growth hormone dosage for anti-aging

I'm not a bodybuilder at all. I'm just a normal guy looking to get some anti-aging benefits. I'm 48 years old. Do you think that growth hormone can be the solution for me? Should I try 2-3IU’s per day? Or do you think that I should go with a higher dosage?

2-3iu ought to do you good. Do you train at all or eat with any sort of intention?

I’m not a bodybuilder either, but I do lift and I eat in a way that I feel is beneficial to me. By and by, I’ve found that I do more and more things that bodybuilders do because they are the ones that know what really works as far as being lean and strong and staying free from injury.

A regular guy can be so many things. An arborist is a regular guy, but he may do a lot of lifting and climbing and be particularly strong but susceptible to injury

An accountant is a regular guy, but he may be forced to be sedentary for extended periods and that can lead to a whole slew of problems.

They’re very different but both can benefit from eating intentionally and training, as well as PEDs probably, if they wish.

start with 1 iu ed and you can move to 2-3 but lifestyle is going to be key.

i would run it low. 1-2iu's per day

Growth hormone isn't one of those things you have to take consistently. You can do five days on and two off and that will help you.

For anti-aging I would take one or two IU's before bed. That should help you with sleep, which will boost anti aging.

Bros, for anti-aging you're gonna want to run up to three IU per day. You don't want to run too much.

I think you should look at peptides for sure, HGH being one of them, but there are some really good peptides that will help with anti-aging and help with recovery and repair.
