Pulled up all good from soccer last night, no bumps or bruises for a change! Got into the gym in the morning for a leg workout, got some cardio done on the treadmill. Had some free time at the start of my shift so got some more steps in! Ended up being another big day for cardio! Will give the body a little break tomorrow!
Mind and body feeling good. Had a small slump in energy around lunch time, but the ice long black I had prepared fixed that up! One big change I've made over the past few months is cutting down my coffee consumption, I would typically have 4-6 a day, usually 2 before getting my day started. I no longer have any in the morning. I prepare a ice long black in my thermos and have my first and usually only coffee after lunch (usually around 2-4pm).
Diet
Macros: 1,750 Calories, 214g Protein, 105g Carbs, 45g Fats.
Meal 1: Protein shake with coconut water pre workout
Meal 2: Omelette post workout
Meal 3: Chicken mince stir fry and Bulgur wheat rice
Meal 4: Extra lean beef mince, spud lite potatoes, carrot and corn.
Snack 1: Low fat Greek yoghurt, strawberries, blueberries and walnuts

but my masked was leaking a lot of air so number could be inaccurate, either that or not using any electronic device and reading before bed helped!
