. I mean they still are but im trying now and learning more.

Couple updates

99 percent sure the test was fake bloods on the way asap

Im stopping Accutane sick of paying 125 a month and sick of nose bleeds my skins pretty clear anyways

Im stopping duesteride because I want the cns drive dht causes which indirectly affects muscle growth

If I notice shedding I’ll go with a topical anti androgen down the line




My estrogen is crashed I’ll post bloodwork once I get the test levels back everything is done but the test level results is still pending I do not think it was the EQ as it’s only my second week on oxygen Eq. I’ve went ahead and ordered two bottles of test E from oxygen. And am gonna trash purs test if my levels come back weird. I will be doing daily injections with a slin needle and stick to my plan I’m gonna pause the pre-post insulin until I reach steady state levels with the test and have more anabolic load in me so I l don’t get fat. That way I can actually take advantage of the insulin. Im more well and the sickness is almost over gonna hit first lift in a week

I feel like shit rn I have a tiny bit of bio genix test cyp ima front load the rest cheers bros

Nice start to your first log here. Lots of good information.

The main thing that concerns me is your age and the fact that you're blasting over a gram of gear. I'm worried that (like a lot of young people these days) you want instant gratification. 21 is too young for gear at all for me but I'd be much less worried if you were just doing 200-300 test/week while you got training and diet fully dialled in. The question is where too from here? Quickly end up doing 2g+ cycles or?

Anyway..... your training split isn't bad with the PPL + Arnold. Very easy to end up doing too much on that split training 6 days a week though. Can you post some typical workouts. I'm guessing the volume is likely excessive

Not sure about your diet with 4500 cals/day. What is your maintenance you reckon? To me it seems excessively high.
 
Maintenance Is around 3500 it goes up the heavier I weigh Im trying to get a competitive physic by next summer then go onto lower doses from there it’s easy for me to get lean and I lose weight pretty fast when I drop cals to -2500-2800

I’ve been doing it for a month now made the best gains ever I used to not do enough volume then found out the more volume you recover from the better

I don’t get that sore or sore and have been progressing every session tell I got sick

I made ai tracker to log sessions that ima start using

Im still making tweaks to my program but here it is so far
Ignore the 2 different sets of leg ex I am tweaking some stuff still

Couple updates

99 percent sure the test was fake bloods on the way asap

Im stopping Accutane sick of paying 125 a month and sick of nose bleeds my skins pretty clear anyways

Im stopping duesteride because I want the cns drive dht causes which indirectly affects muscle growth

If I notice shedding I’ll go with a topical anti androgen down the line




My estrogen is crashed I’ll post bloodwork once I get the test levels back everything is done but the test level results is still pending I do not think it was the EQ as it’s only my second week on oxygen Eq. I’ve went ahead and ordered two bottles of test E from oxygen. And am gonna trash purs test if my levels come back weird. I will be doing daily injections with a slin needle and stick to my plan I’m gonna pause the pre-post insulin until I reach steady state levels with the test and have more anabolic load in me so I l don’t get fat. That way I can actually take advantage of the insulin. Im more well and the sickness is almost over gonna hit first lift in a week

I pinned 1 ml of Pur pharma test e the morning of bloods.That what was left in vial and I kinda already knew from here it was under-dosed heavily

I also pinned once weekly Oxygen pharma EQ 300 mg once a week currently on week 2 of it

Was on pur pharma test E 875 weekly spilt into daily doses and tren ace 60 mg a day then lowered to 40 cause I thought my anxiety was tren nope I’m in menopause

My theory is I was popping Dbol as pre most days cause I kept going for prs then ran out and that was giving me normal feeling from what ever form Dbol converts to estrogen wise

Im sad im out of Dbol cause I would just take that until the new test arrives and reach some conversion with it

I had a tiny bit of biogenix test left I pinned the rest of that at once this morning was 400 mg of cyp hopefully it kicks in next couple of days

I have a brand new vial of a rather unknown source zionova not promoting these but my friend got bloods on it and it was legit I tried them and got decent results I can’t say for sure if this vial is legit but I’ll pin it until I get oxygens test e I do daily injections in smaller doses in slin needles to reduce sides

First workout since being sick for a week and the little setback with crashed hormones but went very well

We are back on track to grow
Oxygen test arrives Monday !!!!!
I did shoulders and legs I might play around with my spilt and change to that which would be

Triceps and back . Shoulders legs quad dominant, rest ,biceps chest, shoulders legs hamstring dominant, chest back

Reason for is I want to bring up arms I neglected them when I trained naturally and did all the compound lifts and very little accessories, I’m able to hit them beginning when there fresh this way.

This was today’s workout hit a pr on hack squat. I just did what I felt like as a fun way to get back but I like having a structured program which will be made tm
