guys besides omegas which other supplements would you suggest as anti inflammatory, omegas aren't doing the job so far

Omega 3 fatty acids are the best natural anti inflammatory supplements you can use. What you want to do is stack fish oil, krill oil and seal oil together.

Fish oil you can buy for cheap at Costco. Look for the highest epa and dha content per pill

Krill oil you can order from needtobuildmuscle.com

Seal oil you can order from innotechnutrition.com

How much Omega 3 are you consuming? A typical supplement will only recommend around 2g per day but we should be getting 6-10g per day. Especially if we are lifting weights.
