I just had to post to say what an awesome job Roidmass does with their customer service! I had an order snagged at Customs through no fault of Roidmass, unfortunatley it just happens from time to time. We both tried to track it down but no luck. Tadeas is an awesome Bro. He replies to emails very fast. He reshipped my order and that too got lost at my local UPS Store. The UPS Store and the USPS tried to blame him, saying he put the wrong box # on the address. He assured me he didn't so I believed him and went to bat against USPS and the UPS Store. I will say I felt very uncomfortable asking for supervisors and bitching about my lost package knowing what the contents were. But it turns out Tadeas was right, he had the correct address and they were the ones who fucked it up. We tracked this one down and I got my order.
